I bought a brand new Milwaukee brad nailer (1st gen) and took it on site with high expectations only to be made to look a complete jerk, now after seeing other peoples same experiences on youtube do I realise what a power of crap Milwaukee are.

Never buy again
No customer service, I bought a power tool from screwfix, which was suggested on their website but I couldn't register for warranty, because this serial number doesn't have warranty. No customer service number. Low quality tools, first time and last time for me.

I bought the m12 combined set with impact driver and drill driver 2 1/2 years ago ! After 1y 8m my Impact Driver was broken ! I contacted the service company in the uk in the south, even if I had 2 years extra warranty they said they would not do the repair, but I can send it to them for repairs and then give me a price ! I didn’t know what to do and left it ! A friend of mine in Somerset then sold me his for £50 so I wanna say, do not buy Milwaukee if you use your toolset for a long time and regardless of the quality product, this company does not care about you, they just want to sell the product ? So I recommend Bosch only !,, 👀
They have good quality products and a good service ! Wolf of Wight

Crappy customer service.
Bought a multi-tool kit in 2014 - drill, recip saw, light, drill, circular saw, impact driver. All have performed well - except impact driver, which was inoperable from Day One - fwd/rev switch just flopped back and forth without engaging anything. Set it aside and forgot about it...
Ran across it again the other day, sent it in for exam and possible repair. Got an email back from them denying a warranty repair, saying "OUR FACTORY TRAINED TECHNICIAN HAS COMPLETED YOUR WARRANTY EVALUATION. AFTER CAREFUL
EXAMINATION IT HAS BEEN DETERMINED THAT THE FAILURE WAS NOT FROM ANY DEFECTS IN MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP AND WILL NOT QUALIFY FOR WARRANTY COVERAGE."
So, I call the service center to see what it would cost to have it repaired... she tells me that no one has really looked at it to see what was wrong with it... just based on its serial number, it's too old to be a 'warranty repair'.
I'm OK with the date thing - that's on me... should have sent it back right away, but I didn't. But don't write me a note telling me you've examined it and it was not a manufacturing defect (It NEVER worked), when in truth, you've not even looked at it... you just rejected it because of its serial number.
She was supposed to check into what it would cost to repair and get back in touch with me. Two weeks went by so I emailed them about it. Got a voicemail today saying it couldn't be a warranty repair unless I could provide proof of purchase - I can't, those receipts were tossed long ago.
So... I called to check on cost to repair. Again.
Got the same story... they've not looked at it. At all.
Can't tell me anything, but with their LMR service, they can guarantee that repair will not cost more than $73; could be less, but no guarantee. Yeah, well, I can buy a new one for $61.
Not sure what I'm gonna do, but it sure makes me not want to buy another Milwaukee tool.
Had a call back from them regarding what my preference was... repair will be $73... not potentially less than $73... it will be $73. Told them to scrap it... not worth it to me.
I give them a 1 just because I can't give a lower number.

Really good drill, destroyed by an absolutely useless chuck. I replaced the first chuck 6 weeks ago and now have a drill stuck in it - can’t shift it and have now taken to brutish behaviour ( almost certainly voiding guarantee). Currently have £200 drill with a bit stuck in it. DO NOT BUY MILEAUKEE !!!!!!!

Scumbag company, I paid a bomb for these tool when one broke within warranty you’d expect it to be fixed for free but they said it couldn’t be fixed but I could buy a new drill for £90 off them, when I said no they said okay but we want to charge you £10 to send the broken drill back I argued about the warranty eventually they wavered the send back fee but would no fix the drill, defiantly not heavy duty as they claim had a Makita 10 year still going strong. Avoid like the plague.

Great tools terrible company when it comes to warrantying something. Had an impacts anvil wear out and sent it in for repair. They came back with my warranty is void due to the inside of the tool being soaked in oil which is a total lie we don't use the tool any where it would get soaked in oil. I've used these tools for years and the dishonesty is just not going to fly anymore. The tool worked great we just needed the anvil replaced. Will not be buying any more milwaukee tools. This is not the first tool I have had a problem with and they would not warranty.

The customer service at Milwaukee is terrible. I got tired of leaving message, no one's has reached out to me. In my opinion when a company is good, they're just as eager to help you as they are to sell you something and this has not been the case. I'm sorry to report that can't even after reaching out to them no one got back, Ever. Make sure you buy these tools you save your receipt because big Corporate America is always trying to get out of warranties. They're supposed to have a serial number where there weren't five years only had mine for under a year use the twice and it stopped working those part of the combo pack terrible.

I just bought Airsnake from Ebay Seller then I contacted Milwaukee Uk branch to find out about the warranty and I was inform that the Milwaukee USA tools warranty is not valid in UK. If it breaks down,I have to send it to USA for repair. All my Tools are Milwaukee, it's a shame that they don't sell this Airsnake in UK.I am very disappointed.

I have purchased a cordless grinder and I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the tool. The new safety features they have implemented are horrible. Who in their right mind wants a grinder that continuously shuts off. The trigger mechanism they have put on the new grinder is made out of some awful cheap plastic with an absolute design flaw A company like Milwaukee has been in the tool business for so long and this is what they’ve come to. Take some pride in the quality of the product that you’re selling to us. I don’t mind paying almost $300 for a cordless grinder but when I can’t use it more than two times without it breaking If you’re looking for a cordless grinder don’t buy Milwaukee

The tools are getting to be poorly made. The new fuel drills have no power, cant even turn a 2 in holesaw. 1st gen used to be able to turn a 5 in no problem. The customer service is absolutely awful. I've had to send 9ah batteries in for warranty for the second time now, the first time took 2 months and several calls/ emails to get it back. Now a month and a half into the second warranty and still no idea when I will see my battery back. I dont usually leave bad reviews but they are so bad it warrants this review. Do yourself a favor and buy a different brand.

This review is about the Milwaukee customer service. I was interested in buying their new Gen 2 battery finish nailer and I was at Home Depot and there were no sales help in site. So I called Milwaukee customer service and the lady answering the phone knew nothing about the nailer I wanted to buy or what brand of nails work best. There were no Milwaukee nails for sale. I have never seen such horrible customer service and the people answering the phone are not even tool people. Its a joke.

I own i dont know what to be honest i got full packout 6 levels of the kit i bought it from America because its the only ones in red, and black is rubbish, then i own drill, saw, jigsaw, impact driver, etc etc etc i am not a builder but bought this kit for DIY at my home witch i have done over many years as started as i builder before joining the M.O.D. this equipment is terrible its half the price in America as it is in the EU i got a Milwaukee 48228120 Contractor Work Belt today this has put me over the limit now so the quicker i sell it the better ill take the loss, this item no lies could only fir a 16-year-old Chinese girl i asum the ones that make it for 20p a day, i put it on thinking oops a bit tight it's a bra i need to adjust it, AND NO its as big as it goes, 5 items i have bought in the last year i have repaired or replaced, go on youtube and all you see is lies again from Americans who say its fantastic its bodly looked after, after the 2 or 3 year warrenty the minimum service is £100 so costly it makes you buy a new one even though the other one just seeds a service. i was looked up for who should i buy the full kit set up of and now i have lost a lot of money of rubbish i cant sell it because now to much of a loss so save yourselves and go buy a different company all, voh i will start a youtube chanel soon to show had bad this company is and how bad the follow-ups of looking after people, details to add soon

The new “brushless range “ garbage.. the electronic brush system is a major fault riddled nightmare. Three tools - power saw, impact driver x2 12V range all with brush issues.. found out thousands with dame problems within 3 -6months.. send to warranty and they take a week or so to reply.. tools out of action is a waste of time money and patience. Choose another brand.

I have a Milwaukee M18 CBLPP2A-402C BL Twin Pack, bought in December 2018 - supposedly having a 3-year warranty. One of the cordless hand-tools (M18-CBLPD) has a masonry drill bit stuck tight in the chuck. According to our local Screwfix, this is a common fault with this type of chuck (which has since been updated). Milwaukee UK have advised that the chuck only had a 3-month warranty - I must have missed that in the small print. One of the batteries has also died. I will not be buying Milwaukee again.

Bought a milwauke m18 gun for £450
After a month batteries stopped charging.
Milwauke refused to replace.. so had to buy 2 more.. after 4 months the gun itself stopped working.. sent it to milwauke .. sent it back saying warranty does not cover it.. opened the box .. my gun is in several pieces.. they didn't even put it back together.. decided to throw it in the bin and gone back to SNAP ON..
SNAP ON ALL THE WAY
DO NOT BUY MILWAUKE
GUNS ARE GOOD WHEN THEY ARE WORKING...
BUT ONLY LAST FEW MONTHS AND MILWAUKE WARRANTY IS USLESS.

14 business days and still no repair on a drill that was used less than 10 minutes.
Took full day for customer service to return a call. Was blocked on Twitter because they didn't like me complaining about their slow response and lack of concern.
