The best dsl out there with very knowledgeable and able technical staff. Best uptime. A 6 meg service that is way more useable than any cable or fiber service no matter what speed! 🤗

My sales Rep never resolved several issues, that I followed up on several times. My most recent IT issue was resolved, yet I vocalized again that I was going on 6 months with no resolution to my original issue. I was told my sales rep would call me... Of course he didn't. I was then informed, Megapath was purchased by another company. I called them to try and cancel, and sat on hold for 25 minutes- never speaking to a real person. Unfortunately, they have me in a 3 year contract that is 100% my fault that I didn't read the fine print on, or I would have cancelled within the first 3 months.

MegaPath provides quality technicians who provide remote phone support as well as the option to have service representatives come on-site if the problems appear to be linked to equipment issues.

I think any organization is only as good as the people who represent them.
My sales person Christy Hogarty is amazing.
I am a telecom agent and work with many of the carrier representatives and Christy provides excellent, fast, responsive sales support.
I can always count on Megapath to offer competitive options that are usually one of the least expensive options in the market. The especially shine when it comes to SIP Trunks as they offer metered and unlimited options to fit every budget.
If your lost and trying to find your way take the "MEGApath" (HA HA) and you won’t be disappointed.

I have worked with several of the largest VoIP vendors at various clients and MegaPath is the best by far. Their 24/7 US based support is a real differentiator. When we had Ring Central I would end up speaking to someone in the Philippines who was never able to resolve issues. Other carriers closed at 5PM our time. That's just not good enough. MegaPath has the best support period.

I have always received courteous, professional, and quick service regarding my issues. Most have been resolved on the first phone call. I have taken additional training on the administration portal and it was excellent. I have absolutely no problems with the service I have received from MegaPath. I would recommend MegaPath to anyone without reservation.

MegaPath is a great company doing amazing things in the VoIP world. Their hosted voice service was ideal for my business needs. I utilize the MegaPath One app exclusively to keep my office phone mobile and avoid the hassle of a traditional landline. I am a small business owner, so not a big contract for them at all; however, I was made to feel a valued customer. Always courteous and expedient service and support.

Requested 1 dispatch for T1 installation.
2nd dispatch required for extended inside wiring.
Requested 3 dispatch because Tailwind FST found no T1 router installed.
Megapath FST no show.
Requested 4th. Megapath fST called the wrong contact number. Megapath did not fix the problem.
Requested 5th. GTT FST on site to connect VPN router to T1 router.
T1 router still not installed and smart cards are not connected to EIW.
Requested 6th dispatch. Finally, Global Capacity FST installs the router and tested from salon suite to CO.
