I am a LilySilk customer since quite a long time and I am a hundred percent satisfied with the brand and every kind of their products.
I do have several different articles, for example silk pillows or silk hair bands -which I adore! There is nothing better and my hair has definitely less breakage.
The products are quality controlled and free from harmful chemicals, which is a big pro and very important for me and my family.
As I am ordering from germany I can tell that the delivery time is fantastic!
The articles are definitely worth the price. Definitely!
A big, big thank you to LilySilk and especially their customer service, whenever I have a question for example which size to choose, I am getting immediately helpful and kindest answers.

I ordered 2x2 22 Momme silk pillow cases with zipper closing for a total price of $144.00. I only received 2 and they do not fasten up with a zipper. The fold to enclose the pillow is very small. I also do not believe the items are silk as they are fare too heavy.

I requested a return last year with Lilysilk. My return request was accepted but they told me they cannot accept the returns due to Covid19 and they will let me know after about a month if their site is re-open so that they will accept my return. I waited for two months and sent them several emails but NEVER got any response from Lilysilk. I disputed this transaction with the bank and Lilysilk responded to me immediately after the dispute and said they are re-open now and can process the returns. Then after Lilysilk received my return they asked me if it is okay to first refund me 50% and they need further check. I said no. They replied me by saying that they will refund full money immediately. Then after another MONTH, I still haven't got my refund. Lilysilk says they have processed the refund but the bank held it. They also said they cannot refund me unless I canceled the dispute. How ridiculous it is! It seems that Lilysilk is always finding an excuse but never refund money. This company is so untrustworthy and so scam! Don't buy anything from this company. The quality of clothes is poor and not consistent either.

This company lies about the quality of their silk- it is actually satin (50% silk, 50% polyester or other plastic). Real silk is soft and shiny on both sides while this one is rubbery and matte on one side. I also work in a lab and was able to confirm this. I contacted the company and they refunded me 50% due to the 50% non silk component. I opted to refund instead of return because of all the negative experiences with returns stated on this site. Should have gotten a full refund because they totally scammed/lied.

Terrible quality silk. In order to return you have to pay expensive international shipping. Will never buy again.

I purchased the 19 momme pillow cases and was extremely disappointed in the quality of the silk. It wasn't soft at all and not even as smooth as my cheap polyester satin pillowcases. If you plan to return them you have to pay the international shipping. This is a huge regret buy, never again. Do not recommend.

Love your silk bedding!

I'd heard of LilySilk on youtube and really wanted to try their silk pillowcases. After ordering, I was worried to see that they were being shipped from China because I live in Sweden, and Sweden usually charges extra customs fees on top of orders shipped from outside the EU. I thought I'd have to wait a long time, pay extra, travel to a depot to collect, etc. I was incredibly surprised that just a week later the pillowcases were delivered straight to my door! Super fast, painless delivery by TNT! So thank you LilySilk for using them!

The pillowcases themselves are beautiful. I opted for ivory as I thought the white looked too cold for my taste, and ivory is perfect - exactly like the picture on the website. They are the perfect size too and look very well made. I have silk pillowcases already from John Lewis and these look just as good. I'll definitely order from LilySilk again.

That was my third purchase, absolutely love quality of the silk, true to size, I am 10-12 and L is just right! Delivered at the door in 4 days! Also, you can track your package and company texts you! What an awesome company!

I received my 22mm pillowcases and used for first time. They had extreme wrinkling. I have many from SLIP and they do not wrinkle. I'm trying to return (I sent a picture) but they keep emailing to iron them and they'll give me points. It's my third attempt and they're still advising me to iron!

I would give them 1 star as I ordered some sheets but they didn't have have one of the colours that was advertised online which I really liked and wanted. However with in a couple of days they got in touch with me to select another color, or use the money towards another item or offered a full refund. I selected another color which is now being sent, and they have given me some credit towards my next purchase with them without me even asking for it. I would give 5 stars as their overall service is great, however I feel they should not advertise items that are not available.

Best silk ever! So comfy and soft! Totally recommend.

The 22 momme silk blouses I bought started pilling awfully after just a few wears! If you are going to buy Lilysilk products, wear them alone(no jacket over or no bag rubbing to the clothing). I would not recommend bedding or pyjamas that are worn daily at all. In general, spend a bit more for more reputable silk producers.

i decided to make the switch from cotton to silk bedding and im so glad i did, the quality is great and dries so much faster than cotton bedding as well which is useful since i dont have a drier at the moment. delivery was very fast as well, i believe my bedding arrived 2 days earlier than expected so that was a nice surprise. lilysilk is also the most affordable place i could find for silk bedding so couldn't recommend enough really.
