I think people needs to be advised NOT to use Lenovo/MEDION service. I had a problem with my screen - the thin blue line on the screen otherwise the computer was in really good shape, not even scratched. I send it with their own service (UPS) and afterwards the German service center sends me the pictures of my completely smashed laptop - keyboard and screen, claiming that they received like this. I can't prove anything, but that kind of damaging cannot come from falling down, it is like it was bend in the middle with some kind of pliers or smth. And of course, they deny everything, I can't do anything in this situation, the laptop Is completely damaged, but if someone thinks to use this service, please don't, learn from others mistakes.

extremely bad service accually _NO SERVICE! because of a laptop is a bit damanged in the packaging/sending which they would not cover anyway even if its sent with their own service (UPS), and we even wanted to pay for the cover parts damage, but not pay for the accually parts DEFECTIVE (the reason we sent it in) they will NOT help at all! extreme bad service! we will never buy medion/Lenovo crap again!

I bought two wake-up light clock radios from Medion. Both failed within months. The second has been sent back for repair three times. Each time, the company resists taking the product back - accusing you of breaking or dropping the product. Nevertheless, they replaced the product each time. And each time, the next one lasted a few months before failing again. The last time I asked for a refund. Six weeks after the request and sending the product back again, I have heard nothing.

Did not provide us with a correct invoice for our company. Even after repeated emails and paypal dispute. 'invoices cannot be changed'. No service at all.

In September of last year I turned in my faulty Lenovo laptop. A week after I send it I received a reply from Medion saying that they would process my case as soon as possible. At this point, it was all looking rather promising.
However, after about a month and a half without any news from Medion I contacted them in order to get some progress on my case. Firstly, they informed me that they were having trouble retreiving the part needed to fix my computer. However, after a total of approximately three months they told me that they would be unable to fix my computer and that they would send me a replacement unit. Unfortunately, this proces to be a lot more difficult than first anticipated.
Firstly, they told me that they were unable to find a replacement unit and that they wanted me reimburse me for my old unit. However, for them to do this, they needed the serial number for my old unit. Unfortunately, this was (as I had already explained several times) printed on the back of the unit that I had sent to them.
This went back and forth for a while with Medion being very unclear as to whether I should expect a refund or a new unit.
After countless mails and several unanswered calls I finally - AFTER 8 MONTHS - (not 8 days or 8 weeks .. No no, it actually took them 8 months) received my new unit.
I do suspect that the only reason why they got their s**t together was that I (after many months) finally got in touch with a competent employee who managed to speed up my case.
Never in my life have I experienced customer service on a level as low as this. For any future reference, I will do my utmost to avoid any contact with Medion.

I sent my Lenovo Yoga 700 14 inch laptop with a cooling problem - the fan was working non-stop. According to the document they have changed the fans and it was supposed to be OK (ref. nr 0399831712). Then just a couple of hours after I got it the new fan produced some noises, like it was hitting something. I called Lenovo DK (they are excellent) and the laptop went again in the workshop (after 2 days of usage, no more than 3-4 hours). Today I got it after it's second visit in Medion (ref.nr. 0399861755) and according to the document the fan was changed again and guess what - nothing changed. The same noise, but this time as bonus I got several scratches from a screwdriver and some other tools, which is unacceptable and I will call Lenovo tomorrow and discuss it with them. I really want to hear the answer of Medion.

We have purchased some screens and laptops for our company based in Copenhagen. One of the screens after only two months of usage stopped working. We have reached Medion early December, and explained the issue and told them that we are a company so we cannot wait for ages until they propose a solution and restore the defective screen. Until today the problem has not been resolved and the defective screen is still here gathering some dust.

I cannot believe how poor Medions service has become.
I bought a laptop some years ago. There were some problems with it. So after I sent it in for reperation about 3 times I got a new laptop. That was fine, but then I got the new one home. It was damaged during transportation. I immedietly went to Medion and they sent it to their workshop. They "fixed" it and sent it back to me.
Then they closed their department which they had in Glostrup or something.
Since then it had had numerous errors so I sent it to their workshop. They then changed some things and I got it back. That is fine too. Until something else was wrong with it. So I sent it to their workshop again and they say that it is fixed. I turn it on but the same mistake is there. It is not fixed. So I called them and sent it to their workshop again. This happens like 4-5 times (I am not exaggerating). I was told the last 3 times that I could get my money back or a new laptop. Of course I say I want my money back and they say they will call me, when they have looked at the laptop. Guess what happens! I get my laptop back! Wow.. They lied to me.. Again! Beautiful (sarcasm)!
So I call them again and are told that I can sent it in again. After a really long discussion with the employee, I decided to sent it in again.
Today I get a call from one employee, saying that they cannot give me my money back because the warranty has expired and they cannot find the error.
Excuse me, do you think I am stupid or something? I sent it in before the warranty expired, for the same error as the one after the warranty expired. So why not give me my money back, if you cannot fix it?
I just cannot understand, that the workshop cannot find the error. It is them who builds the laptops and should know it from A to Z, and a lot more.
Because their workshop is in Germany I asked if I could come and show it to them, because I drive to Germany a lot, but no.. that is not possible because Medion does not want their costumers to come down to them. Why not? Propably because their products sucks as hell and they do not want to confront angry costumers anymore.
What the hell is wrong with Medion.. Seriously?
I am never and I mean it NEVER going to buy anything that has Medion on it! And I will tell everyone I know not to, because Medion sucks! It suck BIG time!

Medion have a great range of computer products and have some great deals of the day. I have not personally had any problems with delivery or ordering.
