Horrible company... we have $40,000+ that have not been processed and NO ONE helps - stay away.

I ordered my clover mobile online Nov. 17th 2018. No correspondence from the company for over 10 days. I finally called and the sales representative Jack told me he responds to every order. I searched my junk, spam, inbox with no email whatsoever. On the phone he told me he was headed to an appointment and could not speak, I can appreciate that. However, when I asked how this could happen… he got irritated and told me he could cancel the order or give me free shipping. As a business owner customer service is everything. I should have known better when I say the average rating on the website. Being in sales for over 18 years myself, I was shocked at the response.

We are a small local pub. Over $4000 in charges from a Spanish bank that never went through our business are now coming through our Merchant Service account andnwe are being mailed dispute letters. We are getting no help or response from Merchant Services even with multiple phone calls and faxes. I have grave issues with their security and safety protocols for their clients. We are terrified of a financial fallout as we speak just this month.

The shadiest company I ever dealt with. Signed up for credit card processing, they slid in fees repeatedly that had nothing to do with processing. Just found out I have been paying $169 every month for something I never knew I had, was led to believe this was part of my processing fees. Finally changed processors after they signed my up for a program I never wanted because I didn't tell them I didn't want it. Isnt it ethical to work the other way around, sign me up for something I say I DO want, not expect me to decline something I don't know I'm getting. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ACCESS TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT!

Tried to cancel and they didn’t receive my fax. Continued charging me even after I stopped taking cc. Sent form in again and took several weeks to process. Would not credit me fees. I would not recommend this company. They could care less about a customer.

I didnt sign up for this service. They called me and I said I did not want the service, but I keep getting emails that say thank you for being a customer. And now I received this request to rate them on TrustPilot. Well.. I am telling you that this company seems to be scamming me. I called them and only got a recording. They never called me back. I also looked up reviews for this company, and there are a LOT of people that have signed up for the service and after they canceled the service, MerchantService.com continued charging them... I sure hope I never receive a bill from these crooks or they will be surely sorry when my legal team gets a hold of them.

Service was good and delivery was on time. Product was excellent, qith quality exceeding my expectations. My only complaint is that the initial setup of the product was made difficult by the fact that the instructions had been poorly translated from Chinese to English, so it took a while to get it functioning the way I needed it to. Other than that, 5-star recommendation for sure!

Does not respond to help with credit/debit card machine. Debit machine does not work. Every time someone puts in their pin # it comes back as invalid. I gave up calling about this 8 months ago as no one wanted to help. Also, rates are higher than several other companies and the monthly fees keep going up.

What is most important to me with any service providing company is they help me when I have an issue. What I like about MerchantService.com is they have been their and helped me when I needed and to me in today’s world that means a lot.

The service we've received for 3 or 4 years (all our years with Merchant Service) is very good. The only reason I haven't checked 5 stars is that I believe we could save money elsewhere.
