Magna Tech Electronic is a scam run out of India and Nigeria. They pretend to have a office in USA but when you look up the address its a movie studio. They will try to get you to pay cash before they send the very cheap hardware. They will only accept transfer via Moneygram and the other cash methods. They claim not to have paypal or any other way of payment. They will most likely contact you on Whatsapp via this number: +91 87468 48674. They will try and convince you their website is "not finished yet" They will offer to send you an ID card, (which is fake). Also check their fake SSL certificate on their website. They sound very convincing but all their addresses are fake, check them by yourself.
