Use them for commercial waste collection at my shop. Very good pricing, really friendly account manager. Service was transferred within a few days from the old provider. Nice clean brand new bins. Pick up all the waste no matter what and don't charge for stupid things like replacing bins when they smell or when the bin lid doesn't quite close with the extra bag in it.

I cannot fault the service. I have had 4 skips in four months. When it was still early autumn on one occasion a lorry with skip came at 0650 instead of 0700 onwards - harldly a problem.

I have never hired a skip before, but it was all very easy. I hired a small skip for household waste. I chose the date for drop off on line, and it arrived on time! It was also picked up as arranged and both drivers were brilliant! I would highly recommend this company!

Although the first order that I placed on line seemed to go missing due to a computer error and they struggled to find it and that I paid for it they did rectify the problem by arranging delivery later that day which was a little annoying. A second order was delivered on the right day although I had no prior notification that it would be there at 7.20 am which would have been nice. Looking at ordering fence panels and posts but a little unsure if I will be notified prior to delivery as it says with in 3 working days and don't want to have to take 3 days off waiting in just in case. Products are excellent though.

We asked for a morning slot and we're apparently told they'd mark it down but couldn't guarantee it. Come three ish we rung and we're told half an hour. Half hour came, and half hour went. We rung again and we're told they'd had a problem with two skips 'sticking together' and that he was on he's way. Another thirty minutes or so and it came. The driver then proceeded to tell us we didn't need the permit that we had been forced into paying for. I would not knowingly use them again.

Ordered a skip, got skip in am as requested, skip was placed were i wanted it, filled skip, skip was collected, what more can you ask for this is a company with a slick system, team is polite and know what they are doing, Great work, i work with many companies and sometimes just wish the BS is knocked on the head and the service is provided to a high standard, Well Done Mick George and more importantly well done to the Team.
