I ordered a greta bed online, after a week or so I called and they said the shipping should be on its way, good customer service and got my bed and the following week. Love the bed !

Terrible Customer Service - unacceptable experience, unreasonable and rude conduct.
Do not order from this company. Period. I placed my order and never received a shipping confirmation for a week. Called every phone number I could find, including the toll-free number on their website that lead me nowhere. I emailed several times with no response and even had to resort to their Facebook page and scribe direct messages and write on their wall to get a response. I received a call back from a gentleman that I later found out was the owner that the person handling my order "messed things up" and he's "cleaning up the mess" and would get me my shipping confirmation within 24 hours. I did not receive that either so I followed up again. I was also then contacted by a woman named Patty who essentially just pacified me and did not even coordinate with the owner on their communication with me.
I received the order although it was not what was described in on the product description page, nor how it was identified in the URL. I still have the screenshot saved, and when I sent these to Jacob (the owner) and Patty I still did not receive a response. I then decided to go through the return process, in which when I submitted the return form a message prompted I would hear from a representative within 24-48 hours. I did not hear from anyone and had to follow up myself yet again. This is all documented in emails and call logs.
They continued to fight me on charging me more money to correct my order despite being wrongly advertised on their site. I explained I had everything already documented and already called my credit card company to dispute as they have not even followed their own policies. Plus, because I had to resort to contacting them on their public Facebook page, I had other potential patrons contacting me asking if they should not buy from them b/c they saw my messages and other patrons sharing their alike frustrating experiences. When I explained this to Patty her response was "I know the owner just had a baby so he has a lot going on" Mind you, I was on my way to a doctors appointment for my own health issues. Personal problems like this should not be an excuse to treat other people so poorly.
In the end, they wound up dong the right thing because of everything I explained above. However, it took over 6 weeks and nothing but my time and headaches to get my order corrected. Buyers beware.

I purchased an item and then was informed it was not in stock. It’s been a week of calls and emails and no one has responded to confirm a refund is in process. One of the numbers I called has been disconnected. I’ve called Amex to deal with the issue. Don’t buy from here. Shady business.

Ordered a bench Jul 29. No Shipping confirmation for over two weeks. Called numerous times and got no response - straight to answerphone, emailed, messaged through facebook. Eventually got someone on the phone and asked them to just cancel the order. Said they would and I should get an email. Waited and no email came through. Also they had already charged my credit card. It's been one month since I ordered now and still no refund. Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. Please do read the other reviews. These guys will take your money and waste your time.

Ordered my table on 7/22. Sent 3 emails with no responses. Called 3 times with no answer. Finally spoke with someone on my last attempt as I was about to call my credit card company to cancel my purchase. Received an email the following day from Patty Trotta on 8/2 who said my order should ship in 7-10 days (item is in stock). I emailed back next day advising that I need the table shipped and received by weekend of 8/10 with still no response. Their customer service here is awful. I would never purchase something again from them.
Update: immediately after posting this review I received a call from Jacob. Jacob was extremely helpful and apologized for the service I received. None the less he promised a delivery date on the day that I requested and it was delivered on time. It’s unfortunate that I had to write a bad review to receive the customer service I should have always been receiving. But wanted to thank you Jacob for your integrity. In lieu of Jacob’s assistance I have given this 1 additional star. The dining room table is beautiful and I am 100% satisfied with the product

Just had one of the best customer service experiences of my life, and as an interior designer, I am used to dealing with a lot of customer service people. Jacob was friendly, professional and took care of our issues immediately. In our experience, there are always going to be problems— what matters is how a company solves them. Looking forward to working with Jacob and Memoky again.

I purchased two Walnut Z Chairs made by Bowery & Grand from Memoky. They are absolutely fantastic and very well built. They arrived fully assembled and in perfect condition due to the amazing care taken to package them. Couldn’t be happier with Bowery & Grand and Memoky.

Purchased two chairs , Contacted customer service immediately to inquire about my promo code - never heard a peep
Did not receive any ship date information whatsoever - finally got a response from someone that the chairs were in transit
Boxes arrived in perfect condition and store them until my delivery about four weeks
When I open the boxes one of them was in perfect condition and one of them had two cracks on each arm where the chair had split
I took photos and show them of the manufactures defect
Clearly the chairs are imported and the wood was probably green when the chairs were made and the temperature change made them split
Call he was very poor and the customer service very lacking as they told me there was nothing they could do for me so I am now stuck with a chair that I paid $1000 for and it's worthless

Paid own shipping for return but was still charged an additional restocking fee which was not indicated in the email inquiring about return process. Ended up spending $80 for something I didn't keep.

The tables arrived quickly, undamaged and were exactly as described. Very close in style to the Eileen Fisher tables I covet.
Nice quality for the price, and the brass finish is beautiful.
