Bleh. It took me over a week to get my order. One of the products in my order was out of stock (could happen) and the customer service contacted me by email and we had to arrange a new delivery two days later.
Unfortunately I had to check up on that order myself and had to contact their customer service twice to find out they moved my order to after the weekend because there had been a misunderstanding from their side (I wonder what would have happened if I didn't contact them?).
They gave me a discount on my order which was nice!
But I'm a bit bummed out I had to spend this time with my order (and talked to 3 different agents: maybe that is where the misunderstanding took place??)
I'm a bit tired of companies not seeming to prioritise their customer service.
