Would advise to avoid !
Bought cube bike from them- had warranty case (rear bearing), not able to get any answer from them by phone or email for few months now

I ordered an Cube E-mtb from the MHW Bike-House online shop. Despite the online shops warning of ten workdays delivery delay I got it delivered to northern Sweden with in two weeks. Trough the DHL tracking service I could follow the shipment progress all the way from"door to door". Excellent service!

Ordered bike in July as it was in stock. Still awaiting my refund through paypal and have just got an email to say my bike will be with me by the end of September. You wont get through to this company and they dont answer your email. Im sure they are short staffed with covid and all the issues the world has but communication is important to keep your customers satisfied that you are doing your best for them. I wouldnt buy from them again and would avoid this company if you think you are getting a bargain. You might get it eventually but 3 months just to notify me of my pending delivery is poor poor poor.

Nothing is wrong with the bike. I was your overall service. Item showed as in stock in July I got my bike 3 months later, that should be enough to be disappointed about considering I bought it for the summer holidays with my children. I didn't get to do that as it didn't turn up.
You didn't answer one email of mine, you didn't say sorry. You didn't communicate to me letting me know what was happening apart from one saying my bike would be shipped in 20 days, in fact you didn't send it for 80 days. When I raised it with PayPal you still didn't choose to email me or contact me. The bike is really well put together but was missing the free bike tool you get with this brand either. Now you have asked wat is wrong with my bike. It's clear you have got no control over the business and have since read I am not alone in my dissatisfaction of your service. At every opportunity I have left a review of my experience. In short it has been an awful experience not knowing if I have been conned out of my money. You conned me into thinking my bike was in stock when it obviously wasn't. I will continue to give you the bad reviews you most definitely deserve. Look at your email crap email crap service and clearly haven't read my previous emails explaining what was my worry. Your reviews you receive says it all really. You are well worth avoiding. fact. I will add your email to my reviews to show your level incompetence of not even knowing what my issue was before emailing me. Farce
Your customers are your business and if you treat them bad your company will fail. We are all affected by the Virus... not an excuse. I waited nearly 3 months for you to ask "what is not working on your bike?" . You couldn't even be bothered with using a capital letter.

I have to say the place has not helped themselves selling items they do not have in stock , hence the bad recent reviews, and I’m sure when COVID slows off and bikes are back in stock their ratings will go back up to 5 star ..

Pending outcome .. but still slow delivery
This place has Put me off wanting a bike NOT good !! AVOID...
As all other reports, I just fell for this trap on NO STOCK !!
I ordered my £1200 CUBE “that They had in stock “ according to their website. The site actually showed other sizes out of stock so I assume they have this .
One week later I contact shop , they do Email back , the bike is in stock .. it will be another 4-5 weeks to build and ship !! Really !!!
I chase and chase and chase and nothing , so I email CUBE directly and explain this place is making me NOT want my CUBE , this is now 3 weeks later and out of the blue but I assume it was CUBE contacting the shop for me , they tell me ..
Oh my bike is still NOT IN STOCK and maybe within the beginning of next week and then it will be treated as priority..
So beginning of next week has come and GONE .. I have chased to the point I really DONT want a CUBE anymore (almost it took me 3 weeks to decide this was the bike for me ... so much I’m more annoyed this place is making me regret wanting a CUBE )
The shop has given me a bad feeling on buying a CUBE mountain bike now ..
Think I will just ask (will I get ??!?) for a refund if no reply today and
Never buy from here again nor waste my time on a CUBE , and sadly it’s not CUBEs fault ...
But the experience of this place has directly made me feel I want either NO bike or never to buy a CUBE :-(

I wish I hadn't red the reviews before ordering a bike from MHW Bike House GmbH since they don't depict the real situation when it comes to customer support services of that company. Therefore, unfortunately I ordered a bike on the 17 May 2020 (order number: 560140) which was supposedly IN STOCK as advertised in their site. In my notes I kindly asked if they could deliver the bike not later than 05 June 2020 for personal reasons, if possible. After one week of waiting I contact them via email asking for the status of the order and I was informed that the bike was no more in stock and that they were waiting for the bike to be delivered to them by the manufacturer and once they had it after 10 working days it would be shipped to me. So, I contact them once more and this time I got a reply saying that the bike was shipped by the factory but hadn't arrived to their shop yet and that they would not be able to deliver it prior 05 June as I requested. I replied to them that due to the special circumstances (COVID-19) I understood that delays might occur and I was going to be patient. So, another week passed by and I contact them again to check the status of the order and I got a reply that it would take another 18-20 working days (meaning over a month) for the bike to arrive to their shop. Then I informed them that this was totally unprofessional behaviour and I was going to include that in my reviews and that I was going to consider whether I would cancel my order or not. So what they did to respond to that was to send me an email stating that they cancelled my order, just like that. When I asked them what was the reason of the cancellation they replied that they cancelled because they were not able to deliver the order prior 05 June, which was a false excuse since that was a request and in no instance did I request a cancellation because of that. Bottom line is that they false advertise that they are doing business as usual in the COVID-19 era since they clearly don't and for sure they don't have bikes in stock as they claim. This is totally misleading for the customers who are wasting their time waiting for bikes that they will probably never going to be delivered and they could make good use of that time for finding a trustworthy bike dealer to get what they are looking for. To sum up, stay away from them unless you want to order a bike and have it delivered next year. Most probably the positive reviews are referring to pre-corona virus era. So much for the German efficiency...

Very bad service. When I decided to buy from them I also took into account the delivery time. And there was no indication that it could be so long. But it was.
After couple of days after payment I received a mail that order placed and will be assembled and shipped next day. But two days later they send mail "sorry it will be delay 2-3 days". So it was shipped only a week after initial order. And that could be ok if...
If they haven't used the excrementallly delivery company called GLS. Google it and you'll find that it has 1 star out of 5 from customers. So although my order was shipped on Friday and now is Monday I still haven't received it yet. Btw, I've got an email from GLS "estimated delivery time 10:30-13:30". Now it's 18:48 and guess where is my parcel. I understand - traffic, etc. But damn. Bad services have to die. Don't support them with your money
So will ask my money back and never buy from this awful company

I take one star down due to the fact that they accepted and then denied the payment made with a credit card issued by a German bank. It took days to get my funds back. I was proposed PayPal payment or wire transfer. Customer support very suportive. Great web interface.
