I was unhappy with the orders I received and was really disappointed to find out that I couldn’t get a refund and as they were part of the sale I probably couldn’t even return them at all. However, after reaching out to customer support they were extremely helpful and issued me with a credit note and sent it to me ASAP so that I could order sooner rather than later.

I have always loved Meshki but now i love Meshki even more. I returned a dress because it just didn’t suit me (which is fine). When I talked to maddie about the refund she was so friendly and sweet and it was super easy. It just show they don’t just have amazing clothes but also great customer service.

Originally bought a dress off meshki but when it arrived I had to chase the post as it wasn't delivered to my address. when i finally got the dress it fit perfect but the material was tacky and looked nothing like the image. I returned the dress and was told I could only revieve a credit note. I decided to try the dress in another colour (as my original colour was gold and was too shiney and chunky sequence) I thought maybe that if i got it in what appeared to be a matt burgundy red it will look nicer but unfortunately that photo was also misleading as the dress arrived bright red and super shiney and taky. I even tried to pass the dress off to my friends for free and not 1 of 6 girls wanted it. (all which I previously showed the photos too originally and all who loved the dress in the photo and all who agreed it looked nothing like the image) I sent back the dress and had to chase my refund as I did the first time only to be told i could only revieve a credit note. I asked for a refund as I did not trust any thing would look as it did on the website and had already paid twice for shipping to revieve and again to send back, but my request was totally ignored and in was sent a generic paragraph response, I also asked to be contacted by management which neither happened or was it replied to.. such a disappointment

Discovered Meshki website and did first orders, couldn't be more happy of the quality of the products and services!! Had the chance to chat with Maddie who answered to me so kindly and quickly! I ordered a few pieces of clothing to the US and was worried about how long the shipping would take, it arrived so quickly but unfortunately I ordered the wrong size and had to return a couple of items. All of the items felt so high quality so that sucked to part with them. The return process was super easy but took a while to happen so I emailed customers service. Maddie went above and beyond to help me, I’ve never had such good customer service with an online retailer. 100% will be placing another order tonight haha

This is the worst service ever if you are in America god for bid don’t buy anything. If anything is wrong you will not get a full refund you get store credits to which I was ok with but apparently USD is more valuable then their AUD and they will NOT give the store credits of the amount you actually pay since they do take USD if something is $45 AUD you will pay $45 in USD and then when u get ur store credits, you will be getting $45 in AUD not the $45 in USD you paid. Plus their stuff is VERY Cheaply made Especially shoes. I had to go though 3 Separate orders to which either something was broken or did not fit at all!!! And they did not give me store credits in what I paid from the beginning... Bottom line just save your money!!

I had the privilege to speak to Larissa at Meshki. I would rate Larissa 5/5 stars!!! She went over and beyond in treating me like a valuable customer. My items got delivered to me within days of my complaint and I’m located in Canada. She solved my problem immediately. She is very friendly, her willingness to help is outstanding, her compassion is heard by her voice and she gave me exceptional customer service. She is definitely an asset to your company. I had a credit note from over a year ago that I lost the email with the link to. Within minutes a customer service representative “Caitlin” responded with a link to my credit note as I was unable to retrieve mine! Never have I experienced efficient service like this from an online store!! My previous orders credit note was due to sizing, and I am looking forward to giving them more business in the future to come

I have a bad experience with my first purchase with meshki with the delivery. I was overly charged by DHL for the taxes and customs fee by threefold. I have to file for dispute and wait for decision that causes further delay with the delivery. I hope Meshki can fix this by charging taxes upon check out to avoid this unnecessary inconvenience to shoppers.

Originally I was upset over damaged inventory that I received but realistically speaking unfortunately it happens all the time with loads of company’s out there! It’s inevitable! But what makes this company stand out from the rest is that Meshki will provide you with the BEST and ONLY the BEST service possible!! To me THATS one of the amazing qualities this clothing company over any other company. Sorry not sorry! Had a Larissa from Meshki take full responsibility, control and care over the situation! Emails where responded QUICK! Issue was resolved QUICK! New replacement was sent out QUICK! They fixed the problem before my brain got to process it! I will DEFINITELY be shopping here again, ESPECIALLY after such an amazing experience with customer service. I felt super taken care of! By far the best online shopping Website! I ordered dress from Meshki, i paid 61€ for a dress PLUS 9,15 for express shipping. And after i got the email from DHL that i must pay another 42,46€ for duty/tax!!!!
So finally i must pay 112,46€ for the dress? For normal(nothing special)dress?
I live in Spain=in Europe, no on the end of the world so how is this possible?
All time i order things from House of CB and from another webside and i never had to pay a tax.
Why i had to pay extra delivery to my country and AGAIN to DHL, and sorry but 42,46€ is too much. And that isnt nothing about the taxes from the country because from another shops i dint have the problems with the taxes, so that your mistake!!!
NEVER AGAIN!!! I'm very disappointed...better buy the dress for the same money and nicer from House of CB=and without tax!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought the Sierra Glitter Maxi dress for my birthday in an XS & unfortunately, it was too small. I should have listened to the suggestion on the website, but seeing Model Sierra is wearing a SMALL, me being smaller than her, I figured i’d be a smaller size. I didn’t have time to wait for a store credit so I ordered a bigger size & returned the original.
I called in to see if I could possibly get a full refund due to my circumstances & the rep on the phone didn’t even hesitate. It was such a quick call.
About a month later (it takes weeks to get your refund as they’re established in Australia) I e-mailed the company regarding the status of my refund & Maddie was able to greatly assist me & gave me my full refund as promised.
As for my dress, I adored it. I wouldn’t stop getting compliments. The only flaw was, the shedding of glitter was excessive; it would not stop. So people, if you don’t mind leaving glitter trails, do buy!

I am beyond satisfied with the help i've recieved from meshki customer service. I had ordered a dress in a size medium (i usually wear a small) but i loved the dress so much i had to order it. I then called and was talking to an amazing staff member( wish i knew her name) she had told me to add my email to the list for when they would get the size back in.. NOT EVEN AN HOUR after our phone call i have recieved an email that a small is back and i hopped right on it and ordered it.. Now it is sold out!! Thank you for the staff member who helped me get THE DRESS for my bridal shower.
