I never received my goods but my credit card was debited. Emailed but no reply then found an 1800 number but it had been disconnected.

On the 8th of March I ordered an item from their online shop and opted to pay by direct deposit.
The next day,9th of March I deposited the amount into their ANZ bank account and was expecting to
receive the item I paid for within 2-3 days.
When I didn’t get the items after 3days, I rang the number found on their website but the number was disconnected. I found another number so rang that
as well but also disconnected. Then I sent 2 emails to the person whose name appeared in the email they originally sent to bill me for the order but that,too went unanswered.
I have come to realise that this was all a scam; that they were still running their website,accepting orders
and payments from the unsuspecting public knowing full well these customers are not getting what they paid for at all. Lucky for me in a way, mine was a small amount but some people must have paid big sums of money and not get anything.
This dishonest company should be ashamed of what they are doing; fleecing/scamming honest people of their hard earned cash.
I have also just found out today,16th of March that while going on Google, this company Mobility and Therapy Centre is permanently closed. Please let this be a warning to people needing mobility aids to stay away from this company because who knows they might still be scamming people.

Don't order from this company they have gone bust! If you did order (like I did) the best course of action is to go to your bank and ask for the transaction to be 'withdrawn'. I bank with the Commonwealth Bank and they processed my 'withdrawal' in a matter of weeks and the payment I made (on my Mastercard) has now been credit to my account. If you bank with the Commonwealth Bank ring 132221. You can email relevant documentation (e.g. copy of your invoice, etc) to mastercarddisputes @cba.com.au - not this address you don't get a response and it is best to ring first as they give you a reference number for your case.

bought 2 items they sent the cheaper one and then kept saying that the other is on its way.
phone now disconnected sent a request for refund through paypal they stated that had sent the items.
DO NOT USE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT SUPPLY YOUR ORDER

I would give them no stars if that was an option. It appears that I have been scammed. Ordered goods on 18 January 2018 but never received them. The “retailer” gave excuses about the delay which were clearly stalling tactics. I requested a refund on 15 February 2018 which I still have not received. Was given an excuse about “some system issues which has held up their refund processing by a couple of days”. Well it is three weeks since I requested the refund and they clearly have no intention of refunding me. I have opened a dispute in Paypal’s Resolution Center to try and get my money back. Numerous reviews relay a similar experience to mine.

SCAM ALERT! This company has shut its doors and is no longer in operation. But the website is still running and is still collecting the money for orders which they have no intentions of delivering. The phones are disconnected and these people are now scammers. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I've had to go through my bank for a refund of my transaction.
(I ordered a bath rail on the 28th of Feb and it was indicated it would be here in a week. I've emailed the company about it and still no response). Their website needs to be shut down.

Payment was easy, and when I had to cancel my order customer service was helpful and refunded me the same day.
