I have made an order from.this FRUAD company with a big amount over 30000kr
And when I went to the post to pick up my order I knowtice that the box looked retaped so i asked the guy at the post to witness that
Which he did and I took pictures of the box
So I took it home and what a surprise
My order was not complete I had missing frames for the value of 17250kr
So I directly contacted the company and they took such a long time till.they answer me with thier unprofessional answer that I should make claim.with post
Which I did then post say that it's the company. should make the claim because they order the post service
The company took over 1 month to make the claim then the post say it's to late and they decline it
And the company keep saying I should make the cliam
No one wanted to take responsibility of it
I keep talking to many unprofessional people who dont care about the customer
This company didnt take me serious I took them to ARN
And I also took their name to kronofogden
And if they will not pay me back the money for this missing frames
I will take it to court and sue them of extra compensation
Take my advise and save your money and buy from another company
This company is FRUAD and they didnt send all the items
They had a situpid manager his name is Hampus
That he told me in the phone qnd email that he will solve this case and promised to help me
But then lie to me and didnt help
So you can understand what kind of customer service they have I'd the manager him self is a lier
This order I paid with it with my bank card and they took the money and they think its ok to steal.people money
They dont understand that a review like this can keep away many customers and it will.cost them.more.money
But people like Hampus they don't give a sh about the name.of the company name they just want thier cheap SALARY at the end of the month
I'm a CEO and owner of my own company and I will never ever make a.customer upset or lose them
I have all the emails with this company and helena even ask.me.to make a claim with my own home insurance what a joke they just dont want to take any responsibility and they know very well my insurance will not cover something I didnt get in the first time
And they keep saying I have to file a complain to post and when I do it post refuse my claim and say it's the company job to do that claim and I send the answer of the post ot the company and they insist I have to make a claim how do I make a claim if no one take it
So the question is why all this time the company refuse to make a report if they were honest
I have contacted.the owner of this company in germany and he also didnt answer
I will write my review on all the websites and also will.leave pictures the emails between me and the company and you can judge your self how rude and unprofessional they are
And once I win the case with court I will put the picture of that
I take this case very personally this company took my money and didnt send me what I paid for
Be careful dont buy from them and save your self the headace

I ordered glasses on March-30, and received the note that my glasses are ready on April-11.
I came up to fetch them from the store and was waiting 15 mins in queue to get them. Afterwards, it appeared that those are the wrong glasses!!! Shop workers mixed up the frame!! They told that they will cancel my order and will create the new one in the system, saying that they will return the sum per 1st wrong glasses to my bank account by 18th of April!!
And my money are not back and today it's 18th of April!! No glasses and no money back.
They created the new order in the system with the correct frame and now I have to wait another 15 days!!
No glasses and no money back!!

Stay away!!! Worst experience ever!! Ordered lenses i aug 18, by ’mistake’ did Mister Spex deliver 2 orders (off course paid in Klarna before delivery) I returned the extra delivery, asked Mister Spex to remove me as customer - had a mail confirming it. In February 19, Mister Spex sends a new double delivery - and takes payment by using my carddetails, they have kept without my permission. I would be very careful using Mister Spex - I filed a complaint to Konsumentverket, and my cardprovider has replaced my card to prevent further withdrawals from this company. Be careful!! / K.
