I really wanted to like this brand, but do not waste your money. It's far from luxury. My case literally fell apart after 2 months, and when my phone dropped (from my desk, not a high height) my screen broke. I'm writing here because when I added a review to the site they've taken it down. Customer service got in touch and was nice, but they've offered me a new case, no thank you.

Awesome customer service! My phone case ripped and I emailed Mason. They emailed me a promo code to use for a brand new case. They shipped my new phone case the next day- no questions asked!

Poor quality & customer service is a joke. They claim a 365 day guarantee BUT any normal wear and tear within a 3-4 month period of ownership doesn't count. As if your mobile phone is NOT in fact a high use item? That's absurd. You don't pay that price for something that will last only 3-4 months. After 3-4 months one corner was completely frayed and falling off. I sent pics and they only offered a 20% discount on a case for a phone that they don't EVEN MAKE ANYMORE!!!!
In addition, my Samsung 8 case never fit the phone properly and the corners were for sure not high enough for any phone protection. I've purchased 3 additional phone protection screens within the 4 month ownership of the case.
All of the products are overpriced and not as advertised. It might make one great pic on Instagram if that's worth it to you, but that's all you will get out of this purchase.

I first ordered my Maison de SABRÉ iPhone XS Max case about a month ago, and immediately fell in love with it when it arrived 3 days later(!) after shipping from Australia to the States (crazy!).
The craftsmanship is beautiful, and the genuine leather is not only beautiful but has been extremely durable in the month that I’ve had it.
My only hiccup was when the top right corner of my case broke after only a week or so of having it. I wrote an initial review sharing my experience and was contacted a couple days later by Emily, a customer experience assistant with MdS. She asked for details on what happened and stood behind their product, and made it right.
I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Emily and the customer experience team. I can appreciate when a company stands behind their product and the customers experience and satisfaction.
I do look forward to receiving the replacement case and seeing if it stands the test of time, the second time around. I will return to update my review after a couple months.

I bought a phone case I paid the express shipping and secure to get my item in two days and never got the item I received and email from mason customer services saying they are doing an investigation and they will be more then happy to replace the item I never got and a week after they send another email saying they are not responsable for lost item so basically still my money so guys be careful don’t ever buy from them

Amazing Customer Service!! I totally buggered my order and ordered a Max XS instead of XS Case. I reached out to customer service a couple days after ordering but before I received a shipping confirmation. Emily helped me out by responding right away and putting a note on my order in the back-end to try to correct my oversight. She did note that she couldn't guarantee it was caught in time, and I wasn't feel very hopeful as I received a shipment notification a few hours after hearing from Emily, but I just got my GORGEOUS case and it is exactly what I had wanted (but stupidly did not actually order). I am so grateful for her help and also for the beautiful case.
