Contacted ref list keys. After 2 hrs finally received a locksmith however as I stated in my phone call I needed a key made because the keys were lost. He unlocked the vehicle and after being questioned he said He couldn’t make a key that I would get a refund. Jumped in his car an left. I called over an over again to try an get help. Only if I agreed to another 250.00 dollar charge they would send me another locksmith to make me a key. I do not recommend calling this company for anything.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They quoted $29. The guy arrived said $140. I called them back to ask them why that was. A guy on the phone said I'll get my supervisor. Then he said his super was out in the field and I should work it out with the locksmith that arrived.
I called them back AGAIN and the woman on the phone found no record of me! Sincerely, Wat Dafuque

Scammed my card with additionally charges following the transaction and called me from a private number like FRAUDS. Quote over phone for $30 but ended up paying $180. THIS IS A SCAM BUSINESS DO NOT TRUST THEM.

I got locked out of my car at the grocery store (after loading the groceries in) and called this company for a locksmith. The woman on the phone was rude from the start but at the moment my primary concern was getting into my car so I proceeded.
I was told the locksmith would arrive at 7:30pm and he called to confirm my location and had everything correct. Everything seemed set until one little problem occurred: he never showed up! After waiting about 45 minutes in the cold I attempted to call the number he had given me and he did not pick up. I promptly called the company's main number to see if they knew what was going on. They assured me they would get in touch with him and have him call me, but no call came.
After waiting a while I tried calling the company back - several times - and they kept picking up and immediately hanging up without saying a word. In total I wasted an hour and a half waiting for a locksmith that never showed. I finally called a family member to picked me up and abandoned my groceries, purse, and cell phone in the car and contacted another company to assist me.
I would bet money that all positive reviews left for this company have been made by the company itself in an effort to seem reputable, but don't be fooled, the only thing you can trust these people to do is waste your time.

I was assured multiple times that a technician would meet me at the Atlantic City, NJ airport when I landed to make me a new car key (I had lost mine in SC on vacation). I was told there would be multiple technicians in that area, and that's why they couldn't provide me with the technician's cell phone number (which I asked for so we could coordinate where exactly my car was parked). I called when my flight was delayed and was assured someone would be there, no matter the time. We didn't land until 1:00 am and there was no technician. When I called, I was told there were no technicians in the area and I was advised to try another locksmith company! I had to Uber home ($177), pay for another day of parking, and have someone drive me the next day with my spare key. No one would help me when I called (although I was told multiple times that a manager would call me). I was even hung up on by one rude woman. Now when I call their toll-free number, there is no answer. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau.

I had called locksmith today and they dispatched the call to a man named john, company where he's located in Rhode Island is called Car Locks USA, john has done a great job replacing my car keys. I had went to open my door to my car and my key just snapped. John had came out of his way to replace my key even in this cold snowy weather here in Massachusetts and late night on top of that, so I give him above a 5 star rating for doing such a great job.

I locked my keys in my apartment second time in two months. Frist time the locksmith tryed to pick it spent about 5 minutes trying. But couldn't. So he just drilled it out not even a minute and I'm in. Cost 80 bucks. Then it happened again. And not only did it take almost an hour for him to get hear.So I thought I'd make it easier for him and just told him to drill it.And how much it would be. And then the jerk tells me it would be 200 DOLLARS JUST TO DRILL OUT THE LOCK ....WTH I told him that I just had this done a few weeks ago for under a hundred. I Was very upset. ... SO HE SAID HE WOULD NOCK IT DOWN TO 150 .Well they had me and knew it .I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. RIPOFF PERIOD. BEWARE

If I could give it a minus rating, I would. I accidentally got locked out of my house. The locksmith said he would be there in 30 minutes. I waited almost 1 1/2 hours before he got there. He couldn't even open the lock to my house. Instead, he drilled hole in my door knob and charged me $269 to break into my house. Then he tried to offer to replace my doorknob for an added fee of $160! I told him I can get a new door knob at Walmart for $20! When he took my credit card, he added another $30 on top of the original quote and said it was service call fee. COMPLETE RIP OFF. DO NOT USE!! SCAMMERS!!!

If I could give them 0 stars or a negative 5 rating I would. I called locksmith today from the city of Killeen TX at around 0600 because o was locked out of my home. The dispatcher ensured that he/she would give my number to the locksmith in my area to call me so that I can get ETA. The locksmith never called. I called them again 45 minutes later and the dispatcher once again explained that he/she would give my number to the locksmith. The locksmith never called. After hanging up with them i called another company who arrived 30 minutes after i called. I was waiting outside for 2 hours awaiting services. The company did not reach out to me until 3 hours later at 0915.

The price for this service was way over what their advertisement states. I called and was told it would be $29.99 to come out then the price would start at $19.99 based on make and model of the car. Well my sticker shock price was $149.00 plus the technician wanted to charge me taxes. Being vulnerable and needing the service, I had no choice after waiting for them to show up I agreed to pay. It was not till the technician left did I realize how incredible high the price was for my little 2014 Lincoln 4- door . It was not an SUV and the he opened my door the standing way which any locksmith would do why did I have to pay more? It turns out their are labor costs and other bogus charges the consumer is not told of up front. Please note you can negotiate the cost prior to getting it done by calling the office a bit of information that was not shared by the technician. Please be very aware. Shop around and ask more questions and know you can negotiate the cost!!!!

Customer service was extremely rude and short, and would not answer any of the questions I would ask. Hearing the annoyance in her voice, for what reason I’m not sure, she told me a service worker would give me a call and then just hung up before I could even say anything. I would look to go with another company, but that’s just my two cents.

It took an hour and 45 minutes for the guy to get to my place. I was told I’d only have to pay $25 to get my lock re-keyed. After the guy got here, he said it’s $20 for labor plus $45 for the lock. Keep in mind I had two different lock sets that needed to be re-keyed. When I asked the guy to call his manager and confirm the price with him, he got loud and aggressive with me. He threw a fit, yelled in my face, and stormed out. He then sat in the car for a few minutes not wanting to move. After I called the manager to tell him what had happened, he said there was nothing that could be done & hung up on me. I would definitely recommend NOT using this service to get your locks changed. They’re rude, liars, & extremely aggressive.

Was OFFERED to have a tech sent out to cut the master lock on the back of my moving truck. I told them I had my own and wanted to see of the car keys would be locked inside. I specifically asked if O would have to pay anything for him coming out there if the car keys were found. She said no. Of course we find the keys just as he is pulling up. He says it will be a $19 fee for coming out anyway. I told him that is not what the woman said on the phone. He goes back and forth with me, throws a fit then gets in his car and sits there for about 10 mins. Meanwhile, I'm calling the company back to tell them whats going on. She said she quoted me that there would be no fee to cut the locl, that I never asked about a service fee, which was $19...😑 I specifically asked if they would charge me anything if I found the keys and she said no! $130 flat rate. I told her I was not paying it and that they were crooked for trying to take advantage of folks. Before hanging up on me, she said they were calling the police. I said ok, I will be here all day!! He left about 7 mins later. Smh...not today satan!

Horrible horrible experience. I was quoted 19 for call and told price started at 20 for the unlock service... the person they dispatched charged me 159.43!!! Kind of a big difference. I would stay far far away from this company as well as the "24/7 mobile Locksmith" phone number 612-669-0114 as that was who was dispatched to unlock my car that fisted me with this high fee.

Horrible experience. Complete rip off and huge wait.
I got locked out of my bedroom. Originally I was told it would be a 20-25 min wait by the dispatcher. Then the tech called and said it would be 35-45 (no big deal). The tech showed up 1.5 hrs later and then charged me 200$ for 10 mins of work to unlock my door. Which by the way, he couldn't even pick the lock. He ended up forcing the door open (no real damage).
Huge rip off. Strongly recommend going somewhere else unless you want to be ripped off and wait a long time.

This may be one of the worst customer service situations I have ever been in. I called and was promised 15-25 minutes. Thirty minutes later someone called and said they would be there in 30-45 minutes. When I called the company back the "manager" named Kiara was extremely rude and short. She would not send anyone. I wish I would have read the reviews before calling. Completely unprofessional and she should be fired.

Called to unlock my car. I was told that there was a 29.99 service fee and the locksmith would tell me a price when he got to me. After waiting for 2hrs in the cold for the guy to arrive. He charges me 165 to open the car which took 2min. I could have broken the window and it would have costed me less to replace and I woulnt have had to freeze in the cold for 2hrs.

Awful! Received quote for locksmith to arrive within half an hour, NEVER showed, NEVER called... When I called an hour later, the rep said they wouldn't have anyone until tomorrow! Right! Called Pop-A-Lock, which I should've done first. $10 more, but BETTER service all the way around! Spend the extra few bucks and save yourself the aggravation of Locksmithtoday.com!

I called and told them that I locked my keys in my car and needed a tech to come out. I asked them how much it was and of course they said we won't know until we come out and see the vehicle. They called me back from a different number and said there would be a service fee of $35 and the actual unlocking cost will be added once they get my car open. I told them not to come since I was getting help elsewhere. Mind you they said 15 minutes and 45 had already gone by. I had a newborn and 2 year with a cart full of groceries I was over waiting. They told me I would still have to pay the fee since the tech was on his way. I told them I wasn't paying for nothing since nobody resolved my issue nor did they show up. He tried to bully me into to paying. Long story short I cussed them out and told them to kiss where the sun doesn't shine and hung up. They are scammers and have no clue what good customer service is. I am warning anyone who needs to be helped out in a situation like mine. Don't call them even if they were the last technicians on earth.

Everything they said on the phone and website was a lie. They quoted a 20 minute wait time, it took an hour. They quoted $49 total charge, which sounded reasonable, since that's what i had paid before for unlock service from a different company. However, my engine was still on and I was almost out of gas, so the "locksmith" (Jeremy Briggs was his name) charged an extra $100 on top of the already agreed-upon price, to do the same thing, with the same tools, that I had previously employed an honest locksmith to do about a year prior. Yet knowing that there was no way I would have time to wait on someone else to get there, he was able to finagle me out of my money. This company is a network of crooks, liars, and scam artists, and I absolutely would not call this company again. I only hope the next poor soul reads their reviews before employing one of these scumbags.

I've had a horrible experience with this company. They were not upfront with the cost, the technician was extremely unqualified and unprepared. I called to remove a bike lock and it took two hours of him breaking his equipment and hurting himself until he had to call someone else for a saw. He damaged my bike and the customer support on the phone has just been transferring me to other people and not calling me back and claiming that I agreed to their service and the payment when I never actually talked to anyone about getting a discount because they kept passing me around. I took a chance on this company without checking their reviews and it was a huge mistake. The testimonials on their website use stock images and are from Twitter accounts that don't exist. Total scam.

They have a disclaimer at the VERY BOTTOM of their website absolving them of liability for the dishonesty of their 'contractors'. The people they send are not guaranteed to be actual locksmiths. They are not guaranteed to charge fair prices (I was charged over $200 to get into my car; it took 5 minutes and damaged the car). They may lie to you about lead times so you are more likely to comply with their outrageous prices.
Are good locksmiths referred to customers via locksmithtoday.com? - Probably
Are bad locksmiths referred to customers via locksmithtoday.com? - Definitely
Why roll the dice with these guys? You want to call someone who will take responsibility for the actions of those they send to you in your hour of need. That is not locksmithtoday.com .

Told them our car had been broken into and we couldn't get our key into the ignition. They showed up an informed us that the ignition needed to be replaced but that they don't service Honda's...even though we told them over the phone the car was a Honda Civic. They also billed us 25$ for the privilege of hearing that there were unable to help us.
