The Majestic is a great boat to spend a day out. They do give
very good promotions. The casino is kept clean. It is very easy to
get a cocktail waitress during the evening hours. There is a good
selection of slot machines. The people working there are friendly.

Good choice of machines, great priced buffet, has one of the best steak houses. Non smoking floor needs improvement. Do not like fact that most of time beverage center no one is there,nthere is no cashier for black card holders, most go to smoking floor for those services and it is so smoky on those floors I'm am coughing after waiting in line there, even assessing non smoking floor you have to go through the a smoke filled area.

I love the variety of games Majestic Star has to offer. It would of been a higher rating but the number of people that sit on two games is unreal. A number of them have money in both while playing one at a time.

I frequently visit the Harbor View buffet as i receive 2 free buffets per month. There is a variety of food offered. The only problem i have is when they serve Crab legs, many times the legs are drenched in water and it tastes like it.

Hello there, my last visit was ok, but I have had much better experiences, on this particular day the staff was short, my server didn't offer me anything to drink after my initial drink was gone, I asked for wet wipe and didn't get it I had to get up and go to the bathroom and wash the barbeque sauce off my hands, sometimes I get the feeling that some of the server's just don't care, and it shows, I would like to see happiness, smiles, pleasant servers, I tip accordingly to how I'm treated, not because I have to, I get good service, I give great tips.

A nice variety of entrees and sides. Hot food could be hotter. The salad bar is good. The dessert selection sometimes lacks variety. The staff is very friendly and one waitress ( Stance ) is 5 stars plus. The only downside is sometimes there is a long wait to get in. Sometimes there is only one cashier to handle large crowds. Also it is very frustrating to stand in lines that never move and see the Access people walk right thru the middle. It would be better if they had a line on the side.

I have to say that this is a big improvement from what it was like a few years ago. I have truly enjoyed the last few time I have visited the buffet. I had at one time gotten to the point that I wouldn't come because every time I did the food would be cold and bland. It is much better now.

I enjoyed my gaming @ your casino. However,there are people who sit around machines and they are not even playing.

you asked for my opinion as it regards to the steakhouse at Majestic Star Casino....The entire staff is so friendly and engaging...Josh Bishop runs the steakhouse...he is so friendly and helpful with his entire staff making sure the flow in the dining room is smooth...the wait staff is so friendly and knowlegable as it pertains to the menu and what is good for the evening or not so good...the chef is engaging with the customers when time allows...the entire experience makes the steakhouse an integral part oft the overall gaming experience at the Majestic Star Casino....in a nutshell this steakhouse is a destination a person would choose even if they were not going to the casino...5 stars for quality of food and service....

I ran down the stairs to the Healthier part of the casino hoping my favorite machine was availalbe. OMG it was free for play and the area was free from smoke. This is something that Majestic has to address in providing a larger area for people not only interested in their health but having more machines to play on. What also is wonderful about the referenced area is the noise level is low allowing a sense of calmness for the player. The non smoking area also attracts what appears to me to be a better class of player in terms of dress, mannerisms, and interest in having a good time without severe outbursts should they not have any significant degree of luck..

I do enjoy going to Majestic Star. They have numerous machines/games to chose from. I an strictly a video poker player and some of the pay schedules could be better. Staff is generally friendly although at times they can be hard to find if you are waiting for a hand pay jackpot. Machines could us some mechanical work, not all machines will take the newer $100.00 bills. Buffet is decent and most of the food pretty good. I haven't stayed in the hotel in a few years and if it hasn't been updated since then it is long overdo for a makeover. Overall it is one of my favorites in the area.

So I went to majestic and when I walked in it was clean enough not too busy There were very few games open so there really wasn't too much of a selection on what I could some of the dealers spoke while he played some did not

you need to fix your escalator they been down for a month. also soda drinks machine have been out way to often. your last pro-mo for the first 500 or so ,if you work can't make it time was over in less than a hour. and people are putting friends numbers in so they are doing 3-4 at a time.i was there 3-4 times never may one in time.people are nice but i never see a host in 3-4 years. do you have host.

Majestic Star is the only boat/casino that i frequent. Even though there are many others available and close to me i have been a dedicated player since they opened. If you have never eaten in their steakhouse i highly recommend it. The food is awesome. I feel Passports buffet can bring their quality in food up a knotch. They seem to have the same menu, and i eat there quite often. I am a Access member and use the access lounge as often as i can. I would rate the food as average. I miss when they use to serve prime rib. The workers at Majestic Star are quite friendly and most are helpful. I look forward to my next visit. One other thing im glad they changed the style of music.
