I find that, as an admin of the Chat experience, I have to buy an extra "seat or license" in order to get in and configure and see reports without kicking the Operator out of his/her session. An extra expense that is hard to justify in a small enterprise. Apart from this, I like everything that I have seen including the now usual emailing of the chat script.

I had to ask a simple question and I used live Chat. Great! In the 6 hours since I've been asked to fill out three surveys regarding my experience. I want my experience to end! Leave me alone! You took a good experience and made it bad! You are like psycho exes who keep asking why I broke up with you and asking the same thing 20 different ways. Stop the madness!

We've been using LiveHelpNow for several years on our websites. It couldn't be easier to set up—but there are tons of cool features including:
- Mobile chat
- Translation (really great for chatting with people from other countries!)
...among many other useful features. We tested 2-3 different live chat systems before settling on LiveHelpNow due to the better features. Other chat systems we tried fell short of our needs.
The Mobile Chat is probably the biggest key feature I could recommend—it's a great way to ensure that the chat shows as "online" even if an operator is not physically logged into a computer. You can schedule it to be on/off for a set time each day of the week so that you can simply answer chats on your smartphone as they come in, without having to be sitting at a workstation.
The only negative thing I can think of is that on Windows PCs (Windows 8 and prior), the LiveHelpNow Alerter desktop software uses Internet Explorer. I use a Mac, now, and it's so much better and faster with Safari. I imagine there are some technical reasons why it uses Internet Explorer and I have no idea how it works on Windows 10+ systems—though I would guess that it works better.
You can, of course, use any browser to log into LiveHelpNow's website and chat from there. I just wanted to point out that minor issue/annoyance with the Alerter software for Windows. Other than that, it works great!
Lastly, I should say that the Support from LiveHelpNow is pretty great, as well. I haven't had the need to contact support many times—but the few times I have, I've never waited long and they've always been knowledgeable and able to quickly help me with whatever my issue is.
So, if you're looking for a live chat software to implement on your website, give LiveHelpNow a shot—chances are, you won't need to try another one.

We have never, ever had an issue using the LiveHelpNow chat software. It is very helpful for our customers and for us to have another avenue in communicating with them (especially when our phones are super busy).

We've been using LiveHelpNow for about 3 years for the ticketing process, handling about 15000 tickets annually through the tool. The ease of use and reliability of the platform is admirable--there have only been a small number of downtimes, and in all cases LiveHelpNow was right on top of it.
My only reservation is in having only one standard ticket form per account. I've raised this issue a couple times with LiveHelpNow and was always told that "someone would look into it," but there's still only one ticket template in the tool per account. Many businesses require different ticketing options for different types of requests, so it would be nice to have a choice of two or three different ticketing templates that our submitters could use. I know there's email-to-ticket functionality, but that's not as robust as having a ticket form in the tool with all the fields and categories we need.

My organisation uses the live chat software, it is easy to set up and very user-friendly without requiring you to have an in-depth technical understanding.

When we first starting using the chat I was not sure about tech support because it is usually difficult to get any support, however, with the LiveHelpNow Chat System it is convenient and quick. Anytime I have a question I simply just send a chat request and I always get my questions answers quickly. I am extremely happy with the customer service which is rare to find! Thank you!

At Mobiltel, we use LiveHelpNow for almost a year now, and we are fully satisfied with the online chat platform and its functionalities. Upon selection of the platform we were considering several main requirements, which are as follows:
- To provide high level of security
- To have different tools for analysis of the customers and their behavior
- To be easy to work with
- To provide a quality and reliable support
LiveHelpNow met all of them.
At the moment, the most used features by us are related to the chat system, such as statistics about chat tags and various types of data (sessions, customer opinion) which provide us with the necessary information for our successful operations.
We are totally satisfied with the quality and fast response of the technical support crew of LiveHelpNow, who react adequately and timely on troubleshooting matters.

I used other chat software in the past and was not happy with the outdated features and the lack of support I received. From the moment I was on the livehelpnow website I was blown away by the quality of customer service they provide. My company has been using Livehelpnow chat for years the staff is always pleasant, knowledgeable and are happy to assist us with any of our questions. We were getting over whelmed with the number of after hour emails that we were getting and loosing track of. But the CSR was able to show us how the Email to Ticket will help us keep on top of all the emails that come in. Along with being able to track our twitter feed. This will make my staff happy!

We've been using LiveHelpNow for years. After much research into products that are flexible, have multiple integration possibilities and can grow with our business, we chose LiveHelpNow.
Our customers love the chat feature. Our employees do as well, and the learned how to use it quickly. I also use the analytics frequently and find it to be a very valuable tool.

We've been using LHN since 2009 and haven't considered using anyone else. It's our main tool for servicing our clients and it's battle-tested, flexible, reliable and easy to administer. LHN has provided or built for us just about every feature we can think of -- and we're only using a fraction of what they offer. In the rare instances when there was a problem, they attacked it immediately. When I have a quick question about some feature or a way to do something, their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. You won't find a more powerful scalable chat/email/knowledge base package for this price anywhere. I wholeheartedly recommend LHN,

We use LiveHelpNow as part of our support arsenal and it has served us well. It's responsive and allows for multiple avenues of communication, including file transfers (which can be surprisingly useful). There are still a few minor issues with the mobile app which need to be available, like the option to display chat history or the option to start the app at boot-up but, overall, the service is great. I would have given 4.5 stars if that were an option.
