Like any other purchase we tend to make, I was so excited to try out Mad Rabbit Tattoo Balm that supposedly revives your ink and feels great on the skin. I was so stoked that I even went for the subscription. My excitement died down rather quickly and was replaced with shock and disappointment when I first laid hands on the actual product and realize quickly the horrendous consistency of the balm. The application process can be accurately described as overexfoliating my arms with grainy and gritty sand. My arms felt raw. It was painful. Even after giving it a try over the last couple of days and using as instructed (warming it up in my hand), the texture of this balm was extremely thick and does not melt down easily AT ALL. It refuses to spread, even after heat has been applied. They clearly just sell people cheap cocoa butter in a tiny tub and upcharge for it. My skin couldn't breath with this on, not to mention the horrendous heavy and sticky feeling it left on my skin. Product does not absorb AT ALL. Customer service was not helpful and blamed the product as a result of cold weather. What a scam! If you see their ads popping up everywhere on your feed, don't fall for it! Just set your settings to hide them. I wish I did.
