I had a complicated issue regarding a credit for credit card fees. I contacted Sherry Friley, the Strategic Sales Manager for Merchant Focus and she was all over it. She contacted people in different departments and followed up to make sure that the matter would be resolved.
The greatest thing was that she didn't just to the bare minimum as so many customer service people do. She took on the issue as her responsibility to make sure that it was resolved quickly. She always responded quickly to my communications and followed through on her promises.

5/16/19 Update- Merchant Focus reached out to me immediately. They lowered the fees, and consolidated the daily charges into a monthly statement. (I was told that the information I had been given in the past was incorrect.) However, the snail mailing of chargebacks is still inexcusable. At the very least, a single line email stating that one has occurred, giving you the opportunity to log in and begin working on it immediately, is warranted. This is the digital age, and the technology is available.

Daily fee transactions from bank account; makes reconciling dozens of transactions a nightmare.
They use SNAIL MAIL to send chargebacks. Arrive with one or two days left to rebutt. Last one was LATE and had online banking not been checked, would have passed the rebuttal deadline. RIDICULOUS.

Brigitte at Merchant Focus did a great job in helping us resolve problems! She was able to get us a new card reader, help in our batches and with our credit card rates! Drew has been a dream to work with. Not once did I get told, no. We had some hiccups, there where some things that where not allowed due to policy, we got other options figured out and I was able to get my deposits going back again after about 5 days of staying diligent and working with me. although I 100% don't understand the point of the company in between, Drew is CERTAINLY a fantastic addition to what ever team he is on. Other's would be lucky to be led by him.
