Nicky and her team were recommended to us by our real estate agent. We did not regret it a single minute! It was our first property purchase on Mallorca and the entire MMC team did a fantastic job. They were always very professional, extremely responsive and – especially during COVID-19 times – very helpful. We were not allowed to travel to Mallorca and Nicky managed everything on our behalf. You can trust MMC 100% and we highly recommend them.

I started the process solo, which wan't going very well, or fast, and ended up at MMC on recommendation from a friend. Nicky and team were fantastic, getting me a better deal than I would have anyway, and giving great help all the way through. I, like the others above, would not think about using, or recommending anyone else.

Really excellent service. We purchased our first property in Mallorca and this was a new experience for us with Spanish mortgages, bank and law.
The team in Palma could not have been more helpful. Working with 3 people Nicky, Kim and Tracey I have to say I was very impressed with how coherent the whole experience was. It didn't matter who you spoke to or heard from, everyone was up to date and on point.
The rate we achieved was fantastic and better than direct with banks.
We also had comms outside of normal office hours where required and nothing was too much trouble. Liaising with banks and lawyer it made the process much easier.
I wish MMC every future success and can see why they have flourished in Palma.

As a first time buyer of an overseas property I found the whole process of applying for a mortgage very easy even though there were difficulties with the purchase of property. After a bad experience a few years earlier when purchasing a property in Spain, i was somewhat apprehensive about purchasing in Mallorca.
Nikki and her team (Kim and Tracey) are absolutely fantastic. A very professional company who made the purchase of my property so easy and stress free. They get you the best mortgage rates, they have great contacts for lawyers and currency exchange and made the whole experience thoroughly enjoyable.

Nicky and her team are truly excellent from start to finish!
It’s a daunting prospect buying a property abroad but Nicky and her team took care of everything from opening bank accounts to sorting the legal aspect and even did a snagging list on the property so we didn’t have to fly over and waste money.

Nicky did a brilliant job of talking us through the process of buying a house in Majorca and came up with a great mortgage deal. The completion of the purchase in a Notaries office in Palma with a cast of 16 people will be a day we will never forget. Nicky was there together with the bank manager. They do things differently here!!!
