The fact that you can't contact their customer services department by phone is really pretty terrible. It took them four weeks to get back to me regarding my an email requesting an overdue refund of £125, for an item I returned the day after receiving it.
They then asked for my proof of postage several times, which I supplied several times, after claiming their warehouse didn't receive it- which it turns out they did. Either put more staff in the warehouse or more staff on your customer services desk- either way there seems to a be a problem in the system somewhere.

Very attractive bags, but they do not last a particularly long time and both of mine have cracking on handles and straps within a year. Long delivery times and unresponsive customer sevice.

Wonderful products with an excellent company ethos. Vegan leather goods that look great and last as long (if not longer than) traditional leather all whilst recycling plastic, what more could a girl need?
