The order arrived much quicker than I expected.

Got the wrong item in the mail. I have returned it in hopes that they would ship the proper item. I have not heard from them since I've returned it. hoping to get the proper item In return. I'm a little skeptical. As I have never ordered from this company before.

Update:
Went back to the post office where I dropped off the package. I dropped it off to Tuesday after the holiday. I was advised it would take anywhere from one to two weeks to arrive back to the shipper. So now we just a waiting on the post office to do their job. A little worried as is now in the hands have the u.s. post office.

update December 2nd:

I got an email from the shipper stating that they received The wrong merchandise that I had ordered. They are quickly shipping the correct merchandise to my home the very next business day. And should arrive by no later than Saturday.
It is awesome how this company responded to my dilemma even though I realized that I was at fault for the beginning. many companies out there should follow by this example. I will update once again when I receive my merchandise in the mail.

Mostly I recieved my phone holder within 2 days ,, I liked that service & of course the phone holder I’ve had before , it’s just thru several years it kinda wore out , but will be keeping it to work with & use my new one to go to church in or other outings , live the product thank you so very much cause I’m very pleased

Great product for less 3 bucks, this product exceeds expectation! Fits on phone like a glove. The material where the finger tips grasp the phone creates safe function. Also the ridges on the back help with tight grasp. I dropped it once and the cover slipped off a bit but kept the phone safe from shattering. It does not come with installation instructions but I was able to slip it on easily and then push around the cover to get the edges to fit into it. I do find it difficult to turn the phone on & off with just one hand adjusting the volume - is difficult one handed but feel this is design flaw by Moto for not having controls on the rear. I feel this is a great buy as I was able to invest in one of MG Bey's pop sockets I was easily able to install onto the back of this cover right under the opening for the shutter/flash. Thanks. I just received a call and they immediately refunded my money. Very courteous and helpful. Don’t know what the email problem was about, but the situation has been rectified.
