bulk aggregate, every time we buy a full load of aggregate, be it sand or gravel or limestone, they quote a good price, charge the credit card for 20 Ton then deliver somewhere between 17 & 19 ton,
after lots of phone calls and e mails you will get the overcharge back if you pursue them. other suppliers charge as it is on the weigh bridge so you get what you pay for.

when like us you are expecting to purchase 1000 ton ( 50 lorry loads ) means you pay for 5 loads you never had can work out a lot of dosh
they must be making a fortune off charged for not delivered goods

Terrible customer service, driver rude and unhelpful, company promised return of delivered gravel at £15 then wanted ME to pay liability insurance! As if they haven’t got any !

Had a skip with a door which didn't open, had to use it because we had no other option but had to cancel the next stage of our project because we couldn't get everything into the broken skip and the person I spoke to really couldn't give a damn.
