Placed an order for a storm door and associated hardware. Was told the next day of a 4 week backorder status. Called 7 weeks after order date to be advised would be another 8 weeks. Customer service agent hung up on me when I asked for a refund, but fortunately show it was refunded back via my card issuer.

ordered a door and window-showed in stock-then got email saying its delayed. understandable with the pandemic-but after the time elapsed with the expected delay, a phone call said they got them in but it wasn't my door-gonna be another 3-5 weeks. still nothing-guess gonna have to cancel. could have bought more local-would have cost more but at least i'd have a working door.

Order a tub and back drop for my bathroom because mine broke. Twice the website says it is in stock and ships in 1 day. Once they charge your card and take your payment, they send you an email saying it is on back order for 3 weeks. I needed this now as my tub is broken and their website says it is in stock when I'm fact it isn't. This has happened twice. What a shame to scam customers to buy from them.

ordered wall plates that I couldn't find anywhere locally from electrical distribution or big box store. finally found them on mobilehomeparts.com exactly what I needed, fair price, shipped quick, excellent communication. Wrong sink depth was sent. We needed 8 inch, but 9 inch was sent. We will have a problem connecting our pipes with the 9 inch. I explained that when I talked to someone who called about my order. That person thought an 8 inch was being sent. I understand mistakes happen, but I do need the store to send the 8 inch. Otherwise, I do think we will like the sink.

This place has a lot of items for the manufactured home. The order process is easy and the shipping is fast.
Only thing is that some parts are not in stock, the website should be updated to reflect as such, especially if the part will no longer be available EVER...

They will work. They are not quite large enough but because its a 1999 home I guess it's the best that can be done. I was very happy in the turn around time from order to delivery though.

With this being my first time living in a mobile home, I have learned that things are much different that a house. This site has all the things I've been looking for to little avail locally. Though I live in California the door knob arrived within 4 days. Fair prices, my back door knob was $15 and $5 for shipping. Gladly, spent $20 to get my back door to close properly. Thanks guys!

Item I bought was great. The shipping charge was outrageous!!! Shipping cost $2 more than the item!!! For the $19.69, I would have thought it was over night or at least 2nd day!!! It was not!!!
Did not receive the item for 10 days!!!
Be carefull when ordering from mobile parts store!! CHECK shipping charges before ordering!!

So far it has been over a week since placing my order and have yet to hear a word regarding shipping or anything else! If something changes for the better I will update my review but it certainly doesn't seem likely. I have reached out to the customer service department with no response as of yet.

I had a broken door for several years looked lots of places for replacement parts. Mobile Home parts Store had the exact item I needed for a very reasonable price. Shipping was fast. Wish I found this company years ago. Would have saved a lot of headache and money.

Customer service was not helpful at all...they gave very vague answers to my questions, basically just said anything to try to keep me happy, but still did not answer my questions and then before I was finished asking questions they disconnected from me. The company is very quick to take your money, but will take forever to ship your product that you ordered. If you are needing your item in a reasonable amount of time ..shop locally. I will not ever be using this company again...very poor service.....follow up...I tried getting in touch with customer service again. When you attempt to get a hold of them you have to do it on line. You have to enter your question before they answer you, I wanted to cancel my order and wanted a refund, they would not reply to me. So now I am stuck with this company and will have to wait months for my order.
