We arrived at Microcenter after Amazon and the Best Buy website let us down. We were looking for a new Microsoft Surface. We browsed for a while and Kelly very casually asked if she could help. Boy did she know her products! We ended up buying the i7 Surface 6 with 16GB memory. She also helped me pick out a great gaming monitor. The only creepy part was when her manager came over to check on her. She is a rock star, let her work!

I had bought computer parts from Microcenter before, and I have bought things here and there from Microcenter in of the present too. Honestly, Microcenter offers some fantastic deals that you can't find anywhere else, at some point, the prices that Microcenter has, even rival that of Amazon and other Tech Stores. Not going to lie, I have to hop onto a bus for 3-4hours just to get at nearest Microcenter near Orange County, and I am not going to lie, it was worth the time and money there. Keep on going!

Micro Center has GREAT DEALS on all things computer, cell, cords, chargers, gaming, ink, etc... Anything you need for the geek in you, they have with great deal to boot. I go to store about 4-5 times a month. Not once was anyone not helpful or rude to me. St. Louis Park, Minnesota location.

Very rude. Online chat support tells you one thing and you go into the store to find something totally different. The guy in the return section of the merrietta ga microcenter, speaks to people as if you are inferior. All i did was register a product on the manufacturers website, to find out that i can't rma through them according to my product section. It tells me to return to store of purchase. I asked the online chat for microcenter which told me to bring it to the store. Came into the store to pretty much get told to f off because we don't do that. And given instructions on how to rma through evga. All i did was follow what the registered my product page says about my product, then checked with microcenter online to verify what i am suppose to do, so i do not waste time going 2hrs there and another 2hrs back. If i miss understood what the evga website says then a kind, hey i know it might say that there but try to fill out the forum because thats the way its done, would of been nice. The trip there would of been fine if i didn't have a 7month old in the car with me. But can't leave her alone.

I shop at Microcenter.com both at the online store and (lucky for me), the nearby North Jersey / Paterson physical store. Shopping at the online store guarantees that you can get the product that you want (once it's in your cart). You can go crazy at the physical store because there are specials that may not be available online. For me, I love microcenter because they have a large inventory of products for hobby electronics and maker projects (eg. project boards, 3d printer & supplies, motors, ICs, tools, parts galore, etc). I've only experienced great customer service, and bargain/competitive prices. This is what you'd expect from a well-run US-based etailer with a brick-and-mortar store.

They have great products at a great price. They offer a replacement plan, I use it on my USB cables. I was going through them in about 3 to 4 weeks, not I only have to pay the $2 warranty replacement plan every time I replace them.
