If I could write no star I would. I have a friend that owns a kangen machine and introduced me to her machine and the features and benefits. I am a spring water drinker writing this review at the moment. I buy 99cents water gallon bottle and so I am really careful at believe on buying something expensive before fully researching. So I have found life ionizer online by researching medical machine as alternative to kangen. I have found great info online that their orp is high and was told by the online representant it is titanium plates and platinum coated same as my friend's machine. The representative online wanted my phone number to answer my question if the machine produces electrolytes and which he could by live writing online so I thought that is weird. At that time i had no phone because couldn't find my phone for two days and eventually I did. So I told the rep I don't have a phone and he thought I was joking so I said I know I am not lying I lost my phone. And basically from there he tried not to answer my questions. So I tried other live online representants to get more info and didn't get that far they all wanted my phone number. I asked for proof of the KFDA certificate they showed me the KFDA Logo but there is no signature on the website or date. Plus if it is a Korean medical certificate would make sense to be in korean and have a signature at least on the document. So I thought well maybe I better go to lifeionizer to visit the store so I called them days later after I have found my phone that had felt on the side of my car seat. They told me they don't have a store it's an office and they don't allow visits there it is by appointment only. So I called if I can have an appointment and if during the appointment I could test the water because it claims to have the highest orp and if they can show me the KFDA certificate as they claim they have on the website and to show me the titanium plates coated with platinum since I am not interested to buy mesh because its fragility. The 3rd representative on the phone told me I am not a real customer and customer don't ask those questions and I was lying online with my phone situation, and no they won't show me the certificate and I won't be able to do water testing and they can't show me the plates as well. So to everyone please ask them before going to an appointment at their office if you could :
1 see their kfda certificate they claim to have online
2 show you the titanium platinum coated plates
3 test their water ORP
See their answer.
4 ask a bunch of questions like where is it manufactured are all the parts manufactured in Korea does the water produce electrolytes as well. Etc..
If you are a thorough customer like me, this company will conclude that you are not a customer and working for another company and you are asking weird questions and are shady. They will be mean to you. So no I am not investing thousands of dollars in this company. If truly a company is honest to their claims why getting mad when asking if you could see yourself what they claim is real?

Our Sales Rep, Gabriel Dominguez II, was excellent. He was very patient with us, as we were trying to figure out which filters to purchase, and my husband was talking through me so things were getting mixed up. He ultimately suggested the auto shipment option. I am very grateful for that as we will always have the filters we need when we need them.

The estimated 3-4 week delivery for my filters took over 11 weeks. This left my water ionizer out of commission for the same amount of time. I had to take the filters out for vacation and upon returning my filter 1 could no longer be used despite still having time left on it prior to taking it out of the ionizer. The ionizer has now been working for a week and the water tastes great but I am concerned about growth in my pre-filters since they were left unused under the sink.

The customer service was slow, but the Ionizer is amazing!!! Best water, guaranteed to make you a water snob. The best medication without the negative side effects.Tania is definitely the saving grace of the customer service, she is pleasant, helpful, and gets the job done.

I got my Life Ionizer MXL-13 U/C with Faucet...up and running in September 2018. I have enjoyed the Taste and Benefits from this Water Filtration System right from the start. The Purification and Alkaline Water interested me the most and was the primary reason I got this System. About 2 to 3 months after I started drinking the Alkaline Water is when I noticed the inflammation in my joints disappeared. My skin hasn't been so dry either. I use the Purification Water when taking my Prescriptions and good to go with the Alkaline the rest of the day. Up to a Level 3 now on the Akaline Water and feel great! I would recommend this to anyone and have.

While I've enjoyed the Life Ionizer M11 I am totally dissatisfied with the cost of the filters and the horrible wait time when ordering the filters. My last order took 2 months and multiple calls to get the filter that was needed. I've gone on line to search for another company to buy the filters but to know avail. The service is so bad I've thought of starting my own supply company, as I'm sure I can provide better service.

Our experience with the Life Ionizer brand has been nothing short of spectacular. We honestly have zero complaints. Our lonizer has literally been a game-changer for us and an investment we've never regretted making.
We originally learned of the Life Ionizer unit through friends. We were having dinner and they were serving this water with dinner and it was so fresh tasting we asked what kind it was. This is how we first became aware. When we got back to California, we researched the units. Yes, they are an investment. But if you think about how much you spend on bottled water, it's actually a great investment to have fresh, pure Alkaline and Ionized water. Our unit is the one that goes under your kitchen counter and talks to you (a really cool, unique feature!) There are various kinds of water you can get - Purified, Acidic, Alkaline, etc. We always just use the Alkaline. There is a pre-filter which we ended-up not using. We already had an RO unit when we got it, so we just kept it in place, on the front-end, and then that RO water goes to our Ionizer and makes it Ionized Alkaline water. It tastes super-fresh and clean! I will also note that we have VERY hard water in Irvine where we live. We do have a full-home water softener, as well, so the water feeding into the RO Unit is already soft water. We have the MXL-15 Unit I believe (or the MXL-11). I will check and add a photo in a second.
We first-purchased our unit 4 Years ago. It's still working great! When we go on vacation and drink bottled water, I definitely notice a major difference in the taste and my hydration in general. I actually "miss" having "our water" :( I always say to my fiance "Oh how I miss our water from home!" Recently also we got SmartWater for a week, while we had our kitchen remodeled. Again, I was missing our Life Ionizer water. Bottled water has BPA chemicals in the bottles that leak into the water when the bottles sit in a truck in the heat. We drink a LOT more water now, and we just buy the BPA free bottles and fill them up again and again throughout the day. I do notice a difference in my hair and skin, and overall feeling of being hydrated.
As for customer service, I personally have never had issues with the support I've received. I have my favorite gal I just email who helps us when we need a new filter, and you can always get in touch with someone via phone. We order filters about every 6 months to a year. They come in a timely fashion, and they are super-simple to install. I also do not find their filter cost to be a lot. It's roughly $60 per every 6 months.

I have been very pleased with my Life Ionizer. The water has a refreshing taste.
I was encouraged to purchase a machine by a friend when I discovered I had cancer as cancer cannot live in an alkaline environment. My doctor said "I don't know what you are doing additionally regarding your cancer, but whatever it is keep it up."

I have been very interested in getting an water ionizer since June 2019. I did a lot of browsing and I found Life Ionizers and emailed an enquiry. My emailed got answered by Justin who has given me a lot of details so I could make an informed decision. He even help me get financing for my unit. On July 9, I purchased my Life Ionizer MXL9 UC via Paypal Credit and Justin gave me a generous discount and some freebies to go with it. Simply amazing. I had to go on holiday and re-schedule the delivery and Justin kindly made this possible. I could not fault Life's customer service, just exceptional. I am constantly in communication with them and they assisted me without fail. My unit was finally installed and up and running on the 4th of September 2019 and my family and I are so pleased,. It's defnitely an excellent investment and it even comes with Lifetime Warranty, what else can you ask for? I confidently recommend Life to my family and friends. We’ve had our water filter machine for several years. Love it other than the cost of filters is ridiculously expensive. Add the expensive shipping and you’re in the hole $165 for only 2 filters. Also, they don’t always have them in stock so we wait awhile to get them.
Company is good about emailing/phone. No real complaints about customer service. Anytime I’ve called, they’ve all been polite and do work to resolve any issues.
My only complaint is the price of filters.

My neighbor gave me her Life Ionizer 7600 which is an older model. I need to get it cleaned and purchase new filters, a rather daunting task but need to do it to have my machine in tip top shape. I spoke with Justin and he gave me options on how to get the machine to Carlsbad for "tune up". I also had many questions about pre and filters which he gave me ample information. I so appreciate this company, my neighbor faithfully used her Life Ionizer and shared her water with me. I look forward to having it in my home in great working order soon! :)

I love the machine and I upgraded from MXL-9 to a 15 in mid June. But I haven't received my machine yet. The machine is great but not happy with the customer service...
They finally sent me tracking number and hopefully I receive my upgraded machine next week. I am changing from a 1-star to a 3-star as the staff are trying very hard to make me happy.
I am planning to change this 3-star to a 5-star once I receive my machine...hopefully this time!

I have no idea how this company get so many good reviews. I ordered an MXL-9 on July 7th, then no further information many weeks after. Every time I call them, I was told that the ionizer was on the way from Korea to USA. After 9 weeks not seeing any shipping information, I tried to call them again, and they told me I needed to talk to their sales manager, but for 3 days in a row, he was either not at the office, or not picking up the phone, or the voice box was full. I felt it was a scam company, so I called my bank to retrieved my credit. Then the sales manager called me the very next day and told me the ionizer was really to ship and want me to call my bank to credit back to them. So I called my bank to charge my credit card again. After a few days, I checked my credit card and it was charged, but still have no shipping information from life ionizer. So I tried to call the sales manager, left a voice message, and no matter how many times I tried , I couldn’t get to speak to the sales manager. Then I called my bank again to retrieve the money back to me. Right after my bank tried to get money back from them, the sales manager called me, and I didn’t want to talk to him anymore!! The sales manager only want to talk to me when the bank tries to get money back from them! What a horrible shopping experience!!!

I was truly impressed the technical staff who quickly responded to my lack of understanding on how my MXL-7 functions. The quality of product is above my expectations.
With my wife and my health concerns feel very confident it will help to improve with ionized water.
Had our first cup of coffee the AM, it was a new experience.

I can highly recommend their machines as it’s been working great and producing water with the ph range they advertised. They said it would be about 3 weeks from purchase to shipping. At first it looked like there was a problem but I recieved a call from their tech department earlier this afternoon explaining a hiccup with shipping inspection backlog at the
Port of entry. The problem was resolved in a professional and quite acceptable manner and what was, at first, a poor rating is now a pretty good rating. I can say the review process is very important to Life Ionizers. My confidence is restored! Thank you!
