I would have given 5* but I did have a small issue.
I ordered late Friday evening for a last minute outfit for Tuesday. My order came this morning. Sadly the dress was broken. But after messaging I was replied to very quickly by some lovely staff. Who have rectified the issue with such speed my new dress will be here tomorrow! (She will go to the ball!) . I will definitely be ordering again. I do think you should make your own decisions before you read all the reviews I have certainly made my mind up.
Actually I’ve edited 5* purely on customer service alone -sham you’re amazing!

Do not order from Misspap if you expect to receive a refund within a reasonable timescale. I returned a dress 16 days ago and still no refund, after numerious emails and proof of the dress being sent back, i have now received an email today to advise they will now action the refund in 7 days and it can take up to 5 days for this to settle, in total it may take 28 days to receive payment back. Also you need to pay to return items, i would therefore expect my money back within a much quicker timescale as Boohoo do this without any problems at all. the customer service is shocking. No consideration taken in relation to holding onto customers money far too long. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Caught amidst a website changeover.
I returned my parcel whilst their website being redone. I was forced to reset my login password a few weeks later because of the changeover, upon logging in, I found there were no previous orders in my account ?! I checked back a few days later and my order now appeared but didn't say it had been returned. I emailed them and they said to ensure I'd left it 15 days and to send a copy of the receipt. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the tracking receipt. Now they're saying there is nothing they can do.
Ironically, my order number isn't being recognised.....and I, therefore, I believe they don't recognise my parcel themselves. I have no doubt the return has been received. Unfortunately I'm £200 down and victim to a poor website changeover.
Interestingly, there are a lot of complaints around the same time frame regarding the same and similar issues!!!

Will not be ordering again! Ordered a dress for a hen do 11 days ago.Paid £3.99 standard postage said 2-5 days and hen do was in 8 so though it would be okay. 11 days later still no dress, and the hen do has been and gone. Tried to contact twice, once 4 days ago then today stating im giving it two days then going trading standard. Do not recommend using them,I should of stuck to the high street shops where thered actually customer service

Awful service, last two orders paid for next day delivery and had to keep chasing to finally be told I’d get a refund within 7 days. Ten days later still no refund, contacted miss pap and they said refund was missed/not processed it should hopefully be with me within another 7 days....

I ordered an item from misspap and returned it over 2 weeks ago, yet haven’t had any correspondence or refund back. I am unable to contact customer services because I cannot find an email to contact them. If anyone could kindly send me their email please that would be great.
Through reading the other reviews on here it shows I’m not the only one. Clearly awful when issuing refunds so anyone ordering from this website, please be mindful.

First of all the little plastic bags in which they came in were already open. The jeans which were meant to be the average size came all the way to my chest , it basically was a jumpsuit and to add to it the perfume that came in wasn't even there it was just the bag without the perfume (petty ik), that said the shoes fit well

Not even one star - truly awful. Whether they are being took over or not, shouldn't take nearly a month for a refund. Don't return emails, give you timescales and never meet them. Returned item recorded 27/8, they signed for it 28/8 and still no refund even through PayPal claims (today being 21/9)

Disgusting customer service. I received a faulty dress which I requested a replacement for. They agreed to replace it after I sent pictures but I had to pay for the return. They never sent me a replacement and after numerous emails I got my money back but not the money I had to pay to return their poor quality faulty dress. What company expects the customer to pay to return a faulty item and doesn’t reimburse. Ladies, stick to Pretty Little Thing - better quality & excellent customer service.

I ordered a dress from Misspap with next day delivery which I payed 5.99 for.I didn’t receive a confirmation email or an email stating that it had been dispatched. I began to worry after reading the reviews on here of other people’s similar experiences, saying that they hadn’t received the parcel on the correct day, despite paying for next day delivery. I desperately needed it in the next couple of days so I emailed Misspap to ensure it would be coming that day, I heard nothing back for 5 days. Finally I received an email saying that my parcel would be arriving today, but this was too late for the event I ordered the dress for. If you’re thinking about ordering from this company, I would seriously consider using somewhere else. The dress I finally received was nice but I wasted 5.99 on next day delivery, which they shouldn’t offer if they can’t provide. I’m just thankful the dress fitted,I would dread returning it as many people have said they haven’t been refunded.

Seriously ridiculous company!! I placed an order on 5th September with assurance I would receive the items in 2 to 5 days, still no sign of my order, no dispatch email nothing!! I have confirmation of my order and proof of funds being taken from my paypal yet after numerous emails to them and messages via messenger STILL no response, even worse is my order number is NOT recognised!! Stay well clear!!

Sent my order back in mid August which was acknowledged and email sent to me advising I would received my refund and could take up to 14 days, 14 days was last Monday so I emailed and now I still heard nothing! Shocking customer service

I made my order on the 7th August, they received my returns on the 15th of August yet we are now the 5th of September and I still haven’t received my refund! I have emailed at least 5 times and the past 3 times I have been ignored!! I have ordered from misspap in the past and have had issues most times. Not refunding when you have sent a confirmation email to say you received the items is completely unacceptable! There isn’t even a place I can make a complaint it all just goes to the same team dealing with orders so I will leave this review wherever you can see it till my issue is resolved!

I ordered an orange summer dress from Miss Pap and found that the size 10 came up quite small, and although the bottom fitted well the top of the dress far too tight so I’d suggest ordering a size up! The main issue was that one of the loops on the top of the dress that is used to tie top had completely come off, putting massive strain on the rest of the dress, so I had to return it. The best thing about my experience was the customer service team who were so helpful. They got back to me quickly, ensured any questions I had were answered and they issued a quick return. I wouldn’t say don’t order from here based on this experience as it could’ve been a one off, so I would order again based on the great customer service (particularly Lucy) as I’d feel confident that if I had any issues then they could be resolved quickly and fairly. So, although the quality of the dress and the sizing was slightly off I feel, I couldn’t be more pleased with the service.

Such a frustrating company to deal with. Ordered four items all the same size, one of the items fits the other three are way too small. Reordered two of the items on a next day delivery on Tuesday (13/08/19)Evening as they were for my daughters holiday. By Thursday afternoon and two different delivery time slots passing without any sign of my order, I sent an email explaining that I needed the items by Friday at 11am the latest as we were taking my daughter to the airport. Today at 3.40pm I received an email from Misspap advising me that Hermes tried to delivery the parcel today but no one was home....NOOOO because we were driving to the airport!!! I have now paid Next day delivery twice and a return fee and no doubt they will expect me to pay to return the second parcel when it finally gets here because guess what... we don't need it now!!!! (Its impossible to speak to anyone in customer services, the only number I could find tells you to go to the website and hangs up! after charging 7p a minute arrgghhhhhhh.

Sent three tracksuits back at the end of August and was only refunded two. Emailed and was told they’d sort it. Money never appeared and would no longer be respond to emails. When I finally got a response they tried to tell me they’d had none back!
Still not had a refund and PayPal have had to give me the money back with their customer protection
