Literally the worst company ever, they frequently do not refund ever item in a return package then when you enquire they lie to you that maybe it went to a different warehouse to be processed and make you wait 28 days before they’ll even look at resolving this. They’re utter scum and customer service is non existent. Really do not use, they’ve done this to me before and I knew it was a mistake to bother with them again. Their products are gross anyway..bad quality so you’ll need to return them, then go through the hassle of trying to get your money back.

Quite impressed with customer service today. Okay they had only refunded 2 of the 3 items returned but after one quick call and confirmation details on the postal receipt, refunded instantly.
Much better then most companies when you have a issue.
10/ 10 Customer Service

they have a horrible customer service. I wanted to speak to the manager and they said that the manager is not going to give me a call back as this is not their problem- terrible customer service and very disappointed that the manager she refused to speak with me. The person on the phone raised his voice and he was very irritated that i even called- will not ever buy things online as they are not helpful at all even when it is their fault. They have delivered to a wrong address and on top of that i have stated that i need my items in the next few days as leaving in holiday- stated that is not their problem and said that i have to wait and they will decide later on- Guys, the customer service is so horrible and i have spend around £50 for 3 pairs of shorts and now I am at loss due to them and they even refuse to speak to me

I am so angry with the customer service of Miss Selfridge! They just deny their mistakes and ignore my request of cancellation! I booked three items from them, all discounted. During payment process two of them turned to their full prices. I contact their customer service and send them my screenshots as evidence and ask for a cancellation of my order and guess what? They just came up with nonlogical excuses and still sent out the items. The worst experience ever!

Their eCommerce is terrible considering how big Arcadia is and the year that we're in! I had sent an item to be return and refunded on the 27/07, was received on the 5/08 and not a word of acknowledgement of receiving my order back or any refund as of yet. This was my first and last time I will shop at Miss Selfridge, best to go to Asos.

The new order system together with Topshop’s system is not user friendly at all. They removed the Save For Later function, which means every time I want to shop online I have to spend more time to browse all the items listed online.
There’s no seperate page can be opened to view all items in the basket, they are available on the side panle instead. if I want to see the items in the basket, there is no link available….
The previous order system is so much better. It just prove once again that tech developers are not good at human / customer behaviour. the new system completly put me off shopping on the website!!!!

They use Hermes delivery so I can’t receive my item which will now be going back to store. I took a day off work to wait in on third attempt and they didn’t show up.

Returned 2 items on my order and only received refund for one, the most expensive one didn’t get refunded for! When contacting customer service they asked for proof of postage even though they already received my order with the other item! After providing proof of postage anyway they then advised my refund for that item was processed on the day I contacted them which doesn’t make sense either way!

I would like to give all of these five stars to Vanessa, for her brilliant customer service, help and support throughout my shopping with miss Selfridge.
It's not all the time that you find people passionate about what they are doing and when we do meet characters such as Vanessa (I think she quite young, but still understands the communication in the relation with the client) it's a pleasure to shop and why not express the aftertaste of the shopping experience.

Be careful they give your complete refund amount! I returned 5 items and only got refunded 4, when I enquired I had to prove I had posted the package (the package they’d already received!!) and only when I did this would they responded addressing the issue and agreed to give me the rest of my refund. In fairness the issue was resolved however, seems suspicious that it was the most expensive item in the order by far.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered 1 item 3 weeks ago and was told it would be available for collection after 3 - 7 days.
2 weeks later I had still not received any update on my order and I rang up to ask where it was only to be told it had been sent to a store that wasn’t even in my country.
Now 3 weeks later I had still not received any update so I again rang only to be told that the previous customer advisor was wrong and no record of it being sent to London was found.
I was told it was received in the Belfast store yet I had received no notification of this. Funnily enough 10 minutes later the notification was sent through (probably initiated by the customer service advisor to save face.
Absolutely shocking service, I don’t even want the product anymore.

If I could give a minus 1, I would! Ordered a dress for delivery to my office. I received an email from Hermes stating the delivery had been made the day before, and they provided proof photos of an entirely different building, which was unknown to me.
When I contacted Miss Selfridges with indisputable evidence that Hermes had messed up the delivery I requested they issue a refund then sorted out their poor admin at their own expense not mine - even with the irrefutable evidence that Hermès were the carrier, Miss Selfridges still emailed to inform me they would have to wait for a response from Yodel! God help me they don’t know what day of the week it is!
This delivery was a Christmas present for my daughter, it took Miss Selfridge 2 days to email and let me know they hadn’t resolved my problem and I’d have to wait even longer for a response from Hermes before they could issue a refund... so no present and they have the money- in any other business this would be robbery!!!!!

Awful returns. Received my return on the 14th November, to save time (silly me!) I put 2 x items from one order and 1x item from another order in one package, a concept clearly mind boggling to their warehouse staff as they have still to this day only refunded me for 2 items. They made me wait 28 days to complain about the lack of refund, ignoring my questioning why if the parcel had clearly been opened on return the employee hadn’t refunded everything in there. They send me random messages on social media asking for the same details I have sent them already IN THE MESSAGE THEY ARE REPLYING TO and it takes days to get a reply so hats off for delaying tactics. I still do not have the refund you state you have processed, time to open a PayPal dispute. Won’t use again, very poor service and staff couldn’t care less about any issues you have. Literally theft.
Update, 35 days with no refund: opened PayPal dispute. Customer ‘service’ say they ‘are not able to authorise a refund’ when a PayPal case is open, a lie as that is exactly the point of the open case, to prompt them to act. Now trying to reclaim money through PayPal. I cannot stress enough how much I recommend you do not spend your money here.

If I could give a review of 0 I would. Ordered on black Friday in the sales. Expensive coat had a massive tear in the seam within 5 days. Barely worn it. Rang and asked for a replacement or compensation and was told to email with photos of everything. Sent photos. Nothing. Followed up (2+ times)... still nothing. This is over months. They denied receiving any photos despite sending loads. Gave up but got ANOTHER tear in coat, and found holes in another item from the same order!!!! Finally rang and all they could do was give me a tenner. Couldn't replace. SHOCKING. A fraction of the cost of the original coat. Bonkers. I know lots of people say it but: I am never, ever shopping here again and have told so many people the same thing. Awful quality and customer services. Poor.

Miss Selfridge In Potteries Centre Hanley! I wouldn’t even give them 1 Star! Manager is rude & bad customer service. I wouldn’t entertain shopping in there ever again. This is not the first time I’ve experienced it, no staff about, waiting at the till, Staff member was wearing a coat so I didn’t realise she was staff! As for the Manager Louise....unprofessional & RUDE! Louise wasn’t prepared to refund the Faulty item as she said that the fault wasn’t visible! I had to try the leggings on to show her a small hole on the left leg. You need to log onto your PayPal account for a refund but due to the store having bad internet service (as well as bad customer service) I was told by a staff member to go out of the store & into the shopping centre until I got a internet connection!!! I returned to store informing the assistant that I couldn’t get any connection....to which she replied “I can’t refund the FAULTY item then! I then had to walk further into the Centre until I got internet connection to get my bank card details off my PayPal account. Is this a Professional way of refunding not just a faulty item but any item! All the time I was messing around trying the item on to prove that they were faulty & walking around the centre to get internet connection, Louise the manager found it quite amusing & kept smirking at the assistant!! Unprofessional. Then she’d got the cheek to offer a exchange! I’d already ordered a replacement pair online (I don’t think she listens either as I’d told her this twice!!! Don’t shop here they don’t like customers!

I ordered a pair of shoes from mid selfridge on Wednesday and paid for next day delivery, the shoes was to wear on my Xmas party on Friday and they still haven’t arrived!!!! I have contacted mis selfridge through their website to complain and find out where my parcel is, but I haven’t had a reply and I’ve also contacted them through Facebook ...no reply. Terrible service from a company who has been running for several years , really disappointing.

I ordered a dress on 14th September. The confirmation to pick up in store came a few days later. When i went to collect from the store within the agreed time period they didn't have the dress and no explanation! The money had gone from my account though, they didn't forget that! 6 weeks later i'm still waiting for a refund. After emailing them to explain the situation they replied with " we are waiting for a response from our courier" !!!! A second email has been sent with no response back from them! I'm surprised this company is still in business - Appalling
Update : 28/11/18 Just received a " Thanks for collecting your order "email. I'm seriously lost for words with this company! And obviously it goes without saying that customer services never got back to me with a refund! A company that really doesn't care!

Absolutely shocking customer service.
I have been trying to resolve my issue for over a week now and they keep fobbing me off.
I bought a skirt in store, paid for in cash, and had to exchange for a smaller size. They didn't have to smaller size in store so THEY ordered this for my online to be delivered to my home address. However a few days later I received an email to say the skirt was out of stock, even though the website said it was still in stock.
I have been backwards and forwards with them trying to find out how I get my money back and each person I speak to doesn't have a clue what they're talking about.
Terrible customer service, I will not be ordering from them again .

My packages came after just 4 days - and I live in Denmark, so that is very fast service, and it came a lot faster then any of the packages I ordered the same day or a couple days before from Denmark. Very impressed!
Also the cloths fits perfectly (used the sizeguide to help decide which size I needed).
