CAUTION. Please do your research - there is little info here but look at other well known review sites before purchasing! Here is my experience: Came across the brand on Pinterest, liked the look of a few items but they were quite pricey for what they so decided to get just one to check out the brand quality. Ordered an item 1 month ago, paid £54. Later instead of the item being delivered I got an email telling me to collect it from a UPS pick up point! I had expected the item to be delivered to me at home and this was very inconvenient. Around this time I had to self isolate due to covid guidelines and was unable to get to the collection location by the cut off date. I contacted UPS to see if it could be delivered to my home & they said the sender has stipulated this wasn't an option in their booking but that the sender (M-Kae) could call them to give permission & then they could do so. Emailed M-Kae and received a pathetic response saying it was a UPS mistake and they couldn't do anything. All emails are ended with a token message to "enjoy your day" but this happy little line does not substitute actual customer care, of which there has been next to none. Zero help or effort, diabolical customer service, I replied again only to be ignored. I emailed again the following week and was rudely told that "as I told you last time" & basically that she can't do anything and I need to wait until she has the item back to get a refund. I emailed a 3rd time with a complaint about the total lack of support, asking them to contact UPS - a very reasonable request, especially since it was their booking error but again I was ignored! I finally went to the collection point and the item was not there, it has now gone missing! Emailed M-Kae for the fourth time, now a month after paying for the item and fully outlined the situation, the errors made at their end and the lack of support or help, so far I have received no response. I encourage all shoppers to really think carefully about shopping with this brand, read the growing number of reviews that show buyers not receiving their items and receiving appalling "customer service", as well as many reviews that indicate the price does not match the quality of the products. Lastly if you have lost money to this brand as a result of not receiving your goods or your expected refund then I suggest contacting your bank/ credit card provider and raising a dispute, for some cards you need to wait 15/ 30 days but you do have consumer rights. It's stressful enough having to email them and call couriers etc chasing around for your item/ refund but you should not be left out of pocket by ignorant, unscrupulous and lazy vendors who want to take your money, offer no help when things go wrong & then tell you to enjoy your day.
