I'm about to purchase 24 pairs of shoes for my dance group and I'm so afraid that the shoes will arrive incorrectly or I'll need to exchange sizes, and I'll be slapped with a very painful task at hand. Thanks for all the reviews I'll go elsewhere I think!

This is the worst store ever! I just bought 2 pairs of shoes. One looked so cheap I couldn't even wear them in public. The other one couldn't stay on my feet. I could feel the straps on the sole of the shoe. Please tell me why I just spent $16 to send it back. Wrote a bad review on yelp, just to find out that the 25% off code that I used warrants no refund. That needs to be said in the email! How mean of them not to mention that in an email, allow all customers to return shoes, then keep them and make the whole entire profit off of an unhappy customer! Definitely writing an email to the BBB! We need to boycott this store!

DO NOT order from this site!! BUYER BEWARE!! Their sizes are not true to size & poor quality...when you want to ship back it’s at YOUR expense and they will either give you store credit (which you don’t want) and then if you call for a refund they charge you a 15% restocking fee!!

I was really excited about this company but will not shop again! I ordered 2 pairs of sandals, one of which fit and the other didn’t (my heel is hanging off the back and that’s because I sized half a size up). I used a discount code for 25% which I thought was cool that they always have codes you can use for $$ off. Well I wanted to return the shoe that didn’t fit but I paid with Afterpay and didn’t know how that worked. So I emailed customer service and Francisco was very prompt in his response. Told me that because I used a code I could only get store credit and that I would have to pay for my own shipping label (which I’ve never known a company to do that). It will cost me about $15 just for a label and then my sandals after discount were about $23 so that’s $38 that I will not be getting back just for a credit of $23 for what? Just so the same thing can happen again? No I won’t be taking my chances sorry. Going to sell my shoes on the side to make my money back and never taking the risk again.

I ordered a size 9 in a heel. They sent me a 6. I said to myself okay it was clearly a mistake. I emailed them, sent them proof and pictures about how this couldn’t be a 9. I even had a coworker who was actually a 6 tru them on. They insisted that it was a 9 anyway. I just kindly returned them, they have horrible customer service.

I've shopped Miss Lola before and loved it and had plans to shop in the future too. Although, I had to ship two shoes back because one did not run true to size and the other did not look as I expected based off the picture. Even though I wanted to exchange and buy other stuff too, I was told I could not be refunded my shipping cost in any way. Even as a gift card or a discount or anything. Oh, and the shipping I had to pay came out to be almost the cost for both shoes... This poor customer service definitely changed my opinion about shopping through this site again... won't ever shop here again.

I just received my first pair of shoes from Misslola.com. Let me preface by saying I’m VERY skeptical about online shopping especially with websites I’m not familiar with. Miss Lola showed up as an ad on my IG feed and I loved what I saw but again I was hesitant. Today I received my shoes and I absolutely LOVE them!! The material and quality of the shoe is amazing. They do not feel cheap in anyway. They are made very well and run true to size. I am beyond thrilled and I’ve recommended this site to all of my friends. The installment pay is a GREAT feature. I ordered my shoes on a Saturday and they were delivered by Wednesday. I was waiting to receive this order to determine future orders and MISS Lola will DEF be my go to for all my shoes. Hope this helps future buyers!!

I ordered shoes from Miss Lola on 5/22/2019, and the company is refusing to refund my money, only offering a store credit, which I do not want because I will no longer be ordering from this company anymore. I used the discount code LolaBabe because it was offering 25% off. I have used multiple discount codes with them previously and have never had an issue in regards to a refund. I returned the shoes because they were way too small. My foot was hanging off the back, which seems to be a recurring problem with their sizing, never true to size (I am a true 9). I went to return them, but I noticed that they did not insert the returns card that is supposed to be with every order in case they needed to be returned. Therefore, I emailed customer service on 6/4/2019 requesting the card so that I can return the shoes. Nowhere in that email did it state that I would not be refunded my money or will be receiving a credit because I would have just gifted the shoes to someone else instead of losing out on money. The shoes were delivered back to the company on 6/12/2019 and after seven business days, I finally received an email in regards of my refund status. In this email was the only time I was informed that using the code LOLABABE would result in me not getting my money back. I responded to Francisco that this information was not posted on the site anywhere when I placed my order. I have ordered from this company multiple times and never have I seen this information on the website. It is not on the returns page, it was not on the confirmation page or email, and it was not in the email when I requested a returns card. He stated that it was on the banner, which I did NOT see. When he sent me a screen shot of the banner, it was in tiny script that you would have to zoom in a lot to even see the fine print and it is written in the lightest color that it is nearly illegible to read. I could barely make out what it was when I zoomed in as much as I could! Francisco was no help at all and was quite rude coming from a customer service standpoint. I would like my money refunded back to me in total, not a store credit because I will NEVER buy from this company ever again. They have honestly lost a customer forever.

I placed an order with Ms. Lola when I opened the package it was not what I ordered called Ms. Lola and was told to send package back but there was no return label and post office does not make return labels I have never bought anything online that does not come with a return label and after pay is no help either I'm going to call the better business bureau and find out if this is legal I'm not going to stop till someone listens I'm not just going to give away 80.00 dollars like that I'll let you know the outcome 😡😡😠!!!

I am so happy with my experience with Miss Lola. They have the cutest shoes, clothes, and accessories at amazing prices and their customer service is outstanding. The fact that you can stop by their warehouse in Pico Rivera or either of their downtown L.A. locations to pick up orders for FREE puts them a step above the rest of a lot of the Instagram-famous boutiques. Kasey, whom I believe holds a superior position in the company, is super sweet and she is willing to do whatever is in her power to make sure that you receive great service. I had an issue with a past order and she made it right and also requested that my new order be filled by the warehouse promptly so I could pick it up with no delays.
Carlos, one of the guys who works on the Pico Rivera warehouse showroom floor and also retrieves merchandise from the back, is by far one of the most pleasant people I've ever dealt with in retail. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with all my products and was extremely kind, helpful, and patient. He and one of the managers Emmanuel (who's also super cool) even offered to help me carry my bags to my car! Their showroom is SUPER CUTE and offers plenty of "Do it for the 'Gram" photo ops. I highly recommend MissLola.com and their Pico Rivera staff.

Would rate zero stars if I could. Miss Lola is terrible. My package was stolen (possibly by the USPS delivery person) and once I sent an email I was told an “investigation” would be opened. This investigation took about two months just for me to be told usps shows my package was delivered and a refund will not be applicable. All I was offered was a credit (mind you the shoes I ordered are no longer in stock). I’ve shopped with this company several times and have spent too much money for this to be the way they go about rectifying situations with their customers. Will NOT be purchasing from this company ever again.

I ordered shoes four pairs of shoes from Miss Lola (Shoetique) I was only able to fit one pair which where heels (Talk That Talk) so, I kept those and sent the other three flat sandals back. Once they received my returned items they sent me an email confirmation to inform they received them and that I would have a credit for the amount and they also added the credit for the shipping fee that I had to pay as well.
Who knew that you would be able to make exchanges over an email for a smaller size in the same shoe. Well, Francisco made all of that possible for me. Infact, I was even able to exchange one shoe for a completly different one. His email responses were very quick, I feel as though he went above and beyond because normally you have to make your exchanges on whatever website you purchase items from. Great customer service in an email thank you for people like Francisco.

Ordered a shoe that was a size too big. Contacted them, of course they have a no refund policy (please always read the fine print) I returned the shoes & was told I’d receive store credit was 35.99, the store credit ACTUALLY only turned out to be $7. They have scam written all over them!

I ordered shoes that was suppose to be next day delivery UPS delivered them incorrectly I had a trip next day and never received my shoes. I asked for at least my shipping back due to the time delay and was told it’s not their issue that’s terrible customer service they should have least contacted ups to see what happened I paid more in shipping then what the shoes were even worth def would not recommend they don’t care about my shipping issue nor even tried to see if everything was ok won’t EVER buy from them again. Good luck im still trying to get my shoes and it’s been days !!

Seriously so disappointed with this company I expected so much more than this being that influencers brag so much about this company. I ordered 2 shoes one shoe size 8.5, the other size 9. The 8.5 fit perfectly but somehow the size 9 fit too SMALL, I really believe that they sent a size 6 not a 9. It cost me $20 to send the shoes back and I only got about a $7 refund towards store credit because I applied their coupon code which they do not advise ahead of time that if you use their coupon code you will not be eligible for a refund back to your original form of payment. Maybe this store is only good if you live in California and can personally go there, not good for people who can't personally visit their stores. So disappointed I even followed the CEO on IG.

So I ordered some heels I opened the box pulled them out and the heels had toe prints on them!!!! Not only that but you could tell they had been used! The bottoms of the shoes had scratches on them. They were definitely worn!

I've always had a good experience with Miss Lola (formerly known as Lola Shoetique). My order always comes on time and customer service is helpful. Just yesterday, I received my order and the strap actually broke while trying it on. I emailed them and they got back to me right away. They simply asked for photos as proof of damage and sent me a replacement pair. They didn't even ask that I return the damaged pair back. It was the quickest solution to a problem that I've experienced.

I ordered a pair of boots from here and they didn't fit. The international shipping/duty fees ended up costing me more than the shoe itself ($45 to be exact minus the cost of the item). I was traveling to the States and thought it would be much cheaper to do the return/exchange there. I contacted Miss Lola by phone and was told that the boots were out of stock so I would have to end up returning them for store credit only. All I wanted was to exchange them for a different size but if they were no longer in stock then a customer has every right to receive a full refund. They make it a customers responsibility to cover the return shipping fees and do not refund you for shipping the item out to you. In the end, I'm losing out on a lot of money by sending the item back with only being offered store credit and no reimbursement for shipping costs. Their customer service is terrible; with a lack of compassion and appreciation for their customers. I will not be ordering from them again.
