My order arrived on time, well packaged and they stayed in touch whilst the order was being processed and sent on, so that I knew when it was likely to be delivered. That's a "plus"!!

Very unreliable, Advertise goods and do not send.
A) When queried weeks later say they will not be restocking.
B) Second order, sent part order claim remainder would not be sent for 3 months. Arrival after Christmas.
C) Still advertise items that they claim they do not have in stock and are not due for some time and/or are not going to be restocked.
