Beautiful place right on Mosman Harbour. Great location, priced reasonably with excellent water views. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment in Katoomba was clearly newly renovated and featured high end domestic appliances, fixtures and fittings. The property was clean, had excellent beds and bed linen, contemporary furniture and a cool ambience. The space was sufficient for a group of four people and the proximity to nearby restaurants was a bonus. Car parking was available at the Station car park a short walk away. Communication was excellent albeit a little commercial and finding the property was easy after carefully studying a supplied exterior photograph rather than relying on the address that was given.

very nice and clean apartment, no stresses or complications getting there, no hassles when accessing the key and check out was simple. unfortunately there was no bathtub, even though a bathtub was listed in the amenities list. other than that we had a lovely stay :)

Overall apartment was very clean and had most of the required necessities. Extremely happy with the apartment/ design as it was beautiful and modern, which made us felt comfortable and homey. However horrible check in at the start, we were meant to check in at 5pm and didn’t end up meeting the made comfy staff until 5:30. Whilst we waited trying to contact the staff by messaging, there were no responses back and left us waiting confused. We weren’t provided clear instructions on how to check in and was lost with what our next steps were. This definitely needs to improve as it was extremely unprofessional as a business. Additionally, the necessary kitchen condiments such as oil, salt, pepper, foil were not at the accomodation like most apartments. Other than that, the apartment was great and the location was close to the train station which was easy to travel to and from the city.

We loved the apartment - location was fantastic, everything about it was perfect! I wanted to stay forever! Is the unit for sale? I’ll definitely book again.

The Mexican Oasis was a perfect place to stay when visiting Sydney! They provided laundry soap, dish soap, wash clothes, shampoo, conditioner, and so much more! There was a grocery store close by for us to by food and drinks. The train station was only a 5 min walk which was super convenient for us to go around Sydney! Have already recommended to friends and family for future visits! Your house was so nice to stay in for my family and I, thank you!

The apartment was absolutely fine - but the "Made Comfy" system was a disaster. How much ID does a company need ? It'd make sense if I was applying for a $1m loan, but I was just renting a room for 2 nights! (email, street address, credit card, drivers license, and pic with me and the drivers license) Totally invasive, where is this info stored ? And for how long ? Then endless annoying emails, yet with so little essential detail. Late and misleading door code info and was also more expensive than advertised .... poor, poor, poor ....

I decided to rent my place out using Made Comfy and it was a big mistake. They are unprofessional and unreliable and I wish that I had been better informed before hiring them. Even though I authorised up to 4 people in my unit, I had anywhere from 8-10 backpackers partying in my place. Smoking, drinking and loud music until the early hours of the morning. It inconvenienced my neighbours and I had to continuously manage the property from abroad.
I would recommend to stay clear of this company.

Would just like to thank the host responsible for ensuring my partner and I had a wonderful stay at our madecomfy Airbnb. My favourite thing is that they were very responsive and accommodating.

I would rate it less if possible- they changed my location twice- apartment is average. Found sticky kitchen floors, smelly bathroom, carpet with hairs, booked for a week and by error they sent me an email by middle of week to leave. Ended up as an error which caused loosing a day of work and getting my family stressed. No response when email sent until next day. Quite unacceptable and end customer pays errors.

MadeComfy Team is very welcoming and accomodating but during our stay, we saw on the service elevator that Airbnb are not allowed in the building and that made our stay uncomfortable for the following days because of the risk of eviction as stated on the notice.

The Mosman unit was everything we expected, The location was excellent only minutes walk to the ferry or bus. The unit was well equipped and had great views. TV and DVD both good and the Wifi was very fast. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. A great place to stay only a 20 minute ferry ride to the city. One unexpected bonus was the daily visit to the balcony of Rainbow Lorikeets and Cockatoos for some food, they were very tame and would take food from your hand, a great treat for my 4 year old.

Excellent location (although not exactly beachside) and wonderful apartment with excellent amenities. Online photos are totally accurate. The apartment is close to a variety of wonderful restaurants and public transport to the city at the end of the street. Makes a very comfortable and quiet base to explore Melbourne and the surrounding areas.

Great location, fabulous property and beautifully styled!

I booked a listing on Airbnb that’s managed by MadeComfy, and had a pretty negative experience.

The place itself was in a good location, a reasonable price, and had good views of the ocean. That said, I found the management company to be unprofessional and disorganized.

I had previously sent them my flight details and they knew I was arriving the country at 6am, and they mentioned a few times I wouldn’t be able to check in early, but that 3pm is the check in time - totally fine. After waiting for hours with my luggage and finally getting to the place at 3pm, the entire place is messy and dirty and hasn’t been cleaned since the previous guests. I called them and one of the reps said unfortunately they are behind and that they couldn’t and wouldn’t give me an estimate for when I could check in, but that they would call back to let me know.

They never called back, I came back to the place later and saw the cleaners were there, and they told me they just got there and that they would get the place cleaned in 15 minutes. Needless to say, the place looked like it had a 15 minute cleaning job - it was only tidied but pretty dirty all around. After that, still didn’t hear from them at all, so I contacted Airbnb who said that MadeComfy is only willing to reimburse 10% of the cleaning fee for the inconvenience, and Airbnb ended up refunding me more because they care about the people in their platform.

Like I said, the place itself was good. MadeComfy is very disappointing all around - I personally will never book anything managed by them again and I feel really sorry for property owners who have entrusted their place with this sub par company.

Great location. Apartment is clean. Low floor hence expect some noise along the road & nearby construction but okay if you are not a light sleeper.

Lovely apartment, easy to access and work with the management

I loved the place, very modern and cozy. Well located. Near the train and paddys market and chinesee market, shops, etc. I highly recommend the place!

Worst experience! Would never recommend this business. Sold a service they didn't provide. No checks were done for damage after guests left nor were guests met when they checked in.

As a result we had a huge rubbish bill and damage to our marble bench top which will cost over $1,000 to repair. No screening of the guests was done and the lack of communication appalling. Not only did they be non responsive but then tried to put the blame onto us as the owners.

Terrible experience!
