I needed to add shipping information on my order. I sent an email and they added it immediately before my order was sent. I ordered on Sunday, delivery to Paris on Wednesday. I highly recommend the macbeth shop. So 5 stars for the shop.
The reason I finally give only 4 stars, are the following points. First, my usual size for shoes are US8/EU41 to US8.5/EU41.5 so I ordered US8:5/EU41,5, but the delivered macbeth shoes are surprisingly small for 8.5. I guess in a normal shop I would have taken a sizer bigger. Second, the quality is only ok. For 60€/80USD that's the minimum I expect. So 4 stars overall for my order is fair imho.

Well firstly I like that they are able to change the currency so it is easier to understand how much things cost in my currency(£)..I ordered a t-shirt and socks on saturday and it was at my house wednesday afternoon which was great and really fast..lastly it may sound stupid but the fact that they added free stickers was awesome and I really love the site..

I was really surprised about the processing of my order. Everything was packed and sent on the same day of my order, about 1 or 2 hours from it.
And I aready like them, after in fact one night of wearing. I really hope I can enjoy wearing them a long time, let's hope for the best (: . Fit is also really ok for a shoe internet-order. Accordingly, sizes should be true.
I would and will absolutely recommend a order.

The only thing I did not like is that UPS deliverd the shipment to a neighbor I did not know. I would rather have the shipment delivered at an UPS outlet where I can pick it up myself.

I ordered my Langley Backpack and got it within three/four days, considering it's holiday season I was so impressed, I didn't expect to get it until mid January when things had died down a bit. It came with little goodies and stickers which I live for, and was in secure packaging. It is such a nice quality backpack and even fits my 17" inch laptop in it, which to be honest I didn't expect to fit in it as it is bigger than the average laptop. Besides that it fits my laptop and all my college supplies in also. Don't even et me started on the straps, it feels like I'm carrying air on my back, which is just what I needed with my work load. Thank you guys so much for the wicked service. I recommend highly.

Being one of your 'less user friendly' customer, imagine my horror when I asked my 17 year old son for his Christmas list, only to be emailed a list of links!!
I have to say, that some of the websites he had suggested, were totally impossible to understand, that was until I got to Macbethshop.com. What a relief, a well planned, easy to understand website, that allowed me to order with the minimal amount of effort. I then received a confirmation informing me that the order had been dispatched and was delivered to my door within days.
I could not fault your service Macbeth, well done!

I love ordering shoes from Macbeth . The only down side sometimes is the postage price , being from the UK i pay at least £7 for P&P , but oh well .
