Great local service. The Meineke car care center in Loveland a long Montgomery Road is managed by a fellow named Dave, who goes the extra mile. He is knowledgeable, a great diagnostician, and very accommodating. He drove me home and picked me up after finding some very dangerous situations when I went in just for oil And an annoying rattle coming from the engine. He has always been great and understanding and knowledgeable. My wife and I have continued to use him for years. use him for years, And will continue to do so.

I brought my car into the Carrollton Texas location to have an oil change and tune-up. When I called to see if my car had been finished the price quoted was $300 more than I was originally told. When I came to pick up my car the manager Mike, said that he did a few extra things. I asked why was it $300 more? He apologized and said he would not charge me for any extra work that was done without my consent. He said that he was busy and did not have time to call. Maybe I'm wrong but isn't that called customer service? The work that was performed was done well and seem to be to my satisfaction. After a week I decided to pop the hood on my car and check the fluid levels. I had discovered that the engine cover and the nuts that hold it down or completely gone. I'm not really sure how a certified professional mechanic could not see that the engine cover was missing when he closed the hood. Now it is up to me to return to the garage so they can replace it. I would imagine that my time is worth nothing and then possibly I am too busy?

I am sooo frustrated! I love this shop and normally they do a good job. I went to them to get my car window up and they stated that I needed a power switch for it. Anyway they fixed it but the panel would not go back in. I went back and told. them to please fix it. They put it back in but as soon as I went over a bump, it popped out again. This time frustration sets in and I say to he'll with it. Then today I go in for inspection and they tell me they can't get my Windows up and I need another power switch. I told them they broke it, they fix it. They offered 20% off that's all! I feel they should replace it for free especially when they broke it! I just want them to fix it

about a month ago my truck needed a tune up. I took it to Meineke and they replaced the spark plugs. the mechanic also said my valve cover gaskets needed replacement. I told them to do the job, about two days later on a sunday my truck started skipping bad and the check engine light came on.i pulled over and called a tow truck.my truck was towed to the Toyota dealer. they ran a diagnostic test and said Meineke had put the wrong spark plugs in my truck. also they only replaced one valve cover instead of two. Meineke also did not put the (0 rings) in the gasket, which made the gasket leak oil.toyota had to replace everything Meineke did not fix. it cost me over $1000.00 dollars to fix my truck.i contacted Meineke about the problem and asked to refund my money , plus the cost to fix my truck. have not heard a (damn thing from them). stay the hell away from them.

My car would not start so I had it towed in. They had it for 3 days and never called me. I finally went in to pick it up and they said that it was starting, running and ready to go. It died on the way home and won't start. I paid $390 to have a car that won't start after they worked on it for 3 days.

Absolute worst service ever! Went there for AC service (was blowing hot air). The original quote was 135 dollars. Once I got there, I paid $251 only to learn it was just a deposit towards all of the other stuff they found wrong that had nothing to do with AC. They quoted an extra $350 I explained no additional money to fix other problems. My daughter and I waited 4 hrs after we got off work for AC Services. When we finally thought AC was fixed; the guy came out with other unrelated problems and more charges (tires and wheel barrons). I had just replaced tires before I took vehicle to them. What part of....I only want AC to blow cold air he didn't understand? I told him that i have been there all day. I'm tired and ready to go home. He quickly refunded all my money stating I declined services. Before we got home ( abt. 3 miles from Meineke), the vehicle ran hot in which it never ran hot before we took it there.

THE MANAGER AT THE SAHARA AND DURANGO LOCATION IN LAS VEGAS WAS VERY HELPFUL AND AFTER LOOKING AT MY PROBLEM HE SAID HE COULD NOT HAVE THE WORK DONE AS SPECIFIED. HE DID NOT CHARGE ME ANYTHING FOR HIS INSPECTION OF THE ISSUE. THIS WAS VERY GOOD FOR THIS MANAGER TO DO THIS FOR FREE

For Veterans Day the Meineke shop in Helena Mt. was giving free oil and filter changes to the Veterans. When I went down there and explained I purchased a Duralast fuel filter from Autozone and because I could not do it myself and if they would do it for me.They said they did not have the time to do it but I found out latter that was not true.So they scheduled me for the following Thursday. When I took my auto in I reexplained what I wanted. I set the timer on my phone and from they attactly pulled my vehicle in untill they brought the clip board in with my bill was exactly 18 mins. When shown the bill I damn near had a heart attack. They charged me $81.00 to put my own filter on. I wrote them a letter of disapointment and a couple of days latter, one of the owners called me,to discus my bill and she stated: they had charged me for 0.7 hrs. when it was only 0.18 hrs. and everything else was as it should be. They evidently for got about the free stuff the other Veterans received. To me that is unfair trade practices.I intend to file a complaint with the B>B>B>

I paid over $2200 for my undercarriage to be replaced after breaking down a state away.. long story short, I literally left pieces of my car on the highway after nearly being killed as it fell apart driving home. I’ve called their customer service and corporate headquarters over 30x and the 48 hr call back time?? It’s been a week and a day. And the last piece was lucky enough to land in my driveway. Disgusting, unprofessional and flat out greedy uncaring big Corp who doesn’t care that a paying customer was nearly killed thanks to their “repair”.

Meineke Car Care Center needs to be shut down. I took my car in for an oil change and left with over $900 worth of parts and labor. My car wasn't driving bad at all before I got there. They talked me into replacing an axle on my front end and buy a set of 4 tires which actually had plenty of tread. They told me my axle was bad and my tires had cracking between the ample amount of treads. the day after having all this work done my car acted like it drove worse than it ever has since I owned it. 2 days later I KNEW something wasn't right but now it was Sunday. I called the shop first thing Monday morning and got my car to the shop. I wondered if it would make it safely and called the shop to see if it should be towed in. Salesman said don't worry about it and bring it in. We found the lug nuts weren't tightened when they put the new set of tires on. I hadn't even gave authorization to put the tires on, but had discussed perhaps getting new tires for the car. After the salesman promised I could get a $100 rebate after mailing in a form and receipt of the parts and labor I bought, over $900 I never received my rebate. I have called the rebate company, Synchrony Car Care to no avail. Their phone system doesn't allow you to talk to people. Leave messages to no avail. Stay away from Meineke and their promise of any rebates for spending money with them. Bait and switch at it's greatest. My car nearly suffered catastrophic damage and possible damage or death.

Meineke lets me get my own parts (read: much cheaper without the big markup) and they'll install it for me. Yet, I think that their labor rates now are just unreasonably high. I used them for about 10 yrs up until a yr ago. I found another mechanic who does equal quality work and charges much less than I had to pay meineke.

I took my car for an oil change and afterwards began to smell oil burn and the following day i went to pull out of my driveway when I saw oil splashed everywhere!! Took it back up, they apologized and I was stupid enough to take it back! Had another oil change and was suppose to get the premium, they didnt even honor my free oil change that was given from their prior mess up and they didnt even rotate my tires or give me a new air filter which I payed additional for ...$ 108.00 down the drain!! NEVER GO TO MEINEKE !!

They sold me a package deal and are not honoring it because they did not provide me with a maintenance card. I have the receipts and the "manager", Erika was rude and unprofessional. I am awaiting a response from corporate and/or the owner. This is store # 1204, located in Lawrenceville GA at 999 Duluth Hwy.

Took my car to a local center for repair. Charged for OEM parts, instead after market parts where used. Disk rotors wore out in 6 months caused severe damage to other brake parts.

After going in for a brake system, I get a call couple of days later that not only did I need a brake system but I needed a new engine! My car was test driven by the manager and never did he report anything regarding my truck overheating. Never did I see any signs of needing a new engine. They are bunch of crooks! I contacted corporate with my complaint and they are useless. They claim they run a business on Christian values, yes that is true they value taking money from customers.
