The service was very good, However, the product that was sent to me, isn't the right one for my phone. My phone the camera, flash, etc. When you look at it, it faces to the left, not right, like the case, that was sent to me. So it's really useless for me.

i am happy with the product. at first I was not happy. when I ordered the product I paid extra for 2 day deliver. when I was notified the product was to be delivered 7 days from my order date I complained. this company was nice enough to credit me the extra money I paid for 2 day delivery. so over all I am satisfied.

I just received a call and they immediately refunded my money. Very courteous and helpful. Don’t know what the email problem was about, but the situation has been rectified.
