I ordered a Power Supply 250W 614-0487 for $65.65, which it still says is the price today. Two days later I received an email saying the price is now $125, even though their website STILL SAYS $65.65. Who would ever agree to that? Its $60-70 on ebay.

Placed an order and they show it processing for weeks. They don't answer e-mail - I eventually get a response from their online portal. They say they need to charge me more. Bait and switch - save time and shop elsewhere. Their advertised prices don't mean anything.

They told me twice that they shipped a power supply. but they didn't ship it until I canceled the sale. I bought it on September 5th and they didn't ship it until September 23rd. I received it on September 24th. they are liars. Do not use.

Love these guys. I order multiple parts monthly for my customers, and have only had one instance of receiving a non-working part. Return and replacement was fast and easy. They've earned my business with their ease of ordering, great stock and prices. Keep it up guys.

Wish I had read these reviews before I bought from them.
Ordered a hard drive but it never arrived. I asked about it in their 'chat' and they said it was out of stock. Honestly, I got off pretty light compared to what I see happened to other folks here.
So, just add this to the pile of 'Do not ever do business with them' reviews.

Ripped me off for $400. I ordered a new logic board for my MacBook pro. It failed after only 3 weeks. I asked for my money back, no response. I emailed and called them several times and no response. IT seems they have a pattern of theft as others here have had similar experiences. They also seem through a website Macpalace.com.

I ordered a logic board, however it wasn't working. I send it back to obtain my refund. I continue to call to get hold of the "accountant person", however the person is never there (clearly I haven't received nothing). I had spend about two months or more going back and forth but nothing. THEY ARE NOT A SERIOUS COMPANY, They took my money, I don't even know I can call it a "company" for their lack of service.

This is THE worst company to buy from. They took forever to send me the part, an then when it did arrive it was the wrong part. I finally got a hold of them and was told to send them the part back. I did not here anything back, I called them and was told that it had just arrived, which was a lie, seeing as I had seen when it arrived with the tracking number, and that they would send out the right part. I still have not received the part and this is two months after I ordered it to begin with.. I will be disputing the charge.
Please do not buy from them!!

This is I think the second time I have ever rated a business. I ordered a Logicboard for my MacBook Pro, it was sent and it basically stopped working after a few days after I had it installed by a Mac dealer. I asked these guys to send it back for a replacement or refund and after numerous email and phone calls someone finally called me back to give me a return number. I sent the part back and it is in their possession. They called me about a month later after I had email and phoned them more times and they said they would send a replacement. Has never arrived and I do not expect to arrive. Total saga of about 5 months, I recommend you find other resellers.

I ordered a RAID Battery for my Mac Pro for $80 plus a 3 year warranty. Several days later they sent an email stating it was for a refurbished battery, although the website did not say that at all (I went back and rechecked). The new price would be $125 if I wanted the battery. An email back to them saying that I had purchased the a new battery, per their website description, got a cursory email with their policy stating they can change their prices whenever they want. Clearly scammers.

If you order a part from them and the part is bad they still charge you a restocking fee even though the parts is no good. Also if you need customer service from them well forget it they will answer emails pertaining to sales but 8 emails later on the return no contact and when called and asked for billing they will tell you they are not there. Im still in shock. If they decide that they should do the right thing I will delete this post. they wont though they dont care.

The company did not disclose that the computer part I ordered was back ordered until I called a week after the order was placed to confirm shipping. I paid $32 for 2 day UPS shipping because I was in a pinch and needed the part fast. When I found out that they had not even shipped after a week, I requested to downgrade to less expensive shipping. The manager I spoke to said standard shipping was $20 and I would be refunded the difference. They shipped USPS priority, and did not refund me for the overcharge in shipping. Once the part arrived I found I had received the incorrect part, and returned the product the very same day it arrived. The company claimed that I had ordered the wrong part, but I had not. They shipped me a part that was not the spec that was described in my order. After three weeks of contact with the company every other day, I was continuously lied to about my refund, and or the person I needed to speak to, had not come in yet, or had just left for the day. Apparently some of their employees only work between the hours of 1200pm and 1245pm by my accounts. I had to dispute the change with my bank before I was given an incomplete refund. I wasted so much time and effort dealing with this dishonest business, they still owe me money. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. There are far better and more trustworthy business on the internet. Stay away from Mac Part Store

Ordered a logic board for a Macbook Pro 2011 since mine fried and they no longer service these models.
Part came as advertised, however on their checkout page only 2 options were available for shipping. 1: UPS ground roughly $85. 2: UPS 2nd Day Air $115.60. (I live in Hawaii so shipping is always fairly expensive) Being as these were my only two options and I needed my laptop back in action ASAP I went with 2nd Day air. Upon receipt of the package I saw they used USPS Priority Mail Express 2-day.
Everyone in Hawaii knows that USPS is faster and cheaper than any other shipping service out here. Had USPS been an option at checkout I most certainly would have chose that. When I got the package I used USPS's website to see the cost of shipping using all of the information from their shipping label. The cost came out to $41.55. They over charged me on shipping by $74.05. Mistakes happen so I called their phone.
They didn't answer the first few times and when they finally did I was told to email their info email and a manager would get back to me. A week passed with no response so I called again but this time a bit mer sternly. I was passed along to the manager this time (why didn't they pass me along to a manager the first time!?) and he explained to me that when they went to ship UPS didn't recognize my address (Bulls***, they deliver here all the time) and they tried to call me to ask if it was ok to ship it USPS (Bulls***, never had a missed call from Cali) "Josh" the manager tried to explain that since they don't normally ship via USPS they had to send an employee out to drop it off at a store (Bulls***, USPS does free pickups) and that they couldn't refund me. I asked him if he was trying to tell me the extra time it would have taken their employee to drop it off at a USPS office was worth $74.05, he avoided the question, twice. "Josh" was rude, interrupted me and told me that they "can't do things for free." I wasn't asking him to do anything for free, I was asking they refund the difference in shipping since they KNOWINGLY overcharged me by $74.05.
Had to call my credit card company to get the difference refunded.
Avoid this company by all means if possible. If not possible be aware they will probably pull the same shipping scam on you. I'm also guessing that my "4 year warranty I purchased is pretty useless as well, hopefully I don't need it.

This company operates 2 websites (Macpalace and macpartstore). They have their T&C worded so they can bait and switch and try to get you to order a part at a higher cost. I ordered a macbook air 13 display clamshell for $220 and then get an email a day later saying that the part I ordered was just an LCD and it was out of stock but I could order a complete assembly for $299. After corresponding through email a few times I asked what the difference is between a display clamshell and a complete assembly to which their reply is it's the same. So I ordered the correct part as per the website and receipt and am being told it isn't the correct part. I called and was told that it is what it is and if you read the T&C on the website you would know that we can do this.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH EITHER OF THESE WEBSITES!!
