I tremendously enjoyed the Mindfulness Meditation aboard British Airlines. I was exhausted when I boarded the flight from London to Houston and thought something relaxing would be nice. I listened to the Mindfulness Meditation and would have thought I'd fallen fast asleep if my eyes hadn't popped open when Mark said to open my eyes. That was my first time to experience hypnosis. It felt to me just like taking a refreshing nap. Lunch was then served and I remember being very engrossed in the details of my lunch, the shapes, flavors, and textures, and even fascination with the nonskid paper that lined the tray. After lunch I was still tired but felt so good after the Meditation that I thought I'd listen to it again. I went into a trance again but maybe not quite as deeply. It felt very soothing and relaxing, and more like a day dream than like a nap. The flight was already half over and I was feeling good despite being in a center seat between two strangers. Before the flight was over I actually listened to the meditation a third time (yes, I might be a tiny bit compulsive...) but was feeling very alert and this time could remember consciously the suggestions and comments that Mark was making. I realized how deeply the meditation had affected me after just the first session. I bought several MP3s and am going to fully utilize this resource in my daily routine from now on.

This is great. I was sceptical at first as I have never done anything like this before. However I have found it really works, I am noticing a lot more and my life is less stressful and happier.

First Class material first class results. I've always been a believer in hypnotherapy to have the new up to the minute techniques ready and downloadable is awesome

After only listening a couple of times, this really hit the spot. being a more and more nervous driver as I have got older has been a nuisance. But this has helped tremendously.

I only listened to the MP3 once so far. That was at least a week or two ago and became aware the next day that Mark Bowden did something for sure. My meals started off as any. Joyous with loved ones, and in the middle of a bite I'd become aware I wasn't savoring my bite. I'd slow down more, and when I was satiated I would be aware that I could stop. Whether I stopped eating or not depended on the delicacy BUT just being so conscious that I could was great. I wasn't a person to snack before marriage but my love is a snacker. He rummages, opens cupboards and the pantry and closes them. Same for the fridge. Unfortunately, I do that a little more these days too. One day while rummaging through our selections I realized what I was doing. I poured myself a glass of water and went about my day. Mark gave me a point of awareness. I'm sure there are other deeper psychological issues that prevent me from making the healthiest choice every time, but I look forward to listening again to see future physical results.
