Awful experience. BEWARE!! My husband and son were absolutely devastated to find out 24 hrs before they were due to fly to US for their dream holiday to the US Masters that they did not have the "guaranteed" tickets. We paid out nearly 10K GBP to holiday travel company Augusta Golf Travel in Hertfordshire, we shall be pursuing a sizeable refund for breach of contract.

Worst service and experience I’ve ever had. Was meant to be going on my dream trip for my birthday to see the masters in Augusta. I was informed on the Sunday evening before the tournament in April that they no longer have my tickets!! I paid thousands for these tickets in December. Absolute disgrace. My flights and hotel were non refundable and I have lost lots of money. Currently looking into how I can legally claim against them. Please avoid at all costs as this is a truly disgusting service.

Magnolia Manor Hospitality is nothing but a bunch of scam artists. They allow you to pre-purchase tickets and plan your trip to the Masters. Then 3 days before the event you receive an email that your tickets have been cancelled leaving you high and dry with airfare, car rental, and prepaid hotel reservations. Their explanation is a song and dance which leaves you really frustrated. Magnolia Manor Hospitality cannot be trusted to provide tickets to the Masters. DO NOT do business with these people.

same experience as others - STAY AWAY- THIS COMPANY TAKES OUR MONEY AND THEN TELLS US THEY DO NOT HAVE OUR TICKETS FOR WEDNESDAY EVEN THOUGH WE PAID 6 MONTHS AGO- JUST FOUND OUT YESTERDAY- LAWSUITS WILL FOLLOW- BE CAREFUL- THEY MAY FORM OTHER COMPANIES AND SCRE MORE PEOPLE

Awful awful experience. This place sells third party tickets, it's all a scam. Lose a ticket and you are kicked out for the week. There goes thousands of dollars on booked flights, hotels etc. They tell you to lie about where you purchase your tickets to cover their tracks. Masters does not tolerate third party ticket purchases. Their staff look like they are encouraging prostitution and are all informative. It's like they hired whores off the street for a few days. Do not recommend. Save your time and money and go somewhere else!

Thank you for good services - it was great experience and probably I will come back again - however it was a bit poor meal services which was almost empty at the Sunday dinner when we came back from final game - otherwise good.

The communication was excellent during the booking process.
The overall hospitality was superb with wonderful food, an ample supply of beverages and the cigar selection was very good quality.
The staff were really helpful and ultra friendly.
Well done to Ian and his staff who made my trip just perfect.

the location of MM relative to the new entry gates makes coming and going multiple times on the same day near impossible if not tiring! to add insult to injury the lunch buffter was closed down by the time we finally got back there to take a break. if everything stays the same i don't see any benefit in paying the premium for MM.

The way the tickets were handled was seamless and better than expected.
The hospitality was also excellent but because we wanted to spend as much time as possible at the golf course we were unable to take better advantage of the hospitality.

I was at least a little leary that something wasn't going to be what I expected. Wrong! My badge was waiting for me and everything went great. I'm not sure how I ever get to see Augusta National without Magnolia Manor. My only cons are that A) it's not cheap, and a rainout would be a significant loss, and B) the "shuttle to the front gate" isn't much better than just walking.
Bottom line, if you are a golfer, The Masters has to be on your bucket list. And this is reliable way to check that box!
