I should have looked at this before I bought something. Something told me to come here and look, so i did. I canceled my shirt immediately and got an automated message back. Its now been a couple days, no refund, not even a message giving me an update. Ive messaged numerous times and they dont return emails.

Ordered a hoodie and they took payment and sent a delivery date. This then changed and was told there was an issue with the warehouse. I’m still waiting for my refund after countless emails.
This is my money and I want it back.

I've been waiting over 3 months for a vinyl I ordered as a present. Keep getting canned responses from their customer support, saying they can't tell me when my item will be shipped, despite their own website saying they have the item in stock. One of the worst customer experiences I've ever had - will never order from them again and I would never recommend anyone else order from them either.

I tried to order an item from merchbar for my daughter from a Broadway show. The show was just closing in Broadway and it was difficult to locate the item in New York so I went online. I was excited to see that merchbar had it in stock. Two months later it's not here. And it's still up on their website stating that it is in stock.
To make it even more irritating, the people who responded to my annoyed emails clearly don't speak English. Nor do they have any concept that merchbar maintains a bait and switch practice. I wonder how many people order from merchbar and eventually forget what they ordered. Pretty shady. Dishonest. Avoid at all costs.

Despite ordering before I read all the bad reviews...I recieved exactly what I ordered within a week week in a half and am happy with the quality...this site has a lot of shiddy reviews but I gotta give them a good one. They came thru and with the quickness at that...thanks merchbar for not stiffing me.

Do not order anything from this place, no matter how cool the merchandise. They will take your money, and you will never receive your order. You will get fraudulent tracking numbers, meaningless emails expressing sympathy for your misfortune, and ultimately; no resolution. My guess is that they'll exhaust you, and your efforts will cease. That's the plan.
I read negative reviews, and ordered a cool Jerry Garcia hat anyway. Big mistake.

The only reason that I am giving a 1 star rating is because I'm not able to give them less!
I ordered a shirt for a concert that I was going to attend. I ordered it almost 2 months in advance. So, I'm waiting and waiting and nothing. I leave an email and still nothing.
Then out of the blue, 1 week before the concert I get an email from (not even from these pos) but from PayPal stating that I was receiving a refund.
What kind of a$$holes do that kind of $hit!? I unsubscribed and deleted my account.

I ordered a couple of Metallica T-shirts from here on the 29th of July, upon me pestering them about my delivery as I was afraid (and still am) it was going to arrive late, I was told they had encountered issues with the shipping of my order. I wasn't contacted about this issue and if I hadn't of decided to take matters into my own hands and spend £7.50 (roughly $9) for a phone call to Asendia (the shipping company), I would have not had a clue. I am requesting my order is resent with a faster delivery time as I need my order within 5 days now because I am away from my home address for two weeks on the 7th September. I'm now worried my order will arrive late and I will miss it. All in all I will not be ordering from Merchbar again, I've had an awful experience and I believe that a lot of people like myself stumble upon this joke of a company via Spotify, who I will be complaining to also.

Don't order from this site. I ordered a LARGE black long sleeve t-shirt and a LARGE red t-shirt and a MONTH later ended up with a MEDIUM t-shirt and a sweat jacket that I didn't even order. It's a bummer because the red shirt fits more like a small and I really liked the long sleeve tee.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS. I’m reporting them to the ACCC , I ordered a hoodie last week , I was then told a day later that due to warehouse move it’ll start shipping after atleast 3 weeks and said they can give refunds . Since 5 days I’ve sent them atleast 4 emails requesting a refund and all they tell me is " we sent the refund request please be patient " these guys deserve to be shut down nothing but a scam do not give them your money

0 customer support. The number for the business doesn’t deal with transactions so your only choice is e-mail. Jessica Medina sends an auto message for Name, full shipping address and email. Then you won’t hear back for a week or more before getting the same message. I had to send in multiple e-mails and out of about 20 I got 2 replies, one again asking for that same info if I didn’t get a confirmation e-mail (which never sent to me) and another by Crystal Galang who told me she could not find my email address even though I typed it in properly and all the other necessary information was provided to find my purchase but there was no urgency at all to resolve the issue after saying it was a birthday gift for a certain date and as that day creeped up I still had no assistance or urgency other than Jessica Medina sending another copy and paste e-mail asking for name, full shipping address, and e-mail. Garbage site with no support so save yourself the trouble and don’t buy off here! Go to the actual producers website and buy from there. I almost had to dispute my charge because I had no response but it takes a month after the purchase to file the dispute. They’re lucky it came in on time, but they were no help at all and gives you serious buyers remorse when you spend so much money and are clueless as to when you’ll receive your stuff. You’d think this site would put a lot more care into it’s operations and client support with the garbage ratings it has.

I see that many of you are having the same issue with Merchbar as I am. Paying for merchandise that you never receive and then they will not respond to you when you tell them you want your money back. My dad is an attorney and I'm about to file a law suit against them.
If you would like to join it, please respond here and we can get in contact to add you. Paying for merchandise not recieved and them refusing to send our money back is illegal. But together, we can have a solid court case against them! They are scammers!

They sent me a damaged art book. After I provided photos, eventually, after a few more inquiries, they said I could return it at my expense - not that they would replace or reimburse, but that if I wanted to return it, I was to arrange for that. I responded to clarify, as I was very suspicious of their wording.
Several days later, they responded to my response with, “We haven’t heard from you, so we’re going to close this ticket.” They responded to my next response with the same, and they’ve ignored me since.

They do not answer emails at customer service, I genuinely needed help as I received no order confirmation whatsoever so I could cancel my order and now it's suddenly been shipped. Either they do not care to answer emails or they are too overwhelmed with emails to respond to.
Merchbar need multiple phone lines for real time customer service if they want to redeem their reputation at this point.
I wish I read the reviews before making an order.
The fact that Spotify is partnered with this company is dreadful, it's the reason why I bought from this company. I really thought Spotify was above this kind of thing.

I ordered a Muse T shirt, very excited for it. However i ordered on August 30th and it took until September 27th because of warehouse issues. It seems that this has been a common response so either this happens a lot and is out of their control or they are covering for something and this is their default response. A shirt arrived but it was not what I ordered, nor was it the correct size. I'm happy to send it back if they give me this shipping label. However, I am yet the receive the shirt I ordered. If they don't get back to me by the end of tomorrow, I'm going to have to contact the credit card company. They cannot send me the wrong item and tell me I need to cover the return shipment.
PLEASE NOTE: In situations like this, the seller has not fulfilled their obligation and you as the buyer are not obligated to send the shirt back. They must either refund your money or they must send the item that you requested. I wish this was a one off case but looking at the reviews here they seem to do this a lot. BE SURE TO PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD IN CASE YOU HAVE TO DISPUTE.
I AM SICK OF WASTING MY TIME CHASING THIS DOWN, EITHER SEND ME WHAT I ORDERED OR I WILL DISPUTE THIS CHARGE.

I ordered a foil poster they claimed they had possession of... took my money. 2 months later, they keep telling me they havent heard from the warehouse yet! #thieves #criminalintentions they will steal your money! It has been almost 3 months and still have not recieved the rest of my order. They sent me mine with missing items and have done zero to resolve it other than saying i can cancel my order if i want. They have not been diligent to try and get it done as a rush order and continue to say they have no info and will not have any ETA until it's actually shipped. My fiance already has 2 small tears in her hoody from washing. Beyond frustrated!

Really wish I would have looked this company up before ordering. Very slow delivery. No option to ship expedited. Says 3-6 days, but just shipping now 5 business days later. Unless it's on my doorstep tomorrow, It should still Just say 7-10 days. Hope the quality is Gildan for the price spent. Getting the feeling it's gonna be a one-wash wonder at the moment. Hope they prove me wrong.
