Brain Fogger doesn't work.

They advertise 30 day guarentee but that doesn't apply to anything you might buy from them.

Customer service was prompt to respond but didn't offer any help besides restating facts found on website.

They have okay customer service some of the people I have talked to have not been very helpful. Seems like Mig does not give them the power to make there customers happy with out asking for permission. Poor shipping times. To top it all off 7 of the 10 coils we have gotten from them are bad. At a75 percent failure rate this is not something worth spending hard earned money on. And if it is not the coils then it is the Morpheus battery. And if they were so good I would think one of the many many vape stores would carry there products and not one store here carries them. Think twice before using Mig vapor.

I received my items intact and with a week of ordering. I bought a couple more items and they were processed, delivered and shipped out the same day! I highly recommend any type of vaper to check them out!

Mig vapor suuucks soo bad. I tried ordering this tank and some other stuff. 4 days went by and it didn't ship nor did I receive any emails for confirmation of order processing or anything . I contacted customer support and asked if there was a problem or if it was just taking a while to ship?
They answered by asking me for my bank statement to prove my identity. This was the first communication from Migvapor.
I gave them a screen shot of part of my statement so as not to give personal financials away. They replied that they needed to see the charge from them on my statement.
I've never had to do this for any purchase online, ever!
I said if you want me to prove it's me I'll cancel the payment with my credit card company and then you will see its me. They didn't respond to my somewhat rude response but instead closed my order and initiated a refund. Time will tell if that refund goes through.
I posted this same review of them on YouTube and they responded to it by claiming they sent me an email about it and that it was an FDA regulation they were following.however, I didn't get anything from them until I reached out to them. I did a search for FDA regulation of vapor sales and found no such rule or law for persons over 27 years of age such as myself. 4 days with no communication from them until I reached out to them to inquire about my package.
I do not recommend Migvapor if you appreciate good service.

I read the reviews of others here and while I understand their feedback, my experience has always been great with Migvapor. I would definitely recommend this website to anyone!

Quite good online web vape store with lot of inventory and stock and tons of related accessories for everyone with vaping need. See my point ? If you are in vaping and need something please order here and you will be good to go any day of the week.

Been buying the cig-a-like here since MarkTen went out of business. I was pretty sure I would not find a replacement....I went with MigVapor since that’s what MarkTen suggested...so, when it WORKS it’s very, very good however, it doesn’t work often!
I ALWAYS buy 4 packs of 5 cartridges and you would THINK all cartridges would be the same, right? WRONG.
My last two orders? SUB-PAR product!!!!! One cartridge should equal ONE pack of cigs...there have been MULTIPLE times I’ve needed to use THREE cartridges inONE DAY...totally unacceptable when it’s an ongoing issue...once I would have shrugged it off.... but over and over again? I could smoke for less and not have to worry about quality control! I’m looking for a NEW replacement to MarkTen...maybe MigVaor PAID MarkTen to advertise them....idk....wen they’re a good they’re very good bit they’re BAD 3X as much as they’re good.

Unbelievably dissatisfied with the flavor of The House prefilled cartridges. I regret spending my money on them. Also,not pleased with the way my order was handled.

My product was dead on arrival, and they refuse to have it returned.

Stay away from this company!

Most of these vendors ask you to upload a video of what's wrong and I truly believe it is designed to reduce the returns/exchanges. There is a reasonably high failure rate with vaping devices from China.

If you comply, they will usually replace the item with 30 days, else send you to the manufacturer.

I have never had any problem with MIG VAPOR and found them to be helpful, attentive and fairly competitively provced

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE WITH THIS COMPANY. I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE BATTERY AND IT WAS SCRATCHED. THEY WON'T ISSUE A RETURN LABEL FOR SHIPPING AND WANT TO EVALUATE THE RETURN BEFORE REFUNDING ME. I LASO RETURNED A Dab Pen WASP Wax Air Vape AND I RETURNED THIS ITEM 2 WEEKS AGO, GOT AN EMAIL THAT SAID A REFUND WAS ISSUED BUT IT NEVER WAS. HAD TO TURN THESE GUYS OVER TO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY IN ORDER TO GET MY REFUND. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!! tHEY ARE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER DEALT WITH. THEY WON'T BE IN BUSINESS VERY LONG!!!

I import several Mig Vapour products into the UK because I find the devices to be highly reliable and innovative. As I provide support to my customers directly, I have not had to deal with their US retail sales and customer support as per most reviewers here. The wholesale team has been highly professional and I will continue to sell and support their products in the UK.

I dislike giving bad reviews. But I had a hard time finding any reviews about Mig Vapor. except on its own website. The reviews for the product called H2O splash was phenomena, I believe it was a 4.8 out of a five. So I decided to order the product. The product came quickly. The customer service was good but the actual product H2O Splash vape pen is the biggest garbage,as far as an all-in-one vape pen is concerned. I'm not writing any bad reviews about the company just about the H2O Splash vape pen. First when I received the H20 splash it didn't work, after a little while I got it to work and you can't get a decent Vape out of it. You can't even get any Vape out of it. It has too many air holes it doesn't produce any Vape cloud. Your just sucking air and the juice i have been using for years which is top quality, from Hangsen, does not taste normal it has an odd tastes to it. I tried using some other atomizers that I ordered with it and still the same thing. So I'm putting this on trust pilot because I could not find any reviews about the H2O splash outside of the company's website. hopefully some of you will see this and not order it at all. It's worthless.

Just received my order and as a long time V2 user I’m disappointed with your system. Since I have paid for it I’ll follow through and use what I have the best I can. The batteries are a little to thin for my liking, the mouth piece is round rather than flat which make toking tough and noisy, I have to disconnect the cartridge to charge the battery (very inconvenient) and the cartridge doesn’t hold much juice. The charger needs to be longer as well. All in all needs a lot of improvement.

Worse experience I've ever had. I can't believe their still in business. They sent me a vaporizer that didn't work, when I called them they told me I must have gotten one of the ones with a bad battery. So they knew about the problem, but still wanted me to pay for return shipping. I thought it was unacceptable because I wasn't returning it, it was broke. So I emailed them with my problem and they never got back to me. After a few weeks I paid the shipping and returned it. It was then returned back to me saying the recipient had moved. I called them again and told them what had happened, they had me send them a picture as proof that I actually did send it, and it was stamped and returned. Then they still wanted me to send it back to them so they could inspect it, despite the fact that they already knew they had been sending out faulty products. And wanted me to pay for shipping again. UNACCEPTABLE mig vapor

I placed an order and was given 5 days to send proof of age because they couldn't verify it. The next day they cancelled the order and said they would credit back my credit card. After 2 weeks I had to call and threaten them before they actually did. I will never do business with them again.

I honestly hate leaving bad reviews, but I felt like in this case it was more than necessary. I switched over to MigVapor after V2 closed. I chose this company due to alot of other V2 customers going here for orders etc. The reviews were good, and so I was incredibly hopeful that I had found my next Vape pen & company to order from. However, after this experience I will never be purchasing here again.
I purchased the SR 72 Single ejuice Vape Pen kit along with ejuice & extra coils. My purchase was close to $100. It took a week for my order to ship, and it only shipped because I sent an email asking where my order was going to ship (and received no response from customer service). I didn't receive my package until Dec 7th (2 weeks after my order was placed). I had to pay for shipping, and during the time of waiting for my package there was ZERO communication from this company as to when my order was shipping, something apologizing for the delay due to high order volume, NOTHING.
However, the icing on the cake was the fact that this unit only held up for 2 MONTHS. Seriously, the whole thing fell apart (wires came apart inside the unit, the dial on the bottom fell off, and the top of the until kept coming out). I sent a note to customer service about this over a week ago, and again, NO RESPONSE.
I would NOT recommend getting anything from this company due to its terrible customer service & clearly defective products. Seriously. If you have issues, you can essentially figure that you have just flushed your money down the toilet. They clearly don't stand behind their products, and with other companies out there that you can work with....I wouldn't even waste my time. --- Sorry, but you have been warned.

Aweful. 30 Day money back gaurentee is a sham. They weill not give you yor money back for whatever reason. You can't know if the product is defective unless you use it. Once you use it you can't ship defective product back. When 2 times the ovens that come with the unit broke (with very light use and product was unsable). The offered me a 10% discount on replacement. What????? what about the 30 day money back gaurentee plastered on the front page of their web site. The only reviews they allow on their web site is 3 star and above

No quality control.
They don't test their products.
They didn't even proofread their manual.
Refused return for item that was dead on arrival.
I will never do business with them again.

Horrible customer service (Benjamin) Not only are they rude, but they do not back their products in the least. V2 Cigs should never have referred their faithful clientele to these crooks. BEWARE of what you’re ingesting!

I have had horrid experiences trying to reach Customer Service by phone with no success AND leaving voice mail messages that go unanswered. Finally, I sent an email and Benjamin Reyes answered it very promptly. We exchanged several emails - he was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He resolved the issue I had at that particular time. Mig had best amp up on their customer service - if it weren't for this one particular employee assisting me by email, I'd be gone now to another company. KUDOS TO BENJAMIN REYES!! Mig is lucky to have him; he should be recognized as a special employee.
