App is basis for Senior Safety App. on elderly father's phone to monitor his movements thereby allowing him to live independently. We get 4 hour inactivity reports but no indication of when inactivity has occurred. It used to tell us if he traveled to town...not happening. Supposed to tell us if he falls...not sure if that is working. Receiving activity report a day later is not helpful. Perhaps Senior Safety App is touting a service they can't deliver but we need to know.

Updates poorly. I'm still receiving updates from a day or so ago and the entries only come in a few at a time. It would be nice if i could at least get updates from the same day on the same day. Additionally, I'm suppose to receive logs daily to my email. Have only received one email since I started using this program. Also, how do you contact customer support. Tried emailing but send failed. Almost wish I would've kept using for free instead of purchasing pro. Updates are toooooo delayed.
