TERRIBLE EXPRIENCE! Wish I had read these reviews prior to embarking on a month long waste of time! Terrible experience! Customer service was lacking ANY empowerment to do anything except read to you... A month long process where at the end they asked for more $$$ to do what I originally ordered. They referenced a computer glitch and said sorry gotta pay more... HUH???

Absolutely terrible, waited on my product a month and after calling twice and being told the product was being shipped that day. I was contacted that they were unable to get the logo on my hats. These hats were needed for an event and never arrived customer service with logo up was also very dissatisfying

Slow, poor customer service, poor quality and workmanship. I read the reviews but thought I would give them a chance...I should have listened. Way too expensive for such terrible and unprofessional service. Of the shirts I have ordered all have taken well five weeks to be delivered and each time Ive had to email/call to inquire about the order only to receive rude feedback. The workmanship was good on only about 50% of the items. When the bad items were shipped back...I received them "fixed" about three weeks later. It was easy to see the company didnt use new shirts with new stitching...they made repairs to the flawed order. This caused "waves" in the shirt as the design does not lay flat. Bottom line...Im done with LOGOUP.

Quality is okay, Speed is poor, Customer Serivce is poor. I have placed several orders, all took a over two weeks to ship, then 4-5 days to arrive. Oh and check shipping rates before you get to involved, because they are subsidizing product cost with shipping.
One of my orders was the same logo on 5-6 different hats for us to checkout before I order a bunch. Several were very wrinkled, and gathered where embroidered. The logo never laid flat, and was not something I'd be willing to wear.
Their answer was is was a shipping packing problem, and it could be fixed with some combination of a hair dryer, wet towels, and an iron. Since I was looking to order 100+ hats, that was not an option.
Nearly all my orders needed me to nudge customer service to get them "expedited". Expect a snarky reply each time.
Bottom Line, if you need small runs, and aren't in a hurry give them a try, but shop around...

Logoup was super simple to communicate with so I would get the product just as I was hoping to. The quality is amazing, the color is great and when I asked to adjust something, it was done quickly and I was able to review and approve the proof quickly. I would recommend them.

Love their clothing! Our employees love being able to dress casual but add a splash of our logo into their daily uniform. The embroidered logo is a plus and is sure to last through washes. The materials are high quality and fit true to size, or sometimes large. The only downfall is the time it takes to process and deliver the items, but it is understandable as they can be very busy. The customer service team is always helpful and enjoyable to work with. We will continue to order our employee shirts from LogoUp!

Being Doing hats for years- decided to try LOGO UP- 1st issue Advertised products & Mocks sent was not even close to what they shipped,that delayed the art approval 1 month, 2nd half of the order came right, half unacceptable,3rd called and gave proper feedback to fix the issue, to continue Business as usual,(NOT) I was perceived as a customer impossible to please, company wouldn't take constructive criticism, to keep me as a customer. At the end offered me to do a full refund if I shipped my full order back, when I couldn't send the hats back, I've waited 2 months and needed them for a photo shoot. The salesman told me it was fixable, so I decided to double my order and they decided not to process it, very disappointed, I needed that order and many more and they force me to look for another supplier in the middle of my company launch, won't recommend ever!

I've used Logoup twice now and I will continue to use them, unless something crazy happens. My last order was a gift to my boyfriend with his production company sewn on an ogio epic backpack and 7 polo shirts (all different colors). He was beyond amazed at how professional his logo look and even more proud to wear his brand. I recommend this company to anyone that wants to see and wear their brand proudly.

The 1 star is not because of quality but because of how f******* long it takes to receive an order it takes a f****** month to receive order, and then you offer priority shipping when really you should be offering priority production for this reason I will never order another batch of hats from you f***** heads I'd rather pay more and get my hats in a more decent time frame,not pay more and still get the same s**** service and loose more money not to mention time, TIME IS MONEY YALL F******* BLOW

Let me start off by saying that I have ordered over $20K worth of products from here for my company without too many hiccups. But then things changed.
I needed some hats for a personal project and I saw some on their site that I liked. At first I ordered 12 just to see how good or bad they looked. The hats looked great so I ordered about 3 dozen more for an event. When they arrived they looked horrible. The stitching was inconsistent and there is a small penny sized circle in the logo and 90% of them were oval or egg shaped. It looked horrendous. After talking to several people sending pictures and them agreeing to replace the sub-par hats, they changed their mind, cancelled the re-order and blocked my IP address from getting on their website. I emailed and emailed and emailed and got NO responses. My credit card company refunded my money and they never contested it. They lost my business and my companies business for life. Losers.

I have a business event on July 5th and have been seeing ads for Logoup all over the internet so I ordered 8 trucker hats online paid via credit card on June 11, 2019 was told the expected delivery date would be June 28th. I thought a little long but ok. i have emailed twice and both times was emailed back that the product most likely would ship June 28th vs be delivered on June 28th, again took and said ok, i checked this morning since i had not yet received a tracking number for the delivery, product still says Pre-Production so i called in a very nice customer service rep had to deliver the bad news that not only was the project not completed, but won't be delivered until after my event, and possibly even until July 15th... I normally use 4Imprint, which i ordered 200 Koozies, 8 Polo shirts and 150 bags for the same event on the same day, and those were all received on June 20th!!! Lesson Learned.

Do yourself a favor save time stress and grief and do not use that Logo Up. Took over a month and I had to call them to see if it was finally ready. When I finally got the order one of the hats logos were done wrong and I was a missing three shirts. They were more than happy to charge me for everything despite the missing shirts which they did not even know were missing until I asked for the order to be looked at. When I asked how this could happen they got very defensive in plain rude. I will never do business again with this company.

Great experience start to finish. I spent hours vetting through other companies and ended up sticking with these guys. Firstly they beat everyone on price (a single hat for $9.99). Secondly, the site is really intuitive and easy to use. I was able to communicate exactly what I wanted and knew my exact final price at the time of Purchase. Most companies re-adjust the bill after the fact without you knowing.

I have ordered embroidered hats from logoup. I received my first proof within 24 hours. when I requested a change, I had to send an email about another 72 hours to get a response. After which, I didn't hear from them for another 5 days. I had to email 5 tomes before someone finally sent my final proof to approve. once I approved, I was expecting my items to be shipped out within 7 business days, as advertised on their website, but I'm on day 9 and still don't have any info. If you need something done quickly, don't use this company, as there is no telling when you will get an item. I'm not sure the quality, as I'm on the verge of just cancelling my order and using a different company

FREAKING LOVE MY HATS!!! The proofing process was a breeze and i got my order in just two weeks of placing my order. Let me tell you, this company is great to work with and their quality is top notch. I see a lot of dummies here leaving bad reviews... not sure why they had a bad experience but I assume for most of them it is due to user error. I uploaded my logo, got a proof back, approved the proof, got my hats after a short wait.. the hats look awesome and logoup help their end of the bargain, and then some. I'll be ordering more soon since these are flying off the shelves.
