Used Mapfre Assistance through ALLCLEAR holiday policy, they offer little or no help time delaying and dispute medical info was sent to them, Rude people on helpline rairly phone you back when in times of need.
Would not even rate as 1 star, be warned if you use Allclear holiday insurance.

Horrible and disgusting service received.
My dad had health issues in Paraguay and was hospitalised. He had insurance with Cover Cloud insurance and MapFre were assigned to start and progress a claim on his behalf.
All the criteria had been met in order to process a claim and have the medical bills paid by the insurance company, however like most insurance companies, MapFre were trying to find loopholes and stupid excuses to not pay out the money for my dad's health bills and transportation from Paraguay to U.K.
All the evidence had been sent to MapFre for the claim advisor to see clearly, everything that was stated in the claim. MapFre were making excuses and lies up regarding the evidence when it was VERY clear by hard evidence in front of them in paper format that my dad was telling the truth about his previous health history, duration of stay in Paraguay and hospital arrival date, medicines etc.
This insurance company had no valid explanation as to why they did not pay out for the claim. Why have travel insurance if they are not going to cover you and not pay for the medical bills?!
They rejected the claim for no valid reason at all and financial ombudsmen sided with them as they probably felt the need to.
I would NOT recommend to take insurance out with Cover Cloud whether it is cheap or not. They are a horrible company and do not put their customers first. They were also rude, issued a few threats (to deter us from proceeding with the claim) and unhelpful.
