Awful customer service. Spent the whole morning on the phone waiting for someone to pick up, only for the phone lines to close at 1pm and be cut off. Really unprofessional to waste customers time, sent multiple emails but haven't heard back there either.

Please beware of this company, their customer service is very concerning. I ordered one back issue of a magazine and about 10 minutes after check out I realised I ordered the wrong date. I immediately emailed them asking if they can please either cancel or change to the date I required. Thinking emailing may not be enough (Even though it wasn't even half hour since I paid) I decided to phone their customer services number to let them know I needed a change. Now imagine this, about 15 minutes of question after question from the answer machine "After the tone, please state your name" *Wait 15 seconds*... "At the tone state your address"... "At the tone state the magazine you'd like"... "At the tone, state your bank card number"... "At the tone state your BLAH BLAH BLAH" and no option to speak to an actual PERSON or to get help, ONLY to place an order. I've not heard anything from them at all now still.
