Our non-profit was with a website host for more than 14 years. When they became 'big' and were bought by an international concern, the 'customer service' we enjoyed by sending an email OR by picking up a phone when necessary - became non-existent.

My server was a hot mess. MySQL was completely dead until Greg and his team swooped in and revived it! I’m 100% satisfied with the work they did and I can’t thank them enough for getting me out of a jam! If you’re looking for a great server admin then look no further!
