Why is it so hard to make an order with modlily,?I dont want to give a password andall that,I just want to get to the order part whitch is so hard..give me a phone number so I can just order please.

They gave a three week window for delivery which started three weeks after my order. Four weeks after the last day of their delivery window, I asked them to cancel my order. They said it had just arrived in the US and should deliver it soon. I told them we no longer wanted the items and to just cancel. They offered and I mistakenly accepted their offer of a 50% refund. I did get the refund but a month later still no merchandise. Now a few weeks later I'm still trying to get the rest of my money back.

Bought 3 tops it said free shipping over a certain price so was not expecting the extra $25 they put on my order. The tops did come very fast to Australia but for $107 the tops were not what I expected. One I put in the charity bin. The other 2 being the material they used for summer t shirts will make you sweat so much. Why not if they are truely t shirts make them in breathable jersey. What a waste. I've now bought 3 tops from Katie's at a cost of $55 and I KNOW I will wear them.

Ordered a bathing suit 2 months ago and still have not recieved it. On July 24th they said it was sitting in port at Los Angeles. Was not told it was coming from CHINA. The worse part my vacation already came and gone. I am having my bank cancel this charge. Will never order ANYTHING from Modlily AGAIN!

I ordered a bathing suit which did not fit me, I tried the bottoms on for a few seconds enough to realize it doesnt fit, then I immediately put it back in the bag and returned the suit. They marked it as good condition, which is not right, it was brand new never wore it. Also didnt get a full refund they kept shipping and handling charges, so they make money, whether you are satisfied with the item or not. Crooks! They lost my business.

Buyer beware. When I gave a rating of 3 stars and explained it was due to swimsuit fabric being so thin that it wouldn't really hold "girls" in if doing any kind of activity, I got a message "you must purchase this item before writing a review." It was then taken off my list for "items to review". Review never showed up.
Ultimately I'd just say buyer beware. Review on site are filtered to make product look awesome, shipping takes MANY weeks, and fabrics are at least as cheap as could be expected for the prices.

All four of the items that I purchased was Low grade, poor quality clothing. I could have spent my money at a thrift store and got more items and better quality than what I got from them. It took 6 weeks for my items to arrive, as oppose to the 7-14 days. They did not have a return shipping label or any information in the bag nor did the package have a return address on it!

Ordered 2 swimsuits was not sure about the company decided to take the risk. Ended up EXTREMELY pleased. Decent quality for the price. Fit is amazing on both suits one is a 3x the other a 1x for daughter. Could not be happier with the purchase. Arrived when they said told me it would. Down fall is it did take a long time but if your willing to wait for it I then do it. It's worth it and we knew it would when we bought them they were upfront about it!!

This company needs to be dismantled. They have stolen plenty of money from women! I don't even think these are their actual clothes. In small print after you order it says, we will refund only half of your order if you don't receive it.
I canceled my credit card after they took my money for an Item I have yet to receive.

I do believe these are all the SAME OWNERS - BEWARE! I think what their trick is to satisfy the random customer with the proper item just so they don't go out fo business altogether. They figure they can screw a few people out of their money and deliver to others so they can look somewhat legitimate. THE CLOTHING itself isn't EVEN CLOSE to the PHOTOS! THE PHOTOS ARE GREAT- The CLOTHES HIGHLY MEDIOCRE. A weird thick polyester. They have constant POP-UPS all over the internet. I canceled my credit card after ordering from them. There are FAR better clothing companies right here in our own country. They DO NOT HAVE AN OFFICE HERE AT ALL. THAT IS A LIE.

Not happy with this company I ordered a top and paid delivery charge as well .When the top came I had to pay £11.25 handling charge on top . This was not mentioned when I purchased the item , I was not happy with the colour of the blue that arrived it was not the same lovely blue that was shown in the picture . In all I paid £42. for the top that you could have bought in the high street for a lot cheaper .I would not recommend this company to anyone .

They are the worst absolute worst online company ever, the website is all over the place it takes weeks to arrive the quality of clothing is horrendous and you have to pay over £11.25 for every item from customs.. Everytime,,, when you complain modlily ignores your complaints then they respond in broken English 10 days later very vaguely,,, almost every email has major spelling mistakes... Avoid them never use this site

I have had the worst customer experience with this company. I order 2 items and wanted to return them. I sent in for a return and I thought I was going to get a return label. Nothing has come. I can't find a phone number or even see my items on their website any longer to see what happened. It is very upsetting that there is not a real person to talk to and you just have to go through prompts. I have submitted 3 times a "ticket" and no answers back. Do not put yourself through this with this company. There are other companies to order from.

Awful SCAM "Keep your money" Why are the prices so good? Because it is a scam with NO products shipped to you. Just donate your money to charity, at-least it would go to a good cause and not to these thieving wolves! I only hope they get what they deserve and feel quite sure they will.

I ordered 3 items in January, finally got them in April. None of them matched descriptions or size horrendous cheap fabric which which can only be described as a fire hazard. I spent $86 and after multiple emails 1 was offered $17 By means of a refund. I was so exasperated I accepted it in June! Stay away from these rip off merchants

I ordered & paid for a t-shirt, which I assumed was sent from the USA. I received a Royal Mail card saying there was a 'Customs Fee to Pay' because it was coming from China. This included an £8.00 handling fee plus VAT £3.26 TOTAL £11.26 before my order could be delivered. I paid & informed Modlily asking for a reimbursement, but all they would agree to was half the amount as a 'Store Credit'. As any further orders would incur similar additional costs I will not be ordering from them again, so the store credit is useless.

Terrible! I ordered and paid for a swimsuit that never showed up! It's been almost 2 months. You cannot contact them directly. You can send "a ticket". They will reply after a couple of days and tell you each time that it's in transit. That's all you get!

It took over a month for my order to get to me. Customer service number is non-existent and when you write an email they answer only a week later. Quality of the t shirts are ordered are just awful, I think you can honestly get better at a dollar store, definitely was not worth $50. On top of everything, one of the shirts I ordered was not the one I got. I did not want to waste my time with the returns. Do not buy here, run run run !

I placed my order on May 5, 2020.My package was due to arrive at the very latest yesterday. Their shipping service is horrible and I will not purchase nor will I reccommend Modlilly to anyone. Their tracking system is horrendous. Their explanation is ("Sorry for the inconvenience, I have checked your order, your order has been sent out, but due to the coronavirus, the logistics has been delayed, we have urged the express to speed up the transportation, can you wait for a few more days?") Dont tell me its because of Corona Virus. Everything else I've been ordering always has updated shipping information and it never takes this long to be received.
