My experience of Living Styles has been truly appalling. I first ordered a rug from them on 21/10/19, when nothing had arrived I contacted on 8/11 to be advised that it must have gone missing in transit. A new order for the same rug was made, I received an email from them and Toll on 18/11 saying that it had been dispatched and the estimated delivery date was 21/11. On the 22nd when nothing arrived I contacted Toll to be told that they had received nothing for them to deliver to me. I immediately contacted Living Styles to be told that the situation would be investigated and I would be contacted by close of business that day, but of course this did not happen. I sent another email asking what was happening, and was assured that the rug would be dispatched yesterday. Today I have received an email saying that the order has been cancelled. This rug was intended as a gift, as I made the Customer Support Officer aware of at the outset [8/11] and I asked to be advised if there was a problem so that I could source it else where. As a result of this, I have no gift and next to no time to find a replacement.

Do yourself a favour and buy from this highly professional, prompt, ethical and brilliant online store. My experience has been nothing short of awesome and the communication was brilliant. Everything promised happened and I was kept up to date all the way. I furnished our new pool villa effortlessly through Living Styles, even though there were different suppliers everything was co-ordinated and delivered promptly. Unlike some online stores that take your money then take months to deliver with out of stock excuses !! Living Styles are organised ! They will tell you upfront if items are in store and available whilst giving you the best price possible and reliable delivery. A truely 5 star service and the quality of the items is beyond expectation. Well done Team especially my customer service guy !!!

Great Service - Today I received delivery of my new dining room table that I bought from your company.
I have nothing but praise for the excellent quality, packaging and delivery of my table.
The delivery drivers were very obliging, the packaging was very secure and the table is all that I expected and more and looks lovely in our home.
It was super easy to place my order. System was very user friendly and staff contact since my purchase is great.

This review is long overdue.
But despite the time lapse of 6 months, I am still blown away with the customer service I received and a special mention to James Brown who bent over backwards to accomodate me.
The quality of product was better than I hoped.
It’s such a gamble when you purchase online, but I can safely and highly recommend this company and their products and service.
Even the delivery was A+.

I absolutely love this company. I have purchased a number of times now and have had all items arrive safely and exactly as promised. The staff are always extremely helpful, if further info is needed, but for the most part, I can find anything I need at Living Styles. Recently I decided to go shopping for two specific furniture pieces for my house and spent a day trekking the shops and came home with nothing. Frustrated I went straight on to Living Styles website and found a couple of options for both areas I was buying for. There are so many style options and the prices are excellent. A special thanks also to T from TC's transport for being so helpful with the delivery and James as well - I will be buying again I am sure! Such great people to do business with. Dee

Hi my husband and I had two bedside tables delivered on Christmas Eve. We just wanted to say how happy we are with them, for the amount of money we paid they far exceeded our expectations. We recently moved into a new house and until we dealt with your company every other item we have ordered has had a problem, it was so refreshing to deal with a company who was well organised and delivered the correct goods when they promised. Absolutely excellent customer service. I purchased a coffee table that was a different colour from the picture and the response was incredibly fast - I explained my issue and they said someone would get back to me within 48 hours but I received a reply that afternoon advising they were happy to refund me 100% and provided me with a return label, and I had the money refunded the minute they received the item back. Could not ask for better service, I will definitely purchase through this company again knowing they are more than happy to help when things aren’t right. Extremely pleased.

I ordered an item late in the busy Christmas period. It arrived earlier than promised but damaged; clearly it had happened in the post.
I reported the damage on line; I was given three options.
I chose return and refund.
I was sent the return mailing label as soon as email could arrange it and cash was credited to my account as soon as the item hit Sydney.
Fast, efficient, pleasant!

The Monet Dresser is well-made and is as per the picture and description on their website. However, the Mirror Frame has a few very minor gaps* in the joins which can be easily fixed with a bit of paint which I will be doing. It could be just in mine but Manufacturer* should take note. Other than that it is a good piece of furniture.
Communication was excellent with An who was very obliging and helpful. I give her 5-Stars Plus!
Very well packaged and the Delivery guys well-mannered!

Even gave my a $30 store credit as compensation for the delay.

I placed my order of a king single bed frame on the 13th December for a warehouse pick-up. I received confirmation on the 18th December that the order was ready to collect and on the 19th my Father-in-law picked up the frame. On the 20th we unpacked the frame to discover the bed head was faulty and a piece of timber didn't come across the length of the frame (photos 1 & 2). I contacted Livingstyles with a photo and asked for a replacement to be ready for collection on the 24th December. I received a reply stating the warehouse was now closed and it wouldn't reopen until the 14th January. I contacted Livingstyles again in January to advise due to their warehouse opening hours being 9am-5pm I was unable to have anyone collect the bed head and asked for them to arrange delivery and collection of the faulty item; this took a further 2 weeks, however, was done. When I opened the new bedhead I found that the bed head had been damaged in transit (photo 3). I immediately contacted LivingStyles with a photo and asked them to provide a refund and organise collection of the bedhead. I was told as the product was originally collected from the warehouse I would be required to return it in order for them to process a refund. I advised this was unacceptable given the amount of time that had already passed since my initial purchase and the fact that we had collected a faulty bed head to begin with and while they had organised a replacement, this had arrived damaged. I said if a refund was not processed I would lodge a Fair Trading complaint; I received a reply with the resolution that a service man from the manufacture would deliver a bed head in person the following week and if I was still not satisfied he would remove the entire frame and I would be given a refund; this never happened. I followed up again and arranged for it to be delivered according to my availability which was before 1:00pm Wednesday 27th February and I was advised it would be delivered between 10:00am and 1:00pm with driver confirming 30 minutes prior. At 12:45 I had not received a call and once again contacted LivingStyles to advise that I was leaving at 1:15pm and if it could not be delivered before then I would require a refund and they would need to organise for the bed to be collected. I received a reply from Livingstyles at 1:20pm, after I had already left home to say the driving had been stuck in traffic and was on his way, if I wanted a refund I would need to disassemble the bed frame (what is he thinking?! I don't have a suitable bed head for it to be assembled in the first place...) and return it to the warehouse myself. I received a follow-up email at 1:34pm to say the driver attempted delivery but no one was home (duh, I advised you this) and so he told the driver to continue on his route and again if I wanted a refund I would need to return the bed frame to the warehouse. I have advised that I have lodged a complaint with Fair Trading and will leave them to sort it out.
Worst customer service EVER! Even when they are actually attempting to resolve an issue, we come to an agreement only for it not to be fulfilled.

Bought 2 of the caprice dining chairs and one of the tops and bases wouldn't line up. Dealt with James Brown, who, after some troubleshooting questions arranged for a replacement. We had the factory shutdown for xmas NY, but then a replacement was sent and assembled with no problem. Great work James, thankyou.

We ordered a gorgeous butler stand. Unfortunately it was out of stock but we were more than happy to wait for it.
During our wait, the team were always friendly and incredibly prompt when it came to responding to my emails and answering my questions.
The delivery our purchase was thoughtfully and carefully packaged and arrived exactly when it was supposed to.
I will definitely be using Living Styles for future purchases!
