Really bad customer service, feel like it's a scam.
There was one order that I realized I wrote my old address as the shipping address. Therefore, I call the customer service to see if they could change the address. At that time, the package has not been sent yet. So the lady from the customer service told me that they have already made my package and can't change the address anymore. She said she will call ontrac (the shipment company) to return to Mango and I will get a refund.
Later on, I realized that I still haven't got the refund yet. So I call the customer service again. This time a man told me my package has already been delivered to my old address. He suggested me to contact the person who lives in that address to return the package. This is really ridiculous because how would I have the personal info without knowing who he/she is? So I ask him, and he said I could drive to the address and ask for the package. At this point, everything is really unacceptable and the answer I got really threw me off. I can't believe these answers come from the CS. I feel like I was scammed.
Everything could have prevented the first place and to me, I don't even know if the first lady even put an effort to call ontrac to return my package to the warehouse. And the answer that I get from the man is really unacceptable. I will never purchase on Mango.

I ordered a pair of pants three weeks ago for 300 DKK. I haven't recieved my parcel yet. I recieved a mail from Mango that said that my parcel had gone missing, but haven't gotten my money back, and they are not answering my mails. The number to custome service is spanish, so i will loose even more money if i have to call them. This is the worst costumeservice EVER!!

I ordered an item and for some reason when the sale went through my correct address on their system didn't. This has never happened to me before with any other online company ever.
Anyway Hermes contacted me to say they did not have the correct address. I contacted Mango to tell them what the correct address was yet Hermes aparently was still unable to deliver.
My item is now back on its way to the warehouse in Barcelona and I have to wait until it is processed there before I can be refunded.
There has been no reply to my e-mail and I am having to continually chase this up with Customer Services which I find bizarre.
It's 2019 people! Your processes and communication should be far better than this.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! Like everyone else you see here, not only have I not received my item that was ordered two months ago, I also cannot get a coherent response from anyone, and certainly not a refund. I have gone to the FTC to file a complaint. This "company" is nothing but a SCAM.

Absolutely useless shop elsewhere buyers beware their items get lost and they don’t take responsibility and refund you you have to wait until the item turns up!! Called them numerous times and the call team have no power to help they use Hermes who are dreadful i think they throw things away or steal them still no order after two weeks ! Shop at Zara instead!

Poor customer service!!!
I called to track my order placed 4 days ago as the online tracker linked provided is non-existent. Customer rep said as it is within the time frame I should not be worried and upset - did I say I was?! I asked for my tracking number again but rep said it will be sent to me and cannot provide it and then said thank you bye and put the phone down on me!!

Two months and no sign of refund.
I have been waiting two months for a refund from Mango for an online purchase. I had to chase them to query the status and only then received any correspondence. I have since requested an update as I am still waiting but my emails are going ignored and with no sign of the refund. Incompetent customer service in breach of the Consumer Rights Act.

An order went wrong regarding a works address and could have been resolved relatively quick. They took weeks to refund me and are continuing to ignore my emails. They will just not reply to them, i've sent them to the official email and also through their website and they are just completely ignoring me and its been 5 weeks now, in direct contrast a store like John Lewis resolves any issues there and then I just don't get how they can not care about their customers experience. I would never shop with them again and strongly advise all my friends to never use them. Worst retail experience ever!

It's a terrible online shopping experience. They put something on sale right after I ordered it and wouldn't apply the price adjustment. Never shopping with them again. Never had such problems with Zara. Waste of time!

My reference BU6BNJ00 with customer service over £50 jacket bought for my mother 74 yrs old, I had got chicken-pox and was unable to return the item to the store within their 30 days limit, nobody came back to confirm my position, I rang twice a week to follow up. requesting for a refund, no one called me back or wrote to me about my request, then i requested for credit-note. The worst customer service experience. Their customer service team in Spain seems to be taking calls, with no authority to do anything sensible. which anystore would have done. The worst customer service team support ever. Why even have them there. they don't get back to you, just read notes from their system and tell you what was agreed, no one communicated that note to the customer, unless they ring consistently to find out what happened. I think the person heading this department should be sacked you are spoiling the Mango brand!
I run tech company myself, I would look seriously into your customer service division if you want repeat customers. worst customer service experience of my life!!!

I bought one jacket and I miss the date of return expirations and now store they don’t except my return jacket or don’t wanna give me store credit for that .. I will never ever buy or spend a penny on this clothing store ☹️☹️☹️☹️ So disappointed customer service

I placed a $350 clothing order with MANGO. The shipping company ends up losing my package within their warehouse, despite the fact that I had received continuous notifications that the package was loaded onto the truck, en route to my house and delivered to my front door. When I called MANGO to inform them that this had happened they truly seemed to not care that their shipping carrier had lost a $350 package. They refused to give me a discount or store credit to try and remedy the fact that the package had been lost. And, they told me that it would take a while for the money to get credited back to my account since they had to conduct an internal investigation. They did not seem to care that I was a first-time customer either, nor did they care that I was out several hundred dollars for services that they failed to deliver. I ended up having to contact my bank to contest the transaction to get my money back. I have never experienced worse customer service in my life.

I ordered a little kids water table off Mango two months ago. Never received it and when I emailed them with the confirmation number and details, they responded asking me for the CONFIRMATION #!!! Then I never heard from them again! My account was charged so now I have to fight with my bank to get the charges reversed. Horrible horrible horrible company.

Will never shop with Mango again. Customer service is absolutely appalling. One month after I placed my order I’m still waiting for a refund for an item that was taken back to the depot mid-August! Seems like they have a fundamental lack of procedures in this company.

Omg I am so shocked that I shopped in mango all these years but they have the worst reviews! No surprises as I have now experienced it myself! Really bad service from branch. I went to return a pair of trousers which shrunk on washing! I was not allowed a return but an exchange only! £19.99 non refundable! Then I decided to return the second pair of trousers as chances are it will shrink- but surprise surprise - it’s non refundable and I had to pay extra £7 just because it went down in price on sale despite me having original receipt to show I paid full price for it. I ask for customer services complaints number, and the staff member says, you can call them but they will say they can’t help as it had to be dealt with at store level. The managers are unhelpful and now I have clothes worth £47 which I cannot wear not return despite having receipts for it! Will never be shopping back there as not heard back from the mango customer service via email. Hopefully I will get a response soon

I LOVE this store, the designers are brilliant. The fabrics always spot on however one massive thing letting Mango down is there Retail staff. They seem as though they have never been trained on customer service, do they even want to represent Mango and sell their clothes and make them money...it does not seem like this. There is so much potential for them to take off but sadly they will not be going anywhere if they do not invest or retrain their staff. My experience in the Canary Wharf shop was horrendous, a staff member looked me up and down with a frown and no matter how good the clothes looked I turned back out straight away.

I made an online order on the 26th July, I'm still waiting for it. I've emailed them weekly to be told twice the item has been dispatched but I'm unable to track the item. The frustrating thing is im not sure if my little boy will be receiving his birthday present or not.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH AN ATTITUDE. I bought online clothes and for some reason, the address of delivery appeared an old one there I don't leve anymore. Called them several times to change the address. Seems like they are don't care about the customers at all! They do not cooperate, not helping with the issue, saying it's shipped already, but trucking is showing " pending" .
I have two separate orders, one it's not even shipped yet and they still don't want to change the delivery address even if it's not shipped yet.
I ordered clothes for 600$ and getting such a horrible service!!!!

I have to give Mango 5-stars this time. It happens that I have to try the same item in the same size twice, because every item you buy can have little differences. It’s been a pleasure to shop with Mango, both the shopping and the return. And it is my fave store to shop in.

It is first time to have so so bad customer service ever. I put my first order on July 2019 and never received shipping notification. Call customer service three weeks later, was told the items on back order. When I got email from Mango, they claimed the order could not delivery because something wrong with my address. They need to receive return package then issue my returns. I don't know how wrong with my address since we receive mail and package almost everyday by different carrier.
Then I contact them again through Paypal link with no response for two weeks. At last I had to file dispute in PayPal center to ask refund. to my surprise, no response again!!!!
I called customer service again this afternoon, they claimed they will issue my refund. Wish I can receive it. When I ask to talk to their supervisor for their bad customer service. I was told they don't have such a channel.
What a extraordinary experience for their customer service with no mission to solving problems but to ignore the problems.

I made a online purchase over 15 days ago with full payment done. And even gave my identification details when asked to do so a week after the purchase. But have not heard from Mango or received my order. I have been checking the track your oder and it is sitting in the same place for over 10 days.
There is no customer service at all what so ever.
I wonder if I will ever get my order
