Have been in contact for over 3 weeks with the customer support, and they are not giving any kind of solution for my broken (new) smartwatch.. You would expect more from a big brand like this.

I bought 5 bags, present for my family members. I received late, couldn't bring it to them, and how glad I was. All items I received was fake (no serial number, thread strings were hung over, sewing double, or attached outer and inner layer together..etc). I would have been so embarrassed to give it to my family members. I am searching web sites, information about them, to stop them selling these kind products. BTW, this is non related to Michael Kores site.

I am so annoyed with customer service at Mk in Canada, I never write a bad review, but I had no choice with this such a big company, I was on vacation in Canada order a tote bad and a wristlet which came to $400.19 ca thought this is cheaper than buying in uk, placed the order on Sunday evening, then noticed that I won’t be in Canada for the following week when I will be
receiving my item, so decided to cancel first thing Monday morning, on the phone to customer service explaining what had happened..... he said oh don’t worry if your not there it will be sent back to us anyway, cut long story short it was shipped out, not to my address but to someone in Quebec not Vancouver To my address it’s been nearly a month nothing has been sorted I’m back in uk don’t know what to do😡

Ordered three things from MK. I ordered a bag, a small wallet, and a smartphone wallet. My first two items came within a few days, but my smartphone wallet was still “in process”. After 10 days of waiting, I contacted customer service. I spoke to a Desiree and she asked me for my order number and informed me that the smartphone wallet was PACKAGED and waiting to be picked up by the shipping company. She also told me that it would be escalated to her management to see why it was taking so long to leave the shipping facility since it was already packaged. However two days later I received an email saying that my item was no longer available. Why was I lied to customer service that my item was packaged? Very disappointing. I will never be ordering from them again. At the moment, the smartphone wallet that I ordered is still available on their website, which makes absolutely no sense.

I purchase a Michael Kors wallet on Dec 24 2018. The leather and build of the wallet is really nice but the all the silver accents are rusting like crazy. I look after all my accessories and have never experienced this with other wallets. Normally my wallets last me a few years before needing to replace. The rusting started a few months after purchased. I seriously would not purchase anything from this company. Their products are worth $20, not a few hundred.

We bought some bags in one of there branches ,and the lady who work over there said we will send a £50 gift voucher on your birthday and took down my wife email and other details ,all they have done was fill her email with the spam after spam of there deals ,next time I come to your shop ,I will give you a gift voucher you will remember for a long time

Worst Product Ever
I bought a MK handbag 1 1/2 years ago and it has been nothing but trouble. It is very bad quality. It is no worth the money you pay for. 1 year warranty is definitely long enough for a bag that constantly breaks. Customer service is shocking! Cheap non-branded handbags even seem to be better quality than MK

Absolutely shocking customer service. Paid over £400 for a smart watch seemed to be very quality when it came but back came off after a couple of months. Contacted the customer service advisor and was given conflicting advice on what to do decided to glue the watch back together and now going to contact trading standards. Would not recommend Michael Kors to anyone I would rather take my money to the garden and burn it.

After less than 6 months of use, the charger on my very expensive smartwatch has died. Prior to this, I was having issues with the watch itself also.
I have now contacted the support team twice to find out about replacing the charger (even happy to pay for a replacement) and they WILL NOT RESPOND. I simply cannot get a reply from them.
Given the majority of complaints here about the terrible customer service and low quality product, I would stay far away from MK.

Absolutely horrendous experience!
I have purchased 4 items from the online shop, which I returned the next day after receiving them for they wouldn’t fit. I specifically mentioned I am expecting the full refund, yet instead, I have received 1 of the returned items with the invoice of another and a note saying that item was not purchased from their online shop.
I have called customer service, eventually agreeing on the fact that it was their mistake and was offered a prepaid label to return the item. I have placed a note inside the return box mentioning in detail what happened and confirmed the return via email; 1 week later I received an email saying one more time that the item hasn’t been purchased from the online shop and has been returned to my address. I call customer service one more time and explain the situation asking them to verify my online order, following an email as proof and keep waiting. I eventually end up calling customer service which was not aware of my parcel reaching them despite the delivery confirmation email. I email them once again and after the standard apologies, I am asked to wait and wait. I eventually email again and explain to them they are disregarding my customer rights and that I will be taking my complaint further and they ask me to wait as it will be soon solved. I email them once again explaining that the waiting makes no sense and I am done and finally I get a notification that my refund is being processed. I ended up being refunded for a cheaper product out of the 4 ( remember they sent a product with another invoice, basically a pair of sandals with an invoice for trousers), lose little under £10 but that’s it...my time and mental health are worth ending the process. Never again will I purchase anything from Michael Kors online or in store.

Bought a Micheal kors smart watch on 23rd June 2019. Changed it to a new one the next day as it was having connection issues. Less than a month later, the back of the casing came out and I have to go to the customer service to get it done, less than a week later, there was distortion on the watch face and I went back to customer service again. This time they had one replaced for me and that is only 2 months after I purchased the watch. Now I'll be going back to customer service again coz the back casing dropped out again. Please do some quality checks before launching your products. I've been to the customer service for more than 6 times in these 3 months.

I purchased a MK bag in December 2017, ok two years ago, it’s not an everyday bag, and in less than 2 years, I have not used it more than 20 times, that cost $500, it’s a fur covered bag, correction WAS, it’s going bald in places, and not even on the side you hold to you! I contacted MK, and have had bog standard response, sorry but out of warranty, clearly warranty only for a year, because anything beyond that, the product is below standard to last, I have replied politely a few times, and it’s the same computer generated fob off email. I will not waste my money on this over priced, sub standard Rubbish, with a company who clearly has no after care customer service at all, and in reading the reviews, with a 80% record of terrible, regarding MK, I guess I am not alone in realising this. I have seen counterfeit copy bags, that are better quality!

I was a loyal coach bag girl for years, decided to try MK. My husband bought me a $350 bag for mother’s Day. It’s now September (4months) and my bag is falling apart. Never did one single coach bag ever show such wear even after years. I am disgusted with their quality and the fact that I have to go through further expense to send this piece of garbage back to them.

I ordered the Beacon Neon Backpack and was eager to receive my package. I paid $30 (extra) to have it next business day but package took 6 business days to arrive. MK agent told me I had to complain to the mail carrier, not to them. Well, maybe YOU could complain to YOUR chosen carrier, so it won't happen again to your precious customers!
Next, the construction, straps, zippers and material was not as great as depicted on the pictures. It's just a sub standard backpack with their name on it. I'm super disappointed. Tried to return it for a refund or even a credit. Was told it was a final sale because I ordered a "clearance" product. I'm 100% sure there was no discount and no clearance when I ordered it. That backpack wasn't on sale when I ordered it and it became a clearance product AFTER I ordered it. I'm sure I would win that argument in court. Anyway.
And now, looks like I can't unsubscribe from their newsletter and spam emails. Fortunately, I used old money from my Paypal account to pay the order. Won't order again from MK. I swear to god.

So I thought I found the best perfume ever Michael Kors White. Made sure I wrote down the exact kindni fell in live with at the mall. My aunt purchased it for me as a gift and I was so excited well when I opened it and sprayed it I couldn’t believe what I was smelling! It def was NOT the same MK White perfume I had showered in at the mall. I was so disappointed and thought maybe it was just me and my nose wasn’t working right at the time I had first fell in love with it. I then asked others and they weren’t sure what the true White perfume smelled like but said they couldn’t believe MK would sell a perfume that smelled like an 80 year old lady who was wearing perfume she got in grade school. So I honesty thought I had lost my mind n it was all my fault. So I had my husband put it on eBay for $20. Didn’t have the heart to tell my aunt she had waisted $120 on me. Well it sold and as soon as the lady got it she instantly emailed me and accused us of tampering with the bottle and putting some cheap perfume in a MK bottle 🤦🏼♀️ Well if she had called the company she would’ve found out that it is entirely IMPOSSIBLE to do so. So I had her send it back refunded her money and paid OUTLANDISH amounts for shipping bc t being perfume. So I got it back and called MK and had the BEST customer service experience I have had in a very long time. I explained the issue and told her I’d be willing to send it back to them or whatever t took. She said it wasn’t necessary that all I needed to do was take pictures showing it wasn’t tampered with and 2 days later they sent me an email saying that I can purchase any MK product EXCEPT for the MK White perfume which (shewww) I was very relieved and thought I gotta find another perfume which is no big deal but since my MK purse had been stolen not long ago I’ve had my eye on a certain purse from them. She told me as long as it’s an MK product and within the amount of $120 I could buy any MK item I wished!!! So the way I see it is the lady who paid $20 for it got off her high horse and called them herself she could’ve made out bigger than 💩!!! But guess that’s what she gets (karma) for giving me a bad review after I worked so hard to keep my feedback at 100% even tho I kept it professional and did everything she wished. I even gave her the # to call so she could hear them say it’s impossible to do what she accused me of and that she would’ve had an extra $100 to butwhatevr she wanted from there so HAHA! And YES I did take the time to send her a copy of my email from MK showing her what she could’ve had! So in my book MK customer service KICKS BUTT!!!!

I order a bracelet for my mums birthday, they sent me the wrong item 3 times! The first item i received a week before her birthday so had time to send back and get a new one, I phoned customer service and they told me I had to pay for a new one myself, not being very happy with it, i did it anyway. Monday comes (2 days before her birthday) and my second parcel comes, it is the wrong colour AGAIN!!! I was on the phone to customer service straight away! She told me there was nothing she could do and I just had to order another one! I then asked to speak to a manger and she told me the exact same thing. This time i explained to her that it is very unfair that they've made this mistake twice now and i have to pay out £90 for the third time when it is their mistake! I asked her if she could put it through on her side (pay for it) as i know other companies have done it for me before but she said they couldn't do that, it was physically wasn't possible for them to do that. After a lot of arguing i then agreed to pay for the item again and she agreed to give me free next day delivery so it would be to me by tuesday (1 day before her birthday). My parcel arrived tuesday and was wrong again!!! I got straight on the phone and she said she would need to speak to the warehouse before sending me this item again! She said she would try and sort something out and would get back to me. 2 hours later, she phoned back asking if i could get to central london to pick up the bracelet!? As if! She said she would get the store to deliver the item to me for wednesday (her birthday!), she also told me that they could put it through on a gift card so i wouldn't have to pay for it.. something that they physically couldn't do the last 2 times! An hour later, i got an EMAIL from this lady, not even a phone call, to say that the store was wrong and that they actually did not have the right item in stock and said she would do everything she could to get me the right item by the next day. After receiving that email, i phoned every jewellers around my area to see if anyone had the item in stock, luckily i found one jewellers who had one left in stock! I went straight there on my work break to pick it up. During the rest of the day and evening, the manager from customer service did not try to get in contact with me once regarding getting the item to me for my mums birthday the next day! I received absolutely appalling customer service from Michael Kors and will be making a formal complaint and will definitely not be buying from them again!!

I will never buy any michael kors brand again. It's piece of trash. I bought a nylon tote and used it only for a month. The handles were ripping like a dog hair. Lots of pieces of of strings coming out of the strap. It looks ugly and I can't take it anywhere. I paid almost $ 100.00 for the bag and I can't even use it for a month. It's scam and they use the cheap quality.

I spend £319 on a new MK smart watch witch states ‘iOS compatible’. I spoke to the sales person in store who confirmed that ALL features work on IOS including replying to messages via the watch. So I get the watch home.... excited!!!! Unbox, charge, install and guess what..... NOT IOS COMPATIBLE FOR MESSAGE REPLYING! So I contact MK who laughed down the phone and refused to do anything about it! I asked for a refund so I could purchase a watch which has the features I require and the customer service rep continued to laugh saying ‘we have your money and you are not getting a refund’
MK was my favourite bag brand. I own several and always impressed with the quality and customer service! Not anymore! PLEASE AVOID GUYS!!!!!!!

I have two MK handbags, same style, one for Summer one for Fall and am pleased with the style. Imagine my shock to have the handle of all things crack and feel disgusting. The leather shop told me they see this brand constantly because the handle is fake, fake, fake!!!! Why would anyone put a fake leather handle on a designer real leather bag??!! The rest of the bag is real leather and of course does not get the wear of the handle, this makes no sense whatsoever and I am totally ripped off and customer service, like I am reading here, does absolutely nothing.

I just read the bad reviews on TrustPilot about Michael Kors and on my side I must say that I had a very different experience. Maybe the service is different here in Canada compared to other countries.
I ordered a purse online and there was a small defect. I contacted their toll free number and an agent said they would exchange it but if I didn't want to wait I just had to go to a store and they would exchange it immediately. So I went to Rockland Michael Kors (Montreal). I was a bit nervous because I drove 75 minutes in the traffic to get there and felt it was too good to be true. No saleslady would exchange my purse. It couldn't be that easy.
Well, I was told my purse model wasn't available at their store but they gave me a credit and I bought something else.
