My daughter was given a Meller Watch 3 years ago. Since then she has had many compliments for her elegant watch. It has kept the time very elegantly all these years. Recently the watch strap showed some signs of wear and tear and we wanted to replace it. As we could no longer find the exact strap on the website I contacted Meller. The customer service I have received in response to my inquiry was better than I could have ever expected. I can thoroughly recommend this brand.

Meller's customer service is exceptional (immediate replies, super fast shipping, etc). I really love those sunglasses. When a pair got broken, my complaint was solved within hours. Special thanks to Rosa who really knows how to deal with customers :)

I had a pair of sunglasses for like two months and something went wrong with the lenses.I contacted the Meller company for the situation and they answered me within 5 minutes to appreciate the damage themselves.They willingly replaced my sunglasses with a new pair in two days.I’m so thankful for the great service and I hope they continue this way.

Ordered two pairs of sunglasses with their deal, one pair arrived broken with a defect. Their website says that if there is a defect they will either replace the item or given you a refund. I asked for a refund, however they said I had to pay for the return postage?! On an item that is broken, and badly put together in one of their own factories?!? Now they have gone quiet on me, oh well, £40 down then drain. Avoid if possible.

I ordered a few products from Meller already and on both occasions it was a pleasant experience. I was surprised to find out that for both occasions they used the 24h express delivery service, although I haven't requested, nor paid for that. I used their website to order both a watch and two pair of sunglasses. The watch was a gift and the person whom it was gifted to is still happy about the product, more than six months later. Unfortunately, one pair of the sunglasses came in damaged (i.e., the box was also damaged, mostly likely due to transport). Nevertheless, the Meller team was responsive and offered me a couple of options (i.e., replace, refund, and even an extra pair of sunglasses at no cost). Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience, both from a product-quality standpoint, but also when it comes to the interaction with the customer service team. Keep up the good work!

I had some problems with the post company, wich send my order back to Spain.
But Rosa F. was willing to help me out really kindly, so I finally recieved my order.
The communication was really easy and friendly.
And I am super happy with my Sunglasses! They have good quality and look great!

Very nice sunglasses, stylish and glamour...good value for money! One item was demaged, so I asked the customer service to solve my issue. The CC account, Rosa, has been super friendly and responsive: they sent me another new pair of sunglasses totally free. Never experienced such a super service as Meller does. Keep working this way, great company!

Not a great experience so far. I ordered 2 pairs of sunglasses, but only 1 arrived. The ones I have, don't suit me, so I asked to send them back. After being told I would have to pay the shipping, I decided against it, as it would cost a fortune from The UK to Spain, and I asked that they refund me the cost of the missing sunglasses. No reply to these emails, and then I got a notification saying that they have shipped the missing glasses to me, which I no longer want or need. I will now have to send both back, at my own cost, leaving me out of pocket. Poor communication, poor support.
*UPDATE* After a few back and forth emails and a bit of confusion, the guys couldnt have been more helpful. I take it all back! Lovely guys, cheers!

I bought a Meller watch on a trip and for some reason it stopped working after a week. The watch was really beautiful and I was incredibly disappointed. I messaged them through the website and Rosa answered me. She was nice and helpful and responsive. She worked with me to find good solutions and made the annoying situation into a good experience! She did her best to make sure it all worked out and that I was happy. Thank you so so so much!

I Have now bought 3 pairs of sunglasses from this site and 2 colleagues have bought one each.. all of us agree that the product and the service is awesome!!
There's only a handful of online sites that I trust these days and I can safely say Meller has now been added to them.
I would highly recommend as you will not beat the fast delivery and price point of these sunglasses.

After contacting Meller for advice on Instagram for sizing, I brought some Meller sunglasses for going away on holiday. What makes the difference to some companies is having such a quick delivery process in my eyes. Meller used DHL for an efficient and safe delivery. Ordering on a Saturday they came on the Tuesday. Opening the package greeting by a strong Meller storage box with a cleaning cloth inside. The sunglasses fit perfectly and Meller’s advice was spot on. Although one of the lenses had a slight defect with it, after contacting them directly they were more than happy to rectify the problem by sending out another pair.
Thanks Meller, keep growing and providing the same service !

I've been wearing a meller watch for over a couple of years now. I think their lovely products are well produced and have a good price-quality ratio. But what I like even more is the quick and personal response of the brand. Being helpfull with little questions about the product and finding good solutions! Hope they continue doing what they do best: Making lovely-designed & good-priced products!

5 Stars for a great customer service.
As my collegues are super satisfied with sunglasses by Meller (with discounted price and quality), I wanted to try them out myself. I ordered 4 pairs of black sunglasses in different styles and made a great deal with buy 2, pay 1.
1st problem: I have not received any package. To my bad, I forgot to put the name of the company I work (where the package needed to be sent to). I contacted customer service and they helped me right away, asked for some info and at the end sent a new package.
2nd problem: Second package arrived (first one never came). I tried out the glasses and to my second bad, they didn't fit me well. Unfortunately, my face is too big. So again, I contacted customer service and asked for refund and an address where to send back those glasses. Response came right away and I received an address. I returned all glasses.
Meller is based in Barcelona, that's why I had to pay the shipping of about 9€ - from Germany to Spain (but I knew that since it is mentioned on the website that there is no free return shipping). So, fine for me (better complete refund deducted by shipping costs than having glasses I cannot wear).
3rd problem: After 1 month no message came whether my returned package did arrive. So again, I contacted customer service and sent all evidences I had on the package (pictures of glasses and the package with stamp). Although, the package did not arrive at Meller in Barcelona, this time to my luck, the customer service refunded the whole money of 4 glasses.
I know it was quite complicated story, but customer service was always positive and trying hard to help. I am super happy at the end. If the glasses would have fit me well, I would always buy again (like my colleagues do).

My sunglasses became damaged within a year of me having them and I contacted Meller who have kindly agreed to send me some new pairs. Rosa has been excellent in assisting me and has responded swiftly to all of my emails even after my delayed responses. A+++

I have already bought two Meller sunglasses and two watches and I'm absolutely pleased with their products, especially the value for money thanks to really fair prices.
Now I have contacted customer service in order to get batteries for my first watch from 2016.
As strangely batteries can't be changed with this model they just offered me to send me a new watch, which is extremely customer friendly... Impressive :)
Also communication was quick and smooth without any problems.
So I can definitely recommend Meller !
